Find Personal Freedom in
the Principles of Invisible Justice

We can never hope to be free as long as any part of us struggles with, or suffers over what others are doing, have done, or won't do with their lives. If we could remain aware of the often-compromised state of our own character, that is, how we still do those things to others that we don't want to do, this awakened conscience would stir in us a new need. Rather than worrying about whether so-and-so gets his comeuppance for being the kind of person he is, our attention would be elsewhere. It would be focused fully upon being in the Now of our own life where we would be actively attending to what we must do to let go of old resentments that won't let go of us!

A great part of our inability to release this conflict-bred sense of feeling ourselves to be a hostage of how others behave is born of a mistaken perception. In our ignorance, we believe we must fix those who have done us wrong, otherwise justice won't be served. But, as we are about to thankfully discover, the truth is far from this popular view and the chain of victims it serves to create.

There are great Eternal powers at work around and within us all the time. And as we awaken to realize that these same perfect principles are already in place to empower us, this same understanding puts us in relationship with a whole new order of freedom. Freedom is not a creation of ours. It is not something attained by making life line up with our wishes; it is a system already in place, needing only our awareness of its abiding reality to realize its power as our own.

These same invisible laws hold true when it comes to justice for all. We've all heard the phrase, "What goes around comes around." This principle of karma, that what we give, we will receive in return, is a mathematical law whose root runs through the heart of reality. Our present problem is that we don't understand this principle in operation because we can't always see with our physical eyes its unfailing fruition. But be assured, what is evil in nature never goes without its reward, just as what is good is always rewarded in kind. With these truths in mind, how many of us spend our precious time and energy fuming over what others may have done to us?

Unseen in the steam of our heated emotions and churning thoughts is the one inescapable fact that we are the secret prisoner of anyone we wish to punish. And the more we would punish this person, the less freedom we have to be at peace with ourselves. Here's a beautiful lesson in invisible justice, followed by an explanation that will help you let go of any revenge-filled, self-tangling thought. We need never concern ourselves with whether or not some wrongdoer will get his just due. Here's why: any person who does wrong to another is already punished. More correctly stated, anyone who acts unjustly in life instantaneously ensures that he or she will be corrected by the celestial laws that govern all such trespasses. It doesn't matter one bit that you or I don't see this law enacted to our satisfaction. The fact remains: an invisible justice system already exists. This means we need never judge anyone, nor wish some sentence of suffering upon him or her. This understanding is a gift of great freedom known only by the true few. And we can count ourselves among these liberated ones if we are willing to learn what we must. Here are a few vital facts about this unseen system that ensures equality for all.

Around and within us reside invisible and powerful laws that rule over reality in all its infinite forms. These forces of instant righteousness, or perfect balance if you prefer, are always at work. Nothing escapes their imperceptible presence; everything yields to the weight of their judgment.

One reason many of us fail to recognize the existence of this celestial justice always acting upon us in the Now-or find solace in its perpetual sovereignty-is because of our conditioning: we just aren't comfortable with the idea of any other order of rectitude apart from exacting the proverbial pound of flesh. But here is just one small example of how these perfect laws-in one even motion-sentence those who trespass, while liberating those who realize them: All pretence punishes the pretender. Here is proof of this truth. The smallest act of cunning on our part always starts with secret self-conflict. Other truths that are the foundation of justice are all around us if we know where to look within ourselves. For example, Any embraced hatred festers the heart of the one holding this sickness. Here's another principle governed by these same laws, a principle that allows us to pity those who blindly accumulate power or possessions at the cost of a greater good: the seed of any greed always lies within some self-compromising fear, so that nothing can be won by its actions that doesn't frighten us further.

These next truths are also part of this same system of justice. It is our growing insight into these incorruptible laws that shows us the wisdom in the timeless idea of letting go and letting God. The love of God transforms all things bitter into something better. Self-correction is instant self-elevation.

All of these truths-along with their exciting implications-prove the existence of a great and universal system of invisible justice that upholds the laws of the Invisible Eternals. And if we look deeper still into the heart of these new discoveries, we will find within them the promise of this welcome relief: we are forever relieved of the conflict and misery of wanting to penalize those who may have caused us pain. We can let go of all forms of lashing out at others because we see the truth of how things actually work. Getting wrongly caught up in the conflict of wanting to fix the bad behavior of someone else only opens the door and invites other problems and pain into our own life! Now we can leave these people alone to their own trials and torment, for we have seen that their negative nature is one and the same as their punishment; and further we have seen that whatever weight we would try to add on to their backs only falls onto our own. To act from this higher self-awareness not only helps free us from the initial pain born of a negative reaction to what others have done to us, but it also keeps us from wrongly investing ourselves in trying to correct what is already in the throes of being corrected! And once we stop locking ourselves up with wasted judgments and their attendant, never-ending worries, we find that not only are we free, but that there's no power in the universe capable of holding us captive again.

The Language of Your Soul

by Margaret Jang

Are you aware that, you and you alone, possess the magical formula to release the tether that binds you from moving forward and possibly stagnating your growth and potential?

Too often you may unerringly believe that there is no way out from a futile situation, but really what it boils down to, is that you lack understanding or hold misapprehension surrounding the fundamental power that you hold within. So now it is time to unleash this power.

The "power" that I refer to is your intuition; also known by other metaphors such as gut feeling, psychic sense, 6th sense, or ESP (extra sensory perception). But it is of no consequence what label you give it for this is how your soul communicates to you - it's the language of your soul. But like all languages, unless you take the time to learn its unique signs, signals, sounds and are able to interpret its meaning or speak the dialect, it remains a mystery and one that is often ignored, neglected or long forgotten.

The language of your soul is multi-dimensional. It bypasses restrictive linear or left-brain thinking and conveys information through your feeling centres using creativity such as music, art, poetry, writing, inventions, inspirations or dancing, etc. It has no limits - there is no beginning and no end; anything is possible without logical or valid reason. With left-brain or linear thinking, you always need to search for explanations, proof or reasons why something is, but the language of your soul cannot be measured by cause and effect, so instead you must learn to build trust and have solid belief in the power of your soul self and its connection to universal consciousness. Start first by knowing and accepting who you are without worrying about the opinion or beliefs of others and then acknowledge your truthful and positive inner dialogue.

