Ciao… … The Man, the Vision, the Story
The following Two bottles are on my fav. list … … … With Story behind … … … … I am not only studying in French ... ... taste around & explore the best ... ... ...
“I’m at home here, I know my roots are here now.”
The Portet family holds possibly an unmatched record in the Australian wine industry. Dominique is the ninth generation in his family to be committed to winemaking, yet he is the first to establish a winery and label bearing the family name… …

Pinor Noir Chardonnay Brut Rosé – Yarra Valley

“The early response to this latest release suggests the tide has turned – not just to table rosés but also the refreshing, more savoury sparkling wines that have always been heralded in France.” - Dominique Portet
A beautiful & delicious sparkling wine…. bursting with fresh strawberry… cherry…
The fruit for this wine comes from high altitude vineyards that’s produce wines of great elegant and finesse. The Grant Burge Pinot Noir Chardonnay NV is a wine of great elegant and finesse balanced with flavour and drinkability. The nose has an apricot nougat aroma with plenty of biscuity characters coming through on the palate... …
The Yarra Valley is the name given to the region surrounding the Yarra River in Melbourne, Australia. The river originates in the Yarra Ranges approximately 60 kilometres east of Melbourne, flows towards … …
... ... and into the city of Melbourne and out into Port Phillip. The name Yarra Valley is used in reference to the upper regions surrounding the Yarra River and usually does not encompass the lower regions including the city and inner city suburbs, where the topography flattens out. It is a popular day-trip and tourist area, partly for the area's natural features but mostly for the local produce, particularly wines.
The Yarra Valley wine area is a long established cooler climate region with excellent Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays and Sparkling Wine being made. It is home to many good quality wineries as well as the popular Lilydale to Warburton Rail Trail. Agriculturally, the term is mainly applied to the agricultural area east of Melbourne rather than the lower reaches in the suburbs of Melbourne itself, and the upper reaches which are in inaccessible bushland.
The region's relatively cool climate makes it particularly known for the production of high-quality chardonnay and pinot noir, as well as the production of premium sparkling wine.
Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon 1990 & 1998 – Margaret River

Moss Wood is one of the most celebrated of Margaret River wineries. Back in the late 1960s, when Margaret River had first been identified as a promising potential wine region by John Gladstone… …
Bill and Sandra Pannell spent six months searching the area for ideal land for a vineyard. Eventually he identified a site at Wilyabrup, and in 1969, they established Moss Wood… …

Moss Wood is a small estate located at Wilyabrup, approximately 320 kilometres south west of Perth, in the heart of the Margaret River, Western Australia. Dr Bill Pannell established Moss Wood in 1969 at what is clearly one of the choicest and most beautiful vineyard sites in Australia. Keith and Clare Mugford who bought the property in 1985 have taken Moss Wood to the pinnacle of Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. The first vintage was in 1973 with a production of 250 cases. The 8.34 hectare vineyard is situated on a gentle, north-east facing slope, where the soils vary from sandy loam to a gravely, red-brown loam, over a clay subsoil. The low yielding and unirrigated vines are wide spaced with 3.0 metres between rows and 1.8 metres between vines. Moss Wood has now evolved the cabernet blend to include small amounts of Cabernet Franc (5%), Petit Verdot (5%) and Merlot (0.05%) making the wine deeper in colour, more perfumed and textured. All Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon sees extended oak ageing of 24 months in French barrique… …

Changing NOTE
People goes around is easy … might be diffcult
Notes are easy to change by the composer
However, the basic rhythm still there
You might meet someone whom likes “Cambiata”…
He/ She likes a non-harmonic note … inserted between a dissonance
And somehow its resolution …….
I suppose to be worked as “echappee”
…an Escape Tone … in between life
Am Running naughty ….
A simple piece
Simple can be powerful….
It has captured rich compostional Technique…
It shows a person’s life which gone with “Squence” … “Step”…..
“Repeated note”…. etc….
Sometime the “Passing” …. The soomth “Passing” works well at the moments…..
It’s happened Naturally … Unexpected ….
However …. Precious… Sexy… … Tragic

Portrait of today
