It was a lazy Saturday afternoon and the members of Honeymoon were doing what they do best when they have a moment of free time. When they are not doing Cameos on Tv shows, or in a Roller Derby, or Playing in side band projects called Death Star or just chillin.When they take a little time off from their busy studio time, tour schedule and photo shoots for individual time out. Thats when the phone rang. bbbbRINGGG..... It was the E! Network!!!
Hello Honeymoon? This is a Hollywood producer of a very fancy show called "Love Ride" a show about celebrities and their love destinys! We are doing a very special episode on Brad and Angelina and we think your song JVD (Jon Voights Daughter) would be perfect! Thats AMAZING that you called exclaimed Sarey, we are just putting the finishing touches on it right now! So she called the guys to come over and finish up, Brett was in the middle of Hockey practice, Nic was in a secret undisclosed military facility that does NOT exist and Rocco was visiting Cinderella in the magic kingdom. They all dropped what they were doing and rushed over to put the finishing touches on a soon to be mega-selling super smash hit single. Mean while Sarey got on the phone and contacted every major Hollywood music producer in town. It was Saturday, so everybody was either buying Ferarris, getting botox or in rehab. Thats when we ran into Jascha! Ladies and gentlemen, our producer!
Sure, it would be great to work with you guys, said Jascha, who did our single for beer and a Subway sandwich. (which incidently fit our budget PERFECTLY!) A true artist! Our assistant engineer Amber couldnt wait to get started to!
She did a little backround vocals and helped out around the studio. She started getting a little cranky and a bit gassy so she left early. Also Rocco is alergic to her :(
First went the bass! Brett W. Hall bringin the funk yall!!!
Then some guitars! Rocco, had to do his tracks fast because he needed to get back to spraying for termites!
And then that sweet, smooth, sexy sound that gets in your soul and makes ya feel good Sareys on the mic and in the house!
Brett does a little production work by telling Jascha what the song needs, a crazy little weird noisy guitar harmonic thingy!

While Rocco does his tracks Brett and Sarey sit on the couch with the calculator. First glance you would think they are adding up all the money the single JVD is going to generate.
In reality they were having a contest to see who could spell the best cuss word on a calculator. The WINNER Brett with BOOBIES! It really works tee hee hee! All in all it was a great day in the studio and we walked away with a GREAT song!