Yes, I can just hear you say, "So what is the point?" Well, for starters, the language of your soul connects you to your best and most loving teacher and friend - you, but the eternal you, which is your soul. Through this connection, your first step is to receive guidance from your ever-present teacher for how to heal from your soul level. By accomplishing this, you will be able to maintain a more peaceful, loving and balanced existence, you will reach inner prosperity, you will always be supported during an emotional crisis, you will have access to greater knowledge and wisdom, you will receive inner strength and have greater endurance, you will be empowered to learn and grow spiritually and as well, you will create and live a more exciting, prosperous and expressive life.

Fear, impatience and frustration can impinge drastically and shut you off from the language of your soul. Your development and relationship with intuition revolves in cycles and will require infinite patience, trust and understanding of self. There is no quick method and average development takes a moderate six years; it is like learning to crawl before you can walk. Progress is unique to each individual depending on intuitive flexibility and strength. I know it sounds like forever and I can just hear you moaning, "I don't have that sort of time", but if you take the proper time, you have a far greater chance of reaching lasting results, because communicating via the language of your soul then becomes a way of life, rather than a dreary daily ritual or exercise. Think about it......are you better equipped speaking one language or do you increase your potential by speaking several?

Healing from your soul is all about releasing and letting go of outdated unconscious thought patterns and belief systems by transforming your present state of being. Communicate through your intuition and listen to the language of your soul - it will tell you through your feelings what is not working in your favour. With a loving heart, accept what is, then learn to live in the present and not worry about your past, whether it is based on past associations/relationships, past incidents, past memories, past-lives or past karma - whatever the past is - release it and let it go. This is not inferring that you ignore your past; on the contrary it is important for you to experience everything, because it is through each experience, whether good or bad, positive or negative, that your soul learns, grows and expands to a higher energy frequency.

Although this may sound easier said than done, you can readily release or let go of anything that no longer serves in your best and most positive interest. Merely bring it to your conscious level by recognizing it with honest awareness, accept responsibility for it, learn the necessary lessons from it through forgiveness and loving intention and then affirm your goal for the present time or the Now. If you fail to do this then your past, in whatever capacity, will always remain your present - you will always feel as if you are a victim and your energy becomes stagnated or polluted. And this is why it is so important to clear out the clutter before true healing can begin, for you cannot allow anything new into your life if you are already filled to capacity.

But in order to communicate through your intuition and listen to the language of your soul, you must be free from clutter and stagnation. The language of your soul is composed of fluctuating energy, which needs room to move, room to grow and room to be flexible. But above all, it needs freedom - freedom to explore, freedom of choice, freedom to experience, freedom to learn, freedom to develop and freedom to elevate to higher levels of consciousness in a loving and positive manner.

The language of your soul always ensures your over-all safety and well-being. It conducts itself through integrity providing you with an abundance of wisdom to enhance your soul's growth and potential. Wouldn't you like to partake in such exhilarating possibilities? So what are you waiting for, the formula is within you just waiting to be stirred!

The Power Of Love
Daily Affirmations ©Series by 'Ria

How often have we tried to play the role of 'Higher Power'?

When I look back at my attempts, I realize how frutile they were.

A higher Power can direct, decree, demand, and judge. these are the parts of the role we usually try to play. But the Higher Power within us can also show kindness, mercy, compassion, and love. And these are the attributes we are prone to overlook.

How often in the past I searched for the impossible , and tried to assume a power that was not mine to possess!

We all set up expectations for our family and roles for our children trying to make them clones, or mirror images, of ourselves. We create difficulties for ourselves and others when our hopes and dreams fall victim to reality.

My poor fantasies and unrealistic expectations can never equal the beauty and power of the true creation that surrounds us all. I can use the power I possess to create confusion, crisis, dissapointment, self-defeat, chaos, and discontent. OR I can use my power to create acceptance, harmony, loving detachment, encouragement, and peace.

This Is The Power I Wish To Claim!

TODAY I WILL...

create possibilities by exercising my power to LoVe!

Stay Away From These Four Types of Toxic People: Choose the Company You Keep
by Guy Finley

Those with whom we assemble, we soon resemble!

>      This simple old saying hides a deep Truth that can enlighten and empower every aspect of our lives:
Who we are - our very essence - is continually being transformed by the company we keep.
Stated differently, when we keep the company of what is light and bright, our lives get lighter and brighter. And when we keep the company of what is dark and discouraging, our lives can't help but be dragged downward.

This idea might sound a little simplistic at first, but its power soon becomes evident when we put it to use in the quest to realize our highest aspirations. The key lies in understanding that this principle is active on multiple levels at once. For instance, when referring to "the company we keep" we of course mean the people we spend time with every day -
family, friends, co-workers, etc. However, on a deeper and more important level, "company" can also refer to the thoughts and feelings moving within us in any given moment.

Have you ever been home alone in a fine mood, enjoying a meal perhaps, only to find yourself bored or depressed an hour later? That's a perfect example of the effect of hanging out with the wrong interior friends. When we are unconscious to the operation of our minds, any indigent thought or feeling that passes through us has the power to strike up a conversation and drag us into its dark circle of influence.

But just as it's possible for us to keep bad interior company that pulls us down, so is it possible to keep positive inner company that works to raise us up in any moment we choose to remember it. This not only means that we can choose not to get dragged down when we are alone, but it also means that we can choose not to get dragged down when we find ourselves in the presence of negative people as well.

How encouraging! When life places us in a situation where a run-in with someone is inevitable - perhaps at work, with a family member, in a store, etc. - we can choose to keep the company of good and true interior friends who can help keep us from falling into negative states. And therein lies the key: when we remember that keeping the company of negative interior friends is a choice, instead of an obligation, we are free to keep the company of compassion instead of anger, generosity instead of greed, and patience instead anxiety.

Building on this idea, let's look at four common types of people that can be identified by the four prevailing dark states that inhabit them. By learning to recognize and understand the interior workings of these four types of "toxic people," we gain important insight into what is dark and limiting inside of us. In this way, we begin the process of liberation from everything inside of us that stands in the way of knowing the peace, happiness, success, and love that we long for.
Muckrakers: These negative sprits live to drag up old painful events and then revel in the anger, resentment, or bitterness that such unhappy memories hold. Stay away from any spirit, in others or in yourself, that wants you to dive into some suffering over what happened in any past moment.

