Like many of you, I maintain TWO internet residences.. one here on MySpace..

The other over at Facebook..

(If you wanna find me or add me on Facebook, search "Woody Wood") Like Coke and Pepsi, they are basically the same with a couple of differences.

Facebook is quieter.. a peaceful place where friends find each other and send delightful messages back and forth... like TEXTING without the Cell Phone Bill.

Over here, on MySpace, things are a little LOUDER... there is music and glitterly graphics to delight and inspire..

And, since MySpace is more "show-bizzy", people can be more naughty and anonymous (not that there's anything wrong with that).

Facebook, on the otherhand, requires a first AND last name to set up a profile, so it is more "Stalker-Friendly"..

I am considering starting MY OWN internet community... a combination of MySpace and Facebook.... I'm trying to settle on a name... how about..

SPACE BOOK ????

(I have no threat to back that up, but it seemed like a good idea) I will be consuming DOUBLE the amount of Traditional Good-Luck-Bringing New Years Day BLACK-EYED PEAS to ensure a victory AND an economic turn-around for our country! What's the HOTTEST GIFT this season?

As you may or may not know, I have several dogs (I believe I qualify for "pack" status, see my picture page). So, I've seen them chew up and eat a variety of household items... shoes.. TV remotes.. Christmas ornaments, etc etc etc.. HOWEVER.. our little puppy, "Snowy" (seen below... on the left) has broke NEW GROUND!

Yesterday I found her under the coffee table (a popular hang-out for dogs chewing on things they know they shouldn't). She had something in her mouth... has I was trying to fish it out of there, I heard a faint "popping" noise... what did she have???

POP ROCKS! Got em out of one of the kids' rooms... pretty funny to hear your dog's mouth fizzing and popping..luckily, just a few pops... as we all know, if you eat Pop Rocks and drink COKE as the same time, something terrible happens!

THAT'S RIGHT! Your HEAD EXPLODES like the DEATH STAR! That's what KILLED MIKEY from the LIFE Cereal Commercials!!

Speaking of "acting", After Christmas, we start SERIOUS REHEARSALS for my legendary return to LIVE THEATER!!*

*I say "return" as I did some plays in High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana! The Halls of North Side High School, I'm sure, are STILL alive with the echoes of my triumphant performances as Charlie Brown in "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" and my singing and dancing (with a MUCH taller girl) as MARCELLUS WASHBURN, the guy who sings "Shipoopi", in "The Music Man"!!

So... any reason to wear make up again, I was totally in favor of! I will be in the Murfreesboro CENTER FOR THE ARTS presentation of ...

THE WIZARD OF OZ!

They're letting me play.... THE WIZARD! The MAN BEHIND THE CURTAIN! Should be fun... I'm really looking forward to it. My son, JEFF, is playing the scarecrow and my daughter, Madison, plays assorted Munchkins, Poppies, and Flying Monkeys!..The show is late February & early March. In researching the role (as all master thespians do), I noticed something I hadn't before.... the BIG SCARY WIZARD HEAD..

...Look like ZORDON from POWER RANGERS!

By the way, I think the Red Power Ranger REALLY DID end up being an Adult Film Star...

(Wow... it ALWAYS comes back to that, doesn't it? I wouldn't know, really, since I NEVER watch those kinds of movies.... however, I'M GUESSING that some AWESOME Power Ranger Porn Dialog would be "Is that a ZORD in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me?")
