Salutations - The music artist is locked into another struggle with the weight. That issue really matters to me. I've since ditched things with high fructose corn syrup and trans fats as much as I can get away from. I've switched gears with what I have to eat on the kitchen table you will find things like honey and agave. In the fridge you'll see one percent milk. Also orange juice as well as apple cider. In the sliding drawer you will see bars of cheese. The thing is I don't like having a lot of bread. On the closet shelf you will see natural peanut butter. I'm getting more serious as to what I have. Also cereal like this "Granola" great stuff. These are some of the things you will find in the residence. I hardly drink soda either natural soda is another thing. I'm still in a face off with my weight and tonight I'll be back out walking to drag that weight down even more. So far I've already stopped my weight from heading back up to a level I don't like to be at. It is work for me like watching what I have but it is worth it. It does make me feel better to get control of the weight. I don't want to return to the horrible eating habits I once had. It is a process still my weight is lower than it has been in the past but I liked where my weight was last month. You have to understand that you are in control of what you eat and how much you exercise it is my fault for like giving in and being locked into another face off with my weight.

Finally - Something on the drama front from Abc that happens to be like decent in my book. The new series scored in my book. Actually both my mom and I watched it with myself closer to giving the series a rebid translation to return to watching it for future episodes. According to the "Futon Critic" the series scored as well. Also for the tv notes drama "Degrassi" "The Next Generation" continues to score. In my book "Degrassi" continues to rank as one of the highest dramas that I watch. The series has been signed in my book for additional episodes because of those good ratings. Joining the series in getting signed for more episodes is one of this year's highest rated dramas that I watched that would be "Being Erica" Ratings for Season 6 of "Supernanny" are so far better the remaining issue is the low rated performance of the narrator for the series. It is time for him to the production company of the series to ditch him. He is not getting it done in my book. He can't be dramatic when the series calls for it. Especially when "Supernanny" heads to commercial he says like the same thing "Coming up on Supernanny and then outcues with "When Supernanny returns" time for him to get ditched. I think it is time to get rid of Jeff who does the narration for the series.

Hey - Here we are in November and the Albany Region has one of the best bands in years how awesome is this band well I rode the bicycle from where I am to Albany twice to see them recently. That's how good they are. For lead singer "Kaitee Page" traveling assisted her in the formulation of one of the best records recorded without the record labels getting involved. I admit "Paramore" is still good but "Lunic" is better. Page doesn't just sing she is a musician and an impacting force when she hits the stage. This is the time to really get behind this talented band and support then in any way you can. If you can buy their cd and shirts do it. I want decent music in this area and that's what this band is. This band has had a lot of experience not making the mistakes that so many do with the major labels. These songs on "Lovethief" are ones the national music artists would like to have but can't. The other members of the band follow the leadership of Kaitee with her cues for the next song. What would make "Lunic" better is for the supporting cast that would be the media as in radio picking up "Lovethief" and playing their songs on the radio going around the dreaded politics pf playing tracks on the radio. Also for "Metroland" to name them best band and don't shy away from it because they feel it is going to bring about cursed vibes on this band kind of what the entertainment publication did with "Phantogram" I would hope they they realize I may not work for "Metroland" but I know stellar bands in the scene and decent music when I hear it. Another thing "Lunic" could do is think about the new record notice how I didn't say record. It is about having that forward speed. With the levels on myspace they have this promotion thing working for them. So I've seen them twice already by riding the bicycle to Albany. Maybe someone should ask this question why isn't one of their songs on the new "Twilight Soundtrack" I think the band's "The dark house" would be a rocking track for it. You want decent music make time in your schedule and check in with the band I'm calling the best since the days of "Bipolar"

Who's ready for a challenge. - It was business as usual as the "Travel's Channel along with "Man versus Food" continues to be stellar episodes of Adam Richman visiting "Boise" also "Washington the District" continues to lead the network in my book. Also Abc ended up scoring decent rating for the first two episodes of Season 6 of "Supernanny" aside from thr theme switch and the different music when the series comes back from a commercial it is better now.