Mud Slingers: These malicious spirits pull themselves up by pulling others down. They love to gossip, criticize, judge, and denigrate anyone who ever had the misfortune of spending time with them. The only loyalty these denizens of the unconscious worlds have is to their own pain, which they feed by involving everyone they can in their mud slinging.

Swamp Dwellers: There is a group of mired spirits that thrive on low vibrations, and that require a human instrument to play out their endless dark dissonance. Easily recognizable, these misfortunate forces serve up dreadful mental pictures of past and future events for the sake of the unnatural reactions they produce. Ignore these corrupted spirits and they must take their evil speculations elsewhere.

Life Haters: These dark spirits perpetuate their hold on the human soul by resisting the beautiful gifts of life. They trick us into commiserating with their complaining, cruelty, and irritation because without our unconscious consent, these chronically conflicted spirits can't spread their poison.
Just as harmful viruses require a human host to exist and thrive, so do negative states require the unconscious consent of human beings to carry out their dark mission. For what power does a negative thought have other than the power to convince a person to do its bidding? The answer is none!

When we begin to consciously withdraw our consent to associate with toxic people, and the toxic thoughts and feelings inside of us, we leave them with no place to thrive. Our real inner work is to sweep clean the places in ourselves where such creatures reside which in turn brightens our life and the lives of everyone around us.

Begin today, this very moment, to withdraw any permission you have unknowingly granted these dark spirits to be in your life. Do not judge yourself, or those around you in whom these misdirected forces are active, but instead come awake and refuse to spend one more moment of your life lending your precious life force to their dark purposes.

This powerful, positive action will change your life. As you begin to refuse to consort with what is dark, you'll find that you begin to attract with what is light, bright, and cheerful. Your relationships will deepen, your professional life will take on new vigor and freshness, and the whole of your days will begin to resemble the radiant Life that you have deliberately chosen as your conscious companion.

Channelled Messages
Recognizing Truth from Rubbish
by Margaret Jang

Being sceptical is a healthy attitude to have when receiving channelled messages, either directly from the spiritual/universal source or through a channeller or medium. The sitter (or receiver) should evaluate the information received, but sometimes this can pose confusion about how to discern whether the channeller or the information is genuine.

Through integration, or joining of heart and mind, a channeller should receive authentic universal truth. An integrated message is usually a very quiet impression that needs to be translated through the channeller into a message that is suitable and comprehensible to the receiver. However, if this is not happening, then the possible problem could be created from a distortion of the message through the channeller's faulty translation or interpretation. The amount of distortion coincides to the channeller's ego/personality interference and how strong their connection is to the universal source (or spiritual realm), plus their over-all experience. The channeller must practice, practice and practice in order to overcome or improve upon this malady.

For those who are beginners, just tapping into the spiritual realm, it is especially difficult to be convinced if received information is valid. The biggest obstacle to overcome is.....trust. It is much easier to cast doubt, but this just creates unwarranted fear, which in turn decreases your self-esteem or confidence. Despite the fact that you should always evaluate received information and not take it at face value, it is equally important to welcome the information in order to develop your perception. This is accomplished by keeping an open heart, while at the same time eliminating emotional attachment to your doubt. Releasing doubt requires a readiness to free what you presently think or believe you know. Resist being a know-it-all, in which you retain an inflexible attitude. This means that you should have an open willingness to receive without placing attachment to the end result or without having a preconceived agenda - this is crucial to how well you identify with the information. If you place emotional attachment to your doubt (or scepticism) it will close your connection to your own inner guidance (your higher self residing at your soul level), as well as to spiritual/universal guidance, which both help you to discern. Instead, keep a positive outlook where you are willing to broaden your awareness and develop an inquiring mind-set in which you remain open to all possibilities. This may prompt you to investigate further, but at a deeper, more mystical level.

It is not easy to listen to advice that you may not want to hear, but if you cannot accept the information or have difficulty discerning whether the message is authentic, perhaps there is a possibility that you may not be as open-minded or ready to receive as you think you are. In order to accept what is true, you first must know yourself intimately and acknowledge, plus accept your gifts, as well as your flaws. It is important to know your strengths, as well as your weaknesses, and be willing to make positive changes. But remember, you cannot change what you do not acknowledge or accept. If a message just doesn't seem to "fit", keep in mind that it may make better sense at a later date, when your
energy vibration matches to the energy of the message or when your attitude shifts to a higher level of acceptance.

     Tools such as tarot,
astrology or numerology can help unravel and open your awareness to the "inner" hidden you (the eternal you). Regardless of your beliefs, these tools should not be regarded as merely future forecasting methods or foolishness. Perhaps it may help if you use the following analogy.

Think of the earth plane as being a journey riddled with many roads or highways; some are short, some are long, some are smooth, some are bumpy and some are quite treacherous. Using numerology as an example, think of this as your road map and you (or your soul essence) are the driver who must navigate your journey in order to learn lessons, gain experience and insight in order to promote your soul's progression towards enlightenment (or higher spiritual awareness) in preparation for eventually returning to your spiritual source.

But first, you should have a positive interest to learn how to drive and how to operate your vehicle (or your physical body). You may seek a teacher to help tutor you how to drive, but it is ultimately you who needs to be an open and willing participant. It is necessary to focus your attention, dedication, time, effort and discipline toward your development. Your vehicle (physical body) should be in good operating condition and be filled with sufficient fuel (or universal energy). Once you are sitting in the driver's seat, it takes a certain amount of courage to place your special key in the ignition in order to ignite a connection.

Even if your vehicle operates smoothly, it is still necessary to have clarity to see the view through the windshield. If your view is clouded, distorted or obstructed by impure thinking, improper behaviour or an unhealthy attitude, then you risk travelling off course. It is essential to remain calm and patient while trying to read, understand and decipher your road map, which reveals or indicates many, many options or opportunities. Some paths may prove easier for your vehicle, while others may be so gruelling that it risks continuous breakdown.

After carefully studying your road map, it is time to choose a route to your destination. So where do you want to go or more importantly, what is tugging or pushing at you from a deeper level? Do you know your ultimate goal? If you don't, then study your road map more carefully and search for alternate routes or more obscure indicators. If you try to take a
fast route, does this incur more danger? Do you have the time and patience to take a longer, but more stable route? The road map cannot and will not make the journey for you or tell you an exact future outcome. It will only point out your strengths, weaknesses, yearnings, potential, possibilities, lessons to be learned, positive and negative traits, opportunities and areas of harmony and conflict. Your road map will also offer clues toward travelling in a suitable direction or perhaps offer indications of why the road is so rocky or difficult to manoeuvre or why it continues in a never-ending circle. Experiencing a successful outcome is based solely on your life-long choices and then facing the responsibilities followed by each decision.

