Humeur actuelle :  méditatif

For a while now, I've had this overwhelming desire to become famous. It could be the boredom talking, or perhaps my star sign (Leo), but I've been considering my options, and here they are...I'd love to know what you think, especially you Amie!!!

1.Singing.  I have a little bit of talent here, and singing makes me happy, so, yay!

2.  Acting.  Sigh, no talent here.  I've always had a flair for the dramatic though.  The high school drama teacher actually told everyone that I couldn't act. How humiliating!  But let's face it, I never actually took drama.....so how hard could it be with a little coaching???

3.  Writing.  I've always wanted to be a writer. Maybe I could write a book? I've got all these ideas just burning in my head, wasting away.

4.  Hairdressing.  This is by far the most likely, since I actually am a hairdresser...although it would be nice to be well known and own a few salons when I'm qualified....

Honesty is the best policy...those of you who know me well I'd love to hear your opinions.

Humeur actuelle :  barbant

I just want to say that my parents have been overseas for two and a half weeks now, and I'm home by myself with the dogs and the cat, and my occasional boyfriend.  Let me tell you how bored I am.... I actually went to work early for once, because I had nothing better to do.

The silence is deafening!!!!! Help me please.... save me my friends!!!!!

Hey all, the other night I went to the Ben Folds concert at QPAC, Southbank where he was playing with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra.  It was so awesome!!!  I've always liked his music, but Dan hadn't heard a lot of his stuff, so after the concert he was asking to borrow all of my cd's!!! I think it's safe to say that he is a fully fledged Ben Folds fan now!!!  He also had this band with him called the Dresden Dolls, and they're pretty cool also. So I guess that the moral of this story is to check out Ben Folds, if you haven't already, granted, it's not for everyone, but I highly recommend him!!!! Also, check out the Dresden Dolls!!!!
