Faith = Intention and Present-Moment Awareness

There are many discussions about Faith. This virtue is often suggested when one is faced with challenges. It is almost always mentioned when discussing religion or spirituality.

To me, Faith is "knowing" that your desired outcome awaits you, and "knowing" that your greater good will endure through all outward challenges. Challenges though visible and "real" are actually not real and are invisible to the soul. On the other hand, Faith, though unseen, is actually vividly clear and real to the soul.

After having read many books on Truth and Faith, I would like to offer this sensible understanding.

Faith equals Intention and Present-Moment Awareness. Intention is our vision and desires. It is what we feel Divine Spirit has in store for us. It is what we feel we deserve.

It is extremely important that we nurture that vision, and even write it down, to go through the formality of claiming your Faith and Worthiness. More importantly, knowing and believing in the good that Divine Spirit has in store for you, gives you the Awareness of where you truly are now. Now, just as in this present moment.

The reason why being Aware of the present-moment is so important is because it is a testimony of Faith. By focusing on the present, we boldly rest assured in the wisdom we gained from the Past, as well as in Faithful of Divine Spirit's gifts for us, to be granted in the future, "in God's time".

After formally acknowledging our Intentions and becoming Present-Moment oriented, we allow God to layout the path for us, while we focus on preparing for the blessings to come. God allows us to let go of our desires by handling all the details for us. The past is released for it gives us wisdom that is useful today. With the past and future "in the best of care", we are poised to treasure "the now", recognizing each of the blessings that God has already manifested in our lives.

Oprah, We Want a Global Love & Forgiveness Day!

Love Electra's (www.loveelectra.com or www.myspace.com/ignitehearts) committed to advancing the message of Love to the world, through its attractive t-shirts and through various social networking channels. Love Electra adores Oprah Winfrey, and look to her as a mentor for advancing the cause of Unity and Caring.

Along the lines of "increasing the Peace", Love Electra has visualized a World Love & Forgiveness Day, and aim to "bring it into manifestation"...:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O />

This day will be designated to "show some love" and forgiveness to those with whom we have had resentments, conflicts, arguments and non-communication and to make a commitment to show love and compassion to everyone you encounter, "igniting hearts" along the way. It is a day whereby we are all asked to contact at least 5 people to ask for and give to them, forgiveness, and to "connect" with someone whom you do not already know.

We believe that many of us long for harmony with each other, but often do not act on this urge. Establishing a World Love & Forgiveness Day will give ex-lovers, bosses, co-workers, family member, strangers on the street, and maybe even world leaders, a reason to say "let's try to get along. Try to imagine the impact on Human Relations this would have after having celebrated this day around the global year after year.

Love Electra wants to "attract" Oprah to this concept. We believe that no one could manifest this concept better than Oprah Winfrey could. We try to contact Oprah's representatives daily to get her attention, as well as post the concept on blogs, Myspace.com/ignitehearts, and on his website.