Another viable approach to gain higher knowledge, wisdom, assistance or direction is through channelled information, but again, treat this method only as a road map.

So how do you find or choose a suitable channeller? Eventually a channeller will build a personal reputation; hopefully a favourable one. It is always wise to ask others for recommendations, but sometimes this isn't possible; many times it is the luck of the draw. Keep in mind that the fee you pay does not guarantee authentic information; in this case, paying more is not necessarily better. Listed below are some guidelines that will help you to choose a suitable channeller and how to discern the information received.

The Channeller

Discern whether the channeller operates with unconditional love and complete integrity. As you pose the following questions, monitor what you sense or how you feel (pay attention to your gut reaction) in order to establish your own unbiased opinion. Note: If you are acting as your own channeller, can you truthfully confirm the same basis with absolute certainty?

Query: What is your immediate impression or how do you feel about the channeller upon your first introduction? Evaluation: If you don't get an immediate positive sense or feeling, go elsewhere.

Query:
How does the channeller present the message? Evaluation:
Presentation should be conducted with professional efficiency. If unsophisticated or antic-like behaviour is demonstrated, then it is not being handled with a responsible, mature attitude.

Query: Is the channeller fully conscious or in a trance-like state? Evaluation: There is no need to be in a trance or unconscious state for messages to be received. In fact, it is easier to receive clear information while being conscious (and in full body control).

Query:
Is the channeller serious and humble about channelling or do they treat it like a trivial game? Evaluation: This is not meant to be a frivolous performance; channelling should be treated as a worthy responsibility.

Query: Is the channeller completely focused on just you or does their attention wander (E.g. clock-watching or surveying their surroundings)? Evaluation: Undivided attention should be focused on you; otherwise you are not being treated with the respect that you deserve.

Query: Does the channeller ask numerous questions (probing for personal information) before the reading? Evaluation: Information gleaned may be used to influence the reading.

Query: Does the channeller insist on giving information despite not having your permission? Evaluation: This is ego driven, in which the channeller feels a necessity to prove their worth, but this is an infringement on your free-will. New channellers sometimes get carried away in their enthusiasm and are naively unaware that free-will prevails - they will learn through experience that this is unacceptable behaviour.

Query: Does the channeller's message promote a hidden agenda (like a
sales pitchfor their services or benefit; a ploy designed to make them a maximum profit or is the channeller manipulative or shifty? Evaluation: Beware! Consider this an unscrupulous business practice where the main concern is about money.

Query: Does the channeller deliberately give messages that create fear or panic? Evaluation: Dismiss the information, because it is not coming from a heart and mind integration; instead it is ego driven, which may create co-dependency.

Query: Is the channeller's message demanding; giving no choice; or one that may infringe on your free-will? Evaluation: Dismiss the information - this is ego driven. Information from the universal source is always loving, gentle, encouraging, never demanding and always allows free choice.

Query: Does the message unnecessarily glorify the channeller making them appear self-important, super special or super powerful? Do some tell you that they are the seventh child of the seventh daughter of the seventh generation of psychics, etc, designed to make you believe that they rank special preference for psychic powers? Evaluation: Dismiss the information - this is ego driven. Beware of the pied-piper domino effect; refuse to be a blind follower. Note: everybody is born with psychic powers, but most need to develop their inborn gifts through
education and lots of practice.

Query: Does the channeller avoid giving proper recognition to the universal source for received information? Evaluation: Thanks and gratitude to the universal source should be expressed daily and humbleness should always be maintained.

Query: Does the channeller make you promise to secrecy in order for the predictions to materialize? Evaluation: This is foolishness - it puts the onus on you, making you responsible to the eventual outcome of the reading.

Query: Is the message given freely without expectation of recompense or without excessive restrictions, demands or attachments? Evaluation: Beware! In a credible reading, there should never be any expectation for recompense, restrictions, demands or attachments.

Query: Is the channeller steeped in superstition where it creates evasiveness and excessive mystery? Evaluation: Beware! This is a deliberate ploy to glorify the channeller making them seem super special or super powerful.

The Message

Discern whether the message is generated from the spiritual/universal source or from the channeller's ego. Be discriminating....review the following scenarios to help you establish genuineness for received information; be mindful for how you feel or what you sense.

Query: What does the message say?
From Channeller's Ego: This message may consist of trivial nonsense chitter-chatter. From a Spiritual Source: Messages should offer practical guidance, helpful solutions, provide healing solutions, promote encouragement, offer compassion and comfort, be inspirational and present greater knowledge, wisdom and harmony. Universal guidance is not interested in playing silly games or answering nonsensical questions.

Query: What does the energy of the message feel like? From Channeller's Ego: This message may make you feel very uncomfortable, victimized, depressed, unworthy or dis-empowered. From a Spiritual Source: Messages should make you feel, comfortable, uplifted, loved, peaceful, and good about yourself. Psychic trash can be accessed through your solar plexus chakra; therefore, as further protection, place your hands over your solar plexus during the reading.

Query: Does the message motivate you? From Channeller's Ego: This message will imprison you, making you feel powerless to react. From a Spiritual Source: Messages should always be uplifting and energizing. The information will "hit home" or "nudge" in some way or may feel like a constant nagging or persistence that you cannot ignore.

Query:
Does the message offer helpful suggestions or guidance for how to walk your spiritual path or does it insist on telling you (without recourse) how to walk your path? From Channeller's Ego: This message will insist to stay put and to make no changes or it may demand blind obedience and/or surrendering your free will. From a Spiritual Source: Messages will offer practical advice, suggestions or guidance to enhance your present and future well-being and will never conflict with your personal moral principles or insist, demand or do the work for you.

Query: Does the information help you to recognize or open your awareness to hidden qualities, characteristics, talents or traits that need improvement or to situations that need change? From Channeller's Ego: This message won't offer any suggestions for improvement or change, because ego doesn't like change. Instead, it offers oodles of reasons or excuses for not changing. From a Spiritual Source: Messages will infuse appropriate methods to tweak your awareness for how to improve or change; you will get an "Ah-hah" moment.