Greetings my fellow Halloween minions - It was spooky and creepy in Albany's "Scarillian's" with the first snack of the night "The Blisterz" who tried to send a fright with their songs including "Myspace friend" Later on "Travis Gray and the Frontiers" elevated the night air with songs that had Gray on scaitar and ghouliano including the ghouls's favorite song to listen to at a party "So Gruel" as well as other eerie tracks. The sound system felt like it was controlled by phantoms including the microphone during the set caused by vampires biting through the wires. Closing down the "Scarefest" was the haunting sounds of "Lunic" Princess Kaitee of the halloween like band pranced their way through ten chilling tracks including the freaky selections like "Him" and "Love me" The princess herself mostly played vampolin and skiboard. When the fright was done the mysterious "Lunic" freaked up some of the best ratings for a freight band since "Bipolar" becoming the best band since them. Like that Princess Kaitee and her band vanished into the night sky.

What up - We do have a new band that I'm tellin you wants to be not just your friend but other countries as well and that would be "Lunic" that's the good news the bad news is that we have to probably wade through difficult ocean waters to arrive at the place that "Lunic" wants us to be. Most likely opening this very important event is the mismatch of "Travis Gray and the Frontiers" Remember the other two bands "Horse in a box" and "The Loyalty" the issue at hand is the fact that they were mostly without an immense hit on my Top 40 chart. Gray if he stays out of the folk and acoustic laden music that lots of us get punished in the cities of "Saratoga Springs" and "Glens Falls" should be ok. But this is his what third try at fronting a band. As much as I've tried to understand "Travis" and his music opening for some new awesome band such as "Lunic" is not going to be the right match for tonight. This will be like "Jes Hudak" performing in Moon and River Cafe in which she demolished her openers by scoring some of the best ratings ever since I've been going to that place. The point is the focus is "Lunic" and considering I'm very dedicated in making the connections sometimes difficult to travel to see talent in this area and beyond. The thing that bothers me the most in this business is when a band or opener can't score on the all important levels of impact and on stage performance. You could be a cover band like "Ten Year Vamp" who I saw in Glens Falls and get it done on the offensive music boards by scoring well on impact and on stage performance. I'm being honest I saw "The Loyalty" in 2007 from the gate of the "Saratoga Performing Arts Cneter" they were ok but not like awesome. Will Travis Gray have the impact to go the distance we'll have to see if he does. He may have the high reaching numbers on myspace but it doesn't mean he won't be a distant second place or third place to "Lunic" This is his chance to prove that he has to give it hundred percent not so much in playing the instruments but relating to the crowd and be appreciative for the new success of his band and not to come off stage. "Lunic" should and will be handed the highest ratings of the night. I would say they will shut down the openers with their high level of impact and on stage performance. I expect "Lunic" to score some of the biggest ratings for an area gig in a long time. I've seen a lot of people perform in this area. Look for "Him" and "Love me" to be in the set list. I think people who check in with "Lunic" are going to really be glad they made the effort I expect them to be named one of this area's best bands you haven't heard yet or the best band since "Bipolar"

