medicine has many lifesaving benefits, recent findings are revealing more and
more that the cures may in fact be more dangerous than the diseases they were

• Truth we’re beginning to understand is Darwin’s evolution
and Newton’s physics are heavily flawed.
Most scientist now realize there’s an intelligent design to life and

• To say a “gene” causes obesity, for example, is insane. We
truly don’t understand 5% of what’s going on inside DNA and with new
discoveries we discover there is even more mystery!....
• Disease, depression, aches and pains we have today are not
results from dysfunctional grandparents but because we’ve lived and thought in
such a way that created disharmony in our bodies. Its our environment around us
not DNA. Adjusting environment can revitalize “sick” cells.....
• Take responsibility for you well-being. Any negative ,
unloving, stressful attitude, any manipulation of the body, any interference to
normal function or any artificial to normal function or any artificial invader
(such as medications and artificial, chemical laden, or genetically modified
foods in your diet) entering the body will alter this natural, safe internal
environment, throw it off balance and cause chaos in the cellular community.

• Medication is just a quick fix solution.....
• Chemicals don’t create harmony, order or balance. They disrupt it.....
• The real solution is to embrace what is necessary to

Disease is treated and symptoms masked by outside in, using medication (such as
antibiotics, muscle relaxants, and anti-inflammatory drugs) or outside-in
resource such as surgery (repair, replacement or removal of the organ, muscle,
or tissue).....
• New research proves this treatment as limited, potentially
dangerous, far less necessary than doctors prescribe it. ***Start treating CAUSE of disease
instead of disease and symptoms.....
• The body is not a bunch of separate pieces; it is a
symphony of related parts working together in harmony. Specialist doctors too
often treat one are without considering the necessary harmony of all parts.....
• CAUSES OF HEALTH ISSUES: Comes from inside out due to
existence of dis-ease and disruption in vital health by unhealthy environment
for cells. This allows bugs, cancers, heart disease and other illness to
overcome you.....
• Dis-ease (is a lack of cooperation among cells) results in
breakdown, disrepair, imbalance and lowered resistance.....
• Don’t treat the symptom or disease…treat the cause. Do
what you can to restore normal function and “ease” so that you can build
resistance to germs and prevent illness. The responsibility lies within you not
something outside of you.....
• God has made the body to be self-healing, self regulating, self perpetuating organism and
has placed the answers to disease within the body. Again, treat the cause not the effect. When you eliminate the interference you
can establish “ease” in the body. With balance restored and dis-ease
eliminated, then and only then can you create an internal environment that
supports not only getting rid of your symptoms and disease but actually
restoring health from inside out, as designed to do.....

colorings, and preservatives which

• Carbs are not the enemy…unused carbs are. A bowl of pasta

include hydrogenated oils, nut oil, vegetable oil, and seed oils, and saturated fats from commercial

• morning diet:
eat mod to high carbs / low proteins / moderate to low fats....
• afternoon diet: moderate to low carbs / moderate protein /
moderate fats....
• evening diet: low to zero carbs, mod to high fats and
proteins. No fuel needed to sleep.....

Oxygen and Lean Muscle....
• Cells accumulate toxins, develop disease, eventual cell
death when experiencing low levels of oxygen. Increase oxygen intake by
exercising regularly.....
• Measure health by how much lean muscle compare to fat.....
• We are born to move. God created you to hunt for your
food, build shelter and fight for your life. Moving today is a rarity because
today we don’t need to do those things…moving now is when people walk from the
computer to the fridge.....
• Max nerve supply allows motion, adequate nutrition gives

don’t love you and not alright with who you are. When some one challenges you, you get angry.....

feeling of being unconditionally loved.
This love is often measured in the kind of love that God has for you.
This love is not based on your actions but on your essence – who you really are.....

only loved for A’s and B’s, homeruns, good looks, tight thighs, ripped abs,
money, style and taste, rather for just who we are. We work at achieving
acceptance but still feel empty after we get the big car and money…always
wanting more. Until you feel loved for who you are and equally love yourself as
you are, anger and emptiness will be ever present…an unwelcomed companion.....

from a person, place or airline. They come from your reatction to them. ....

• Peace is not something you find when your latest crises is

answer in solving stress.....

inadequate because they’ve been judged and now have been programmed to think of
themselves as bad, unacceptable, unfair, abnormal, incapable, irredeemable, or
less worthy of blessing than the other people on the planet. This low self-esteem, this poor self image, this
mind set that marks you “unworthy” is a lie.....
• God is not a past performance God, God in unconditionally
loving, past forgotten “Lets step boldly to the future” God.....
•Take one minute to change the label you and others placed
on you and others placed on you and you begin to change your life in that same
minute.....
• What makes a human being different from any other form of
animal on the planet is the ability to choose purpose for its life. There would
be no such thing as McDonalds if cows could choose their purpose. Anyone living without a conscious
purpose is having a subhuman experience.....
• Purpose keeps you alive and kicking....
• “On a mission” conjures up an image of someone fired up,
energetic, and ready to take on the world. You certainly don’t think of someone
depressed, fatigued and hunched over on a bar stool.....

sooner or later if you recall that God and others are counting on you to move
and function at your best, and attention turns back to those who really need

• Managing your time is perhaps the most significant aspect
of managing your life.....

relationships was probably not the first thing you thought of when you woke up
this morning. Probably thought of
urgent things to handle.....

100-10,000 cancer cells floating in body and they are destroyed by a healthy
immune system. Before damage is done. However, new cancer cells develop everyday