Query: Is the message advantageous to your greater good or to positive advancement or does it promote soul growth? From Channeller's Ego: This message is only focused on self-centred, selfish matters or only promoting what it presently knows; it isn't interested in your progressive growth. From a Spiritual Source: Messages will always have your best interests at heart, in which it gives you encouragement to progress or to develop positively.

Query: Does the message inspire or empower you to use your own inner wisdom or inner guidance by giving clues to help you see a different perspective or to gain greater insight and does the message inspire you to take right action? From Channeller's Ego: This message will dis-empower you or try to encourage conflict. From a Spiritual Source: Messages always support and encourage positive right action and will offer suggestions for viewing circumstances with added clarity and balance. It will always encourage you to take the "high-road" (always peaceful and without undue force) when solving dilemmas.

Query: Does the message motivate you to stop and "think"? From Channeller's Ego: This message will demand that you only follow its directive; it doesn't want you to think independently. From a Spiritual Source: Messages will always encourage you to carefully examine all aspects before making a decision. It will encourage you to be self-sufficient and independent.

Query: Does the message encourage your participation or does it offer no personal motivation? From Channeller's Ego: This message will not offer encouragement, but will instead create a co-dependent atmosphere or relationship, either to an
organization or to a person. From a Spiritual Source: Messages should inspire action with your body and spirit, encouraging you to personally and whole-heartedly participate in your spiritual growth.

Query: How is the message constructed - what words preface the sentences? From Channeller's Ego: Ignore messages prefaced with words such as, "I demand that you...." or "I want you to...." or "You must do...." or "You should do this immediately or else...." or "If you don't do this...." or "I am telling you that...." or "My advice to you is...." - these are all ego-based. They may create fear, panic, victim mentality or co-dependent status. From a Spiritual Source: Messages may be prefaced with words such as, "It is suggested that...." or "We suggest that you...." or "My guidance tells me that...." or "Our advice to you is...." or "It would be in your best interest if you tried...." or "It would be beneficial if you would...." or "I am being told that...." or "I am guided to tell you...." - the preface gives an indication that there is a greater power or guidance at hand and the undertone of the message is loving, encouraging, one that offers a positive outcome. Of course you may disagree at the time, due to underlying resistance, but once you transform your thoughts or attitude, you will find the information generates positive harmony and expansion.

Query: Is the message verbalized in a hypnotic, monotone that is filled with elaborate wording that is difficult to understand? From Channeller's Ego: This message may be flowery or verbalized in a monotone - this can be hypnotic (a form of mind control), which allows lower vibrating energies to interject. From a Spiritual Source: Messages are generally short and to the point, with simple, unique information pertaining to your current life experience or situation. It is not excessively complicated, intricate or contradicting, where you would feel confused or fuzzy.

Query: Does the message try to charm you with riches and power? From Channeller's Ego: - This message would tempt those who may be attracted to greed or a desire for position or power. From a Spiritual Source: Messages will never try to entice you with material gain; universal guidance is more interested on your spiritual advancement (or gain) for your highest good and the highest good of humanity.

Undeniably, there are endless questions to be asked, but hopefully the above scenarios furnish enough information to make it easier to recognize channelled truth from rubbish. It is not at all unusual to feel overwhelmed or confused, for this can be a daunting undertaking, especially for a die-hard sceptical who has an overly-analytical left functioning brain. No doubt you seek continual validation, but your challenge is to develop more trust or faith and to utilize, plus merge your left and right brains so they compliment each other while working in unity. Certainly, the most powerful way to discern truthful information is through time, because eventually deceit (or rubbish) is exposed, while authentic truth always prevails.

Additionally, take ample time to quietly meditate, contemplate, focus and reflect on any information received, for as it integrates through your heart and soul levels, you will not only feel or sense, but you will know (without any doubt) whether it is authentic spiritual guidance and truth.
Always keep in mind that any channelled information received is only applicable at the precise time that it is given to you. After-all, you have the choice to alter your course at any given moment through exercising free-will. As for information that you absolutely cannot truly resonate with, release its energy and let it go; either it is not meant to be or perhaps it is not the appropriate time.

Civilization's Cornerstone: Kindness
by Alistair McAlpine, Kate Dixey

Healing Heart

Kindness is the fuel of civilization, politeness and courtesy its etiquette, its formalities, and dignity its aim. Civilization is about responsibility for your own actions, and it is about tolerating other people’s actions. One person trying to accept another’s habits is the essence of civilization. Kindness typically reserved for the home and loved ones can be an attitude encompassing your entire life.Kindness is a gentle, thoughtful, peaceful thing, most effective in its simplicity.

Most humans have a tendency towards altruism -- it has been proven in all parts of the world that part of the recovery process of disaster victims is altruistic behavior. Lord Byron, the famous nineteenth-century English romantic poet, wrote beautifully of kindness, “The drying up a single tear has more of honest fame than shedding seas of gore.” There is a gentleness to kindness that is noble. Kindness gives you not only strength, but also an inner beauty. The American philosopher and poet, Ralph Waldo Emerson, wrote, “There is no beautifier of complexion, or form, or behavior, like the wish to scatter joy and not pain around us.”Kindness, however, is not just the stuff of poetry and poets; it is also the stuff of sound business sense. You never know to whom you are being kind. Kindness to an unfortunate may result in, and indeed often has turned out, to be repaid 100 times.

The twentieth-century French writer, André Gide, had a view of kindness, “True kindness presupposes the faculty of imagining as one’s own the suffering and joys of others.” What Gide refers to here is, in fact, sensitivity. If you are to succeed in business, you need sensitivity, and sensitivity can be developed. In fact, “Kindness can become its own motive.”It should be easy to express kindness at work as opportunity abounds with typically large groups of people around you. People who show kindness demonstrate strength of character; it is admired and it is contagious. Importantly, kindness to your colleagues shows that you have confidence in your own ability, and shows that you have strength of character.

Those around you will notice both of these and admire them. Both of these characteristics, strength of character and confidence, are qualifications for promotion. Admiration is totally different from popularity in the workplace. Bosses prefer to promote those who people admire and are often suspicious of those who are merely popular. Often it is believed that there is an emotional expense in giving kindness. People often avoid giving kindness in the belief that it makes them feel emotionally drained. These people are mistaken.

