Cakewalk's Featured Artist of the Week for October 13, 2009 is Acoustic Guitarist Marcus Curtis from Owasso, Oklahoma with his track, Spanish Spice.

At an early age, Marcus taught himself how to read music and play guitar. He joined several bands and began to teach others how to play. At 21, he began recording music and working in studios leading him to record a movie soundtrack, radio commercials and pursue an education in computer science and repair. Today he runs a recording studio; teaching music and recording CDS for a local church. Marcus recently purchased the V-Studio 100 and wanted to share that ‘This thing rocks! I finally found a decent piece of hardware that works well with Vista 64’.
