I am almost 84 kg right now ...I don't think it is that bad for a 178-179 cm height human being ...  Some will put the age too ( 30 years and half ) ..but as you may know I don't believe in age  .... !!! As I said before it depends on how you feel ...

I had times I felt like 15 years old teenage boy ...and times .... I felt like 60 years old man in the bed who can't stand on his feet   ...!!! ;-)





Now coming back to the subject .... 84 kg came from the time I was in bed because of the surgeries ... and as you know when you are with broken legs you need to eat good to give your body the power to remake the bone... and it continued even after I stand up on my feet ...because even then you are still in recovery ...

As you know being with broken legs will make you move slower and you will be limited almost in every thing that contains movements and walking ...I couldn't run for almost a year and half after the accident ... and it is not a good idea to lift heavy stuff too ... but if you read my previews blogs specially from ( April to July 2009 ) when I made the swimming pool and fixed the old house I lifted a lot of heavy rocks ;-) because I was almost healed ..and I felt good  ...

Now because all of the reasons above ... and ... one more reason that I will explained it in the end of this blog ... I decided to begin training again ... and loss 4 kg until the end of this month !!!! ..It sound crazy.. ;-) ... well it may sound crazy ..and impossible but I believe I can do it ... and when you believe then all the universe will help you to get it become true ... !!!! From (The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho)  ;-)

It is so important that I become 80 kg before the surgery ( that I still have no idea when it will be) ...  !!!

And there is one other plan ...that I have to loss another 5-10 kg by the end of this year ...  I mean I have to become (70 - 75 kg) by 01.01.2010 ...

and I am not so hysterical about this ... It is just a plan I want to do it because it is for my own good ... and it will help me for my surgery and for the recovery after it too  !!! ;-)


and my plan begins from Sunday when we went to Etara ... and when we came back I asked a friend to borrow her bike ...and here I am today+yesterday I am riding it for almost 7 km to the top of the mountain Gradishtia ...





Of course it is not just this ... When I am home every day for almost an hour is training with the weights on my leg and hands ... too Push-ups and muscles training ..specially the middle part of the body ... !

and my daily food are mostly fruits + water + some times Pepsi (without sugar) .. But of course I have one small but normal lunch too .. with meat and bread + some kind a beans and Potatoes .... ;-) of course I am still taking pills with calcium+vitamin D ... ;-)

By the way I believe in two thing ...

1- There is no plan for losing weights that can help you ..if you have no inner will of doing it ... You must believe in it otherwise it will be just waist of time !

and

2- No matter how much you eat ... You just need to train more ... in another words .... eat as much as you want but move more than what you can too ...

There is no weight loss without training ...



And we will see what I will do by the end of this month and what will happen by 01.01.2010

Ok today was the first time from the day I had the accident to rid a bike for that long distance (From Gabrovo to Etara) almost 12.5 km ...I know it is not that much but as I said I almost didn't ride a bike from the accident ... and it was a big experience .!!!





We took a bike for rent ...and first thing I saw before we begin was a Cat without tail !!!!





and the funny story about this ( for some is a criminal action against animals ) ... is that people in Gabrovo are so selfish ... !!! ...  love for money and keeping everything for themselves  !!!! and not wasting anything  !! ...  and from this idea it comes the action to cut the tail of cats !!!

Now you will ask what has that to do with this !!????

Answer : 
If the cat have a tail ... !!!  it will take longer time for them to enter a room !!! ...
and it means longer time for the door of the room to be open ... !!!!
and it means it will take more energy and wood to be burn for that room to be warm again ...!!! speaking about winter  ;-) ...

And this is the story of cutting the tail of the cats in Gabrovo ... !!! .. It sound non sense ..  but that is what Gabrovo are known for !!!

By the way ...  the people I knew here are not like that but ... !!!

It was really cold day ;-)

Today was a strange cold but calm and beautiful day !!!

Strange because there were no human beings around !!!  maybe because it was cold !! or maybe because of the flue that spread all around Bulgaria ...specially Gabrovo and 2 other cities !!!

Calm because there were no cars and we were far from the city !

Beautiful ..because there were a lot of nice contrast colors mixed with the snow ... all the way to the top of the mountain ...

Today I walked again for 2 hours with 5 kg weight on my feet ...training my body and losing weight before the surgery ..because after the surgery I will be again in bed and I will get some more body fats  :-)

Now this was creepy .... In the way back we saw this Wheelchair ...and no one near by ... alone in the way .... we stopped and I took a closer look for maybe a body with blood every where !!! ( Wrong Turn  4 )  ...  ;-) ...  But there was nothing ...

far below the left side of the road their were two old men searching and picking wood ...and they were using this Wheelchair to transport the wood to their home !!!!!!

Just Imagine if it was dark in the middle of the night !!! ( I maybe work something with the Photoshop to get that feeling soon ) ...  ;-)

Yes ... I am not the only Lion in this town .... there is another one too  ;-)





By the way weeks ago a bear ate a man on the mountains of Balkan ... near this town ...  I am not kidding ...it happen ! But it was not this one !





I have no idea what this building is but it looks nice  :-) ...