The truth is, as we have to learn everything else in life, we must learn about giving kindness. Giving in a truly profound way is wonderful. If you really give profoundly, you will feel it in your heart and you will see it reflected in the people around you.“We are made kind by being kind,” wrote Eric Hoffer, the American social philosopher in the 1950s. And in the first century A.D., Publius Syrus, a Roman slave and mime, knew what some biologists and social scientists claim now to have proven, “You can accomplish by kindness what you cannot do by force.” Kindness requires patience, an appreciation of the importance of others, a certain diplomacy.

Compassion and kindness may sound sentimental but they actually lead to a deeper connection and rapport that create trust, a friendly atmosphere, compassion, and most importantly for business, an enjoyable synchronicity and harmony in the working environment. The people who are able to create such an environment and display these qualities are people who others trust to become a leader in the business world and the community.Leadership evolves out of expertise, ambition and luck, but true inspiration comes with a willingness to connect your own vulnerability with somebody else’s. So do not pass up the opportunity to remain silent and caring if the need arises. This so-called “soft” management approach is the ability to make yourself open and sensitive to others’ feelings. It takes courage to be quiet and listen to someone else’s discomfort. This can feel strange within a working framework, but actually it forms a greater professional respect.

The art of kindness is not just approaching a market challenge, but meeting the needs of each individual to find a resolution. Kindness to those around you is important, but perhaps more important is kindness to yourself, the most difficult form of kindness to practice. Reward not only your success but also your effort. Kindness to yourself helps deal with rejection. You may get disheartened, and self-kindness alleviates frustration brought on by an initial lack of success. Often, other people do not want you to succeed, so self-kindness is not only important, it is necessary.

You cannot get it from others.
Kindness to those who fail wins appreciation.
Kindness to those who win when you fail brings respect. Kindness is a building block of a happy life.
Kindness is born in consideration and love.

Teach yourself to be considerate, mostly in small matters, and consideration for others in big matters will become second nature. In relationships of all natures, it is well worth remembering that your perspective of other people will change with the differing situations in which you find yourself. The memory of a life is made up of many small incidents. Even large incidents are made up of small incidents, some details well remembered, some half remembered; some, in the nature of folklore, are distorted fact and embellished fantasy -- details invented that for you have become facts. These incidents, as the dots that comprise a photograph, are the picture of your life and become a complete memory.

When the circumstances of your life change, the pre-eminencies of these small dots rearrange themselves and the picture of your life alters. Your attitude and perception change to issues and people. In extreme cases, heroes become villains and vice versa. In truth, however, they have not changed; merely how you see them has changed. Kindness must always be meaningful. When you are pivoting in your life, it is easy to be confused about meaningful kindness. Just being lovely to everyone is no solution. Rather, as always, kindness must be carefully considered, directed with as full knowledge of the facts as possible. Haphazard kindness, as exemplified by the comedy routine of the boy scout who took an unwilling old lady far out of her way across a busy road to earn “a good deed for the day,” can only cause confusion and distress.

QuoteKindness.jpg image by rufagngedjaha343

As Thomas Fuller, an African slave and mathematician, wrote in 1732, “Unreasonable kindness gets no thanks.”Kindness has its own rewards, for those who have succeeded in developing their instincts and sensitivity can physically experience the sensation of their own kindness around the area of their heart. The sensation is so memorable that it is astonishing. Yet we fear and resist that sensation, perhaps because we simply think that it will feel so good and then disappear, leaving us sad and disappointed, unhappy that this memorable feeling could come and go so easily.

As a sensation, kindness may frighten people.
They are scared because they do not trust
kindness in themselves or others.
These people believe that there must
be a catch in being kind.

For them kindness is associated with weakness and brutal honesty, which they regard as an admirable quality but is actually unkindness.

Often these people see themselves as “saying what they think.” More often, they do not take the simple precaution of thinking before their victims hear what they have to say. These types of people believe that you are being kind to them only because you want something from them. They are sad people trapped in a sad suspicious world incapable of coming to terms with even the first building block in the construction of happiness.Conversely, kindness quite often comes from a totally unexpected source, a person who you do not know well, and certainly did not expect to be kind to you. Even a total stranger can make an act of kindness to you spontaneously, just because they felt like giving more than was required. How wonderful you feel when a total stranger is kind to you; conversely, how wonderful you feel when you are kind to a total stranger. It is an amazing moment, sparked perhaps by an action that can be so small as to pass for good manners. The scale of the kindness does not matter. Kindness has a disproportionate effect on the well being of both the giver and the recipient.

Samuel Johnson, the eighteenth-century English writer and thinker, is quoted in Boswell’s Life of Samuel Johnson in 1781 as speaking well of spontaneous kindness. “Always set a high value on spontaneous kindness. He whose inclination prompts him to cultivate your friendship of his own accord will love you more than one whom you have been at pains to attach to you.”Learn to enjoy receiving kindness, learn to enjoy being thanked. It will make the giver of the thanks glow and it may produce a second or two of shyness, so intimate that it will touch the other person deep down inside.

Enjoy the acts of giving and receiving,
for they are moments of true beauty.

The least expected these moments are,
the greater their beauty.

How strange it is that we so often receive kindness from the most unexpected sources and unkindness from those who we would most expect to be kind. Kindness over time, however, accumulates into a pile in our psyche and helps us come to terms with times when people are rude or unkind.Kindness is fundamentally different from a desire to please, which is a deferential activity. Kindness is an instinct, mutual to two people. An instinct evolved in one returned by another in equal measure. Kindness is without doubt at least a layer of building blocks in the construction of happiness. Kindness and how you deal with others are closely intertwined.

Do not make that smart remark that is devastating to the ego of others, forget it, put it out of your mind.

Even to think of hurtful remarks colors your attitude to others and leaves a stain on your own spirit. Put aside the jibe that leaves even the smallest scar on your relationship with others. Avoid that verbal passage of arms, as the argument that often leads to sensuality is not to be confused with the path to happiness.

Needless to say, it is a lot easier to be kind to someone who is kind to you, than to a person who is unkind to you.

Kindness is not an abstract quality.

Emotional Peace
Gwen Randall-Young

Go slowly, breathe, and smile.

Thich Nhat Hanh
The most valuable commodity in the world is inner peace. Health, wealth, fame or fortune cannot be enjoyed or appreciated when life is filled with emotional turbulence. Yet, we are human, and things happen in life.