Salutations - I've heard a lot of music. I've traveled to see a lot of talented artists. I've seen a lot of music videos on the video music outlets but not since well "Ace of Base" have we seen a more mysterious band like appear that we didn't know was there. Maybe the Albany based band looked at the video for "All that she wants" from the Swedish based "Ace of Base" and maybe lead singer Kaitee Page liked swedish fish candy as a snack and doesn't remember who "Ace of Base" was. Whatever the point is "Lunic" is one of the best bands I've heard since "Bipolar" remember them? Lead singer "Kaitee Page" has attitude and a good one at that you sense the edge in lead single "Him" the girl has spunk and talent in leading her band "Lunic" to well opening for "Creed" and then landing on Albany's recent "Larkfest" She seems to be the leader of the "Albany based" band but she is a good leader one with grace and natural talent and passion for reaching into the distance with this band's music. A lot of people probably expect me to like review the band's album and do one of those reviews well this song is this and that song is that it doesn't need to be done with "Lunic" lead release "Him" is on my Top 40 chart and there will be more songs that will hit the chart that well I like to listen to. Page is also well traveled so that is another likability factor for them. Maybe she is thinking I hope people in this area will really like us when that is already the fact. "We like you" no we'll do better then that. "We love Lunic" now we as in the people need to support our hug him like a brother kiss her like a sister act so they can go far we are talking touring well where they need to be peforming soon "Europe" and "Scandinavia" and beyond. I haven't seen "Lunic" perform yet and I'm getting geared up for it. The energy level throughout this area has increased because we have our music scene back we have a band we can cheer for and we like what we hear from them. This band stays far away from the geners of music that rank in the basement in my book. This band could be the second outfit to get signed by an indie label after the talented "Phantogram" stunned the stuck in the mud "Saratoga Springs" music scene with their eerie music.

Salutations - If there is one thing I've come to understand with the music thing is that eveyone has a different way to handle it. I have a lot of ideas on how I actually plan to make it all the way to "Europe" but first there are a lot of places closer to home that I want to see. 1 - Rhode Island - This is the last state in the Northeast I've yet to visit and I plan on booking another out of state trip to see that state's lead city "Providence" when that trip is in the book I would of been to all of the states in the Northeast. 2 - Passport - As of right now I have enough money for the passport. I so plan on getting it done soon. 3 - If not "Pittsburgh" then what city then. - I really thought I was going to shift to the "Steel City" but now inside reports are looking past that idea to more distant cities. If I do remain in the local area it will probably be an immense card to play that is going to make it easier to reach "Vancouver" in February for the "Winter Olympics" and more importantly "Europe" next year. I kind of have a good deal in the local area right now and as long as I travel here and there it might be enough to keep me hanging in this area but to look ahead to what's coming up. 4 - Arp Recording - I love this recording studio so much. I can't begin to tell you how I love the new setup and new direction. After "The Bright Light Motion" which I found out is probably not going to return to "Arp Recording" it makes you think that I should sign with Arp Recording for additional tracks. With 21-9 "Touch the Sky" landing on "Do the Fright Thing" Volume 2 - "Halloween Compilation" this gives Arp Recording the hit I wanted to give the studio. Arp Recording has seen "Jes Hudak" and "Jeff Brisbin" record there. Hudak currently ranks as one of my favorite music artists based here in the "States" I really want to record and release some records with "Arp Recording" 5 - Cancun Mexico - I have a friend that I haven't seen in a few years that is in that city. I plan on visiting that area eventually before heading to "Europe" I would love it if I play a gig there. 6 - Sarah Reeve - One of my favorite musicians ever from the country of "Australia" has to be this twenty something powerhouse who has a decent indie record deal. Reeve is the highest rated artist from the land down under in my book leading by "The Veronica's" she also happens to be one of my friends that I have never met. She already was in "Europe" before. If I ever tour "Europe" I would love it if someone like "Sarah Reeve" would play all kinds gigs with me. 7 - Landing a girlfriend from "Canada" or "Europe" I can't begin to tell you how I want to meet this wonderful girl from "Canada" or "Europe" I've already had an experience dating a girl from the "States" and we remember how that turned out. I really want my next girlfriend to come from "Canada' or "Europe" that is one of my goals. 8 - East Coast is close to "Europe" I really want to travel to "Europe" on a cruise ship this will be the first time seeing a new land. 9 - New LP - "East Side Gallery" I really want to release a decent album and want to get this effort out before I go to "Europe" 10 - Cruise to Alaska - That's another one of my ideas is to travel to Alaska by going on a cruise. Those are ten things to look at as I plan on heading towards making it to "Europe"