Sometimes, despite our best intentions, determination, and affirmations, we find ourselves caught up in an emotional reaction to a person or situation. If only things would just turn out right, and people would behave as expected, then we could be at peace, or so we think. The problem with this thinking is that we are waiting for things to be peaceful on the outside before we can be peaceful on the inside. Actually, it works the other way around. When we create stillness and calm within, then our lives become more peaceful. Emotional upset occurs when things do not go the way we want them to. Struggle is created when we try to make things go the way we want them to.

Emotional peace, on the other hand, comes when we learn to accept things as they are, and let go of our need to control them. Of course this does not mean that we put up with abuse or inappropriate behavior. It does mean that we are more accepting of things we cannot change, more respectful of boundaries (ours and others), and more realistic.

Sometimes we just have to accept people and situations as they are, and sometimes we have to bless them and move on. If we know a situation or relationship is not good for us, we cannot hope to find peace until we do something about it. In the meantime, we can still cultivate emotional peace. Imagine a, peaceful sanctuary. Think of it as a safe, healing place. Hold it in your consciousness, perhaps in your heart, and, quieting the mind, go there regularly. When you practice this often, you come to know that peace is always a choice.

You can always tell yourself, a well of peace exists within me, and I can choose to be there any time. Emotional turbulence is generally fuelled by thoughts, so if we just stop the thoughts for a time and drop into this peaceful space, we see that it is the ego-mind that is having the problem. Without the thoughts, peace returns. Achieving emotional peace does not mean that everything in life has finally settled into a state of perfection. Nothing does. It means that we have freed ourselves from the entrapment of the mind, we are no longer held hostage by our thoughts. We can observe them, see them for what they are, and then let them go.

We will still have to deal with the stuff of life, but then we can step back into our place of peace. Practice this, and notice how much more peaceful your life becomes, both inside and out.

GODDESS
by:Toni Carmine Salerno

Awaken your true nature.

reach.jpg image by hcmmissinferno

Reach for the stars.

True wisdom lies in the empty space between each thought.

Your highest wisdom dwells in emptiness.
It is a void. Waiting to be fulfilled by you.

I come to you in your dreams.
I am hope – desire – All within you that yearns to be.

Your true essence exists eternally in a world of light.

You are the essence of creation.

ALL that you imagine lovingly you create.

Love = Creation. Love is all there is.

The real you exists beyond the horizon of logic.

Love is an eternal light. Love is infinite.
Love is the thread that binds every beautiful memory
and every amazing moment.

Love is the pulse of the earth.
Love is the rhythm of the stars.

Love is the moonlight that lovingly embraces the night.
Love is a thought woven in silk. Love unfolds our destiny.

The goddess loves eternally through you.

She is the invisible light that you feel in your heart.
She is the light that shines beyond the heavenly stars.
 She is the eternal flame.

Through her we discover a greater light.

She is a luminous shadow. She is a threefold flame.

All things are born in an explosion of love.

Life is whatever you imagine it to be.

Dream it and you’ll create it.

The sacred flame of the goddess lives in you.

Allow her flame to guide you.
Allow it to love you and it will transform you.

When all hope seems lost, you will discover a deeper truth.

Anew beginning will emerge.

You will release all that you have kept hidden.

You will step into the light.

You will see beyond the illusion and you will realize that only love is real.

Listen carefully and you will hear your inner voice.

Look closely and you will see the light beyond the darkness.

The goddess of creation seeks expression through you.
This very moment you are being infused with her healing energy.

Eternity exists in your heart.

Close your eyes and feel your eternal presence.

Nothing can exist without its opposite.

Light and dark exist in sacred union.

Embrace your angels.
Embrace your demons.
Embrace all of who you are.

Love knows no separation –
it does not discriminate, it does not judge, it just is.

Love and accept yourself as you are.

Drop the mask and just be you.

The law of the universe is simple.
I just cant recall what it is right now!

There is a visible reality and an invisible one.

Both are eternally real.

Follow your heart.

Your sacred duty is to follow the guidance of your soul,
So do not let fear cloud your purpose.
Your inner light will show you the way.
She is your wisdom – trust in her.

Every moment is precious.
 Every challenge a blessing.
Every day presents a new opportunity.

Love forever unfolds, creates, illuminates.

Love moves the earth and stars.

Create for it is in creation that you exist in this world full of wonder.

Through love and hatred, joy and sadness, laughter and tears.

The unknown awaits you, step into the void with courage and strength.

Allow your inner light to unfold like a budding rose searching for the sun.

Go where love leads you.
Keep your pockets full of dreams
and allow them to be your guide.

When you embrace the darkness, life seems brighter.

All you need to know will be revealed at the most perfect moment.

It is pointless to resist life’s natural flow.

Love is formless and timeless.
It has no boundaries, apart from those we place upon it.

Love is limited only by our beliefs.

It is human nature to want to know
and to convert that knowing into logical explanation.
However, true knowing is a matter only for the heart,
it cannot be explained or understood by a finite mind.

What may seem like an undeniable truth to you may seem false to another.
No one is ever absolutely right or absolutely wrong,
no one truth applies universally –
a piece of the truth exists in every point of view.

The rational mind cannot grasp the concept that something
can exist without it having a beginning and an ending.

In our reality, things are born and then they die,
things begin and then end.

On the surface this is how life appears to us.

However when we delve deeper,
into the sub-atomic world, a different picture emerges.

Energetically, nothing actually ends, things simply transform.

Imagine a golden path surrounded by lush trees and flowers.
The golden path is your life’s journey,
the sun, your soul’s guiding light.
Whether you know it or not you are always on the right path.

Peace is not a thought. It is a state of being.

The world around you is simply a reflection of the world within you.

Great things are possible when everything you do
is in alignment with your heartfelt vision and purpose.

The power that made you is ultimately the power that heals you.

Trust your natural instincts.
No matter how professionally something is presented,
if it doesn’t feel right for you, then it’s not.

Every time you see beauty in another,
let it serve to remind you of your own beauty.

Your soul is the gateway to an endless universe
that reflects the light of a billion stars.

There is nothing more important that this present moment.

Be still.
Feel a gentle breeze blow.

Beyond the breeze you can feel a place beyond time;
a state of peace beyond your thoughts.
Light transforming to ever-greater love.

An eternal glow that always was and always will be.

Through you I see the hidden parts of myself,
I feel the soul of the earth,
I intuitively know the secret meaning of the stars,
in you I see my own reflection.

Gently close your eyes and as you quiet your mind,
 relax every muscle and joint.

Let go of all tension and bring your focus to your breath.

Imagine yourself breathing in light.

As you breathe out all unwanted thoughts.

Feel a gentle breeze flow though your mind –
feel it clear away any concerns or negative feelings.

Breathe in light.

Breathe out love.

My soul is an ocean forever longing for your shore.

You are the thought that ebbs and flows within my dreams.

My eternal flame. Life is a gift

It is a river flowing with endless dreams.

Let there be light in your darkness.

Let there be joy in your pain.

Trust in miracles.

Celebration is a ritual through which we honor our blessings.

Before embarking on the next step,
stop and celebrate what you already have.

Within the heart of the goddess god rests and dreams.

She is the miracle and magic of life.

She comes to help you fulfill your dreams.

In the purple of night the silence is shattered...

A new day is born with eternal love.

Enchanted Sea

by Victor Kahn

Do you know what’s important about finding a place,
somewhere in time where your mind can unlace.
Where the beauty of visiting slows down the pace,
and the senses are exposed to a sharp ‘about-face’.

The point is well taken and called introspect,
a world all in harmony that is picture perfect.
A place drawn from visions like those seen as a kid,
images that are breathtaking ~ appear enchanted.

Nature & Beauty that are right on the track,
bring on the feeling ~ take up the slack.
Slow down the real world from inside the mind,
and reflect in the pleasure of eternal time.

It takes just one visit to want to come back,
to a place where there’s safety and not an attack.
Enjoying the moment and the feeling within,
your life becomes peaceful and all genuine.

Worry and mind games and thinking too much,
results in much clutter ~ then used as a crutch.
Learn how to wind down and calm down instead,
...develop the eyes in back of your head.

That place we all search for should be easy to find...
and it’s created from images within our own mind.
Meditate on this vision and reside in that place,
a feeling of comfort ~ Pressure Erased.

The Power of Focus

        Isn't life amazing?
Though sometimes frustrating, overwhelming, even infuriating, our journey through the material world is a truly fantastic adventure filled with potential for fulfilment and pleasure. But how many of are actually taking advantage of all that is on offer? Or to put it another way, how many of us are simply coasting through on cruise control and missing much of what's out there?

Life is certainly complex. Numerous things demand our attention, and in the final analysis most of these urgencies are utterly meaningless. Have we paid the gas bill?, remembered Mrs X's birthday?, chosen the right outfit for the company "do"?..... The list is endless. The trouble is, with so much noise, can we even hear - never mind respond to - the real message?
One human lifetime is incredibly short. Compared to how long the earth has existed our time here is not a drop in the ocean.

So why are we here?
Is it just to acquire material wealth?

If that's so, we'll soon be under six feet of dirt and our physical acquisitions won't matter a damn. Is it to make a lasting contribution? Quite possibly. We each contribute what we can, and our individual contributions all count towards the sum of human achievement - great or small. But the real purpose of our life is experiential growth. Our bodies will soon rot away, and all that will remain is the intangible part which is "I".
If you believe we truly have free will, that we truly have the ability to FEEL sorrow, pain, joy, fear, anger, love... then we are more than our physical body and the part which is more is infinite and its purpose in incarnation is to learn and grow. No more, no less.

Many of us find ourselves drawn between the pursuit of short-term pleasure or long(er)-term success. Do we spend the evening going to the bar or studying for the qualification that will bring us a better lifestyle? It's easy to choose the bar, but in the morning we find ourselves with no more than a headache and a lighter wallet.

What is lacking in many of us is a sense of focus. This is the knowledge of our specific life purpose and the will to ensure it is carried out. Life is short and time passes quickly, especially aimless time. Before we know it our life will have passed us by, and the sum of our meaningful achievements remains close to zero. The problem is that we have failed to identify a purpose, or having identified our purpose we have dissipated our energy on a myriad of nothingness.

The Purpose Advantage

We can be compared to light. On a cloudy day the light from the (tremendously powerful) sun is so spread out and weakened it cannot even cast a shadow. On a clearer day, with the aid of a magnifying glass, the same sun can start a fire. In the extreme, a laser beam can cut metal. The same entity, light, but the difference is the degree of focus. If we can achieve that same focus, and apply it to a purpose-driven life, there is truly no limit to what we can achieve.

But first we have to decide what to focus on, or at least rediscover what we already decided before being born into this world. Each of us is a unique individual, possessed of a unique set of attributes - strengths, weaknesses, inclinations, fascinations... Though we all have free will, our particular characteristics and personality seem to suit us for a certain direction. We don't have to follow it, but when we do we find the pathway smoother. Circumstances too seem to assist rather than obstruct our journey. This is the real meaning of karma.

Self-knowledge comes from introspection and meditation; from reviewing our journey so far, what's worked well, and what hasn't. But such introspection takes effort, and will. It's all too easy to put it off until tomorrow, or to see only what we want to. Given the audience is just one, ourself, we can and must be brutally honest.

How many of us are too busy to focus?
Or at least that's our excuse.

There's a stack of bills to be paid so we carry on in the same old way not because we want to, but because it's a means to and end and we know it works. We're like rats running around a wheel. Like a drug it allows us to avoid or abdicate the difficult choices. Many of us are simply living without purpose.

The world is big and we are small. We can't possibly explore every opportunity or fight every battle. So we must identify those that are most worth pursuing - for us. This is an individual matter to be decided in the light of our self-knowledge. A different person in the same situation may choose entirely differently, yet you and he can both be right.

Having overcome the common condition of aimlessness we must then avoid the desired state of focus descending into the less desirable condition of obsession. Being focused still allows time for other pursuits, eg spending time with loved ones, following hobbies etc. Do not neglect these; in particular, always make space for loved ones, as they are what define our very purpose. Taking time out doesn't damage our focus. To the contrary it allows us to return with fresh enthusiasm and lets us see the wood from the trees.

Another common human fault is to waste time fretting over things that can't be altered. What is, is - end of story.

None of us can turn back time, so quit trying, you're only dissipating your precious energy. If something is given, accept it.

Instead direct your focus to things you can change/influence.

By taking time to discover and define our purpose we live more effectively and gain more satisfaction in the process. By aligning our efforts with our motivations and interests (ie our focus) we become far more potent. Once you find your purpose the quality of your existence will follow naturally.
