Well, sorta...

The guys at http://www.seethink.com saw one of my videos on Youtube, the one where I'm making a cup 'a Joe in the woods. People seem to like that one more than most.

This led to an email to see if I was interested in their current film project, which shows how various people handle their bipolar disorder. Then we had phone chats and I let them know I wanted in. 4 days later, two gentlemen came up from Brooklyn to my house and filmed me for almost 5 hours!

Andrew Neel was the director and Ethan Palmer was the cameraman. We had a very good time filming while I spoke. I was smoked at wrap up. We covered my story, my system, my philosophy describing what bipolar really is, and what I do as a businessman both in the bipolar field and the green tech field.

Here we are at completion. This is (l - r) Andrew, myself, and Ethan:

This film has already been a year in the making. It will be another year at least to finish. I was the 15th person to be interviewed and so far, no one has a phiolsophy like mine when it comes to fighting bipolar disorder. Interesting.

I am proud to be part of http://www.seethink.com as they have won many awards with 4 other documentaries they've produced. Their films have played worlwide at various independent film festivals. Please check them out.

And check out the updates I will soon provide on my new website: http://www.bipolar-disorder-survivor.com

Take care my friends!

Ken

Hello everyone!

Been awhile since I've posted here. Sorry about that. I have been reworking my entire life and for you here, my Internet presence.

Back in Spring, my separated wife and I decided to make another go at it. I got enough money and worked enough miracles to get us a new house by June. That right there has been a blessing in a hundred ways.

The house, although it has an entirely new interior, had a few hidden surprises for us. The entire drain system around the perimeter had to be dug up and replaced. That is when we discovered the entire foundation was cracked, broken, and in need of major repair. That all got done, somewhere in between the ridiculous amounts of rain we had, near the end of the summer.

Then began the indoor plumbing problems, the electrical problems, and other "quirks." I have repaired all of them, for the most part, or had people in to do so.

This past December, we fit in a house fire due to bad wiring. We caught it right as it started (smoke was puffing out of the electrical outlet responsible) and the firemen came, ripped open my wall and got it before it ran through the house. Many inspectors have been through and repairmen and we will soon have our wall fixed.

I have 4 kids and it has been a job to get them stabilized from all they've been through in their short lives and figure out the new school systems. So my sleep comes in two parts, or barely any, most days.

One son has a disability of sorts. It's like intense ADD. He's been a ball of chaos on a level that is just sick. But we experimented with all sorts of learning systems to get into his head. We figured out a lot of how his mind works and we now are shifting him to a special school that can help him access the intelligence he sometimes exhibits in flashes of brilliance. He's in there, somewhere, and we're going after him.

My Internet work has taken a major shift, as has all I do for helping people with mental illness. I am building an incredible site to replace the old one. It will allow me to get out all my info to those who need it most and still allow me to pay my bills, often without costing my visitors a cent! It will also free my time as I am shifting toward the offline work, almost exclusively. The project is so large that I had to pick between it and the Internet. But don't worry. Once you see the new site, you'll see how I am still helping you, if you need it.

I severed ties with all the projects I was doing offline. It has been a wild year! In the process of marketing myself, some people saw things in me that they found useful that had nothing to do with mental health. Now, I am part of a 4-man company and we are doing something huge that will allow cities to save millions across decades and will employ the unemployabe at a better than average rate of pay.

I finally sorted out enough so that I could return to the gym with regularity. I am pumping up and dropping fat fast! I BELONG in the gym so I am ecstatic to be back. I had an 8-month pause as I did all the stuff you read above.

There have been family disasters, challenges, and deaths, to include the loss of my first Marine brother, which was hurtful beyond words to me. Were he alive today, I would still take a bullet for him. No question.

I am leaving out a lot but as you can see, this has been a full year for me. Hard to share it all without writing another book...which I probably will. LOL

I thank those of you who continually read this blog and I hope my life gives you hope, should you need it, that bipolar CAN be done away with and a great life can ensue, and no meds need be present to do so.

Take care everybody!

This was my friend. We built the glass door in the Loft together. Very smart man. Very fun to be with. Completely troubled by the storm in his mind. Knew my book. Wouldn't consider trying my system. It's a tough part of what I do. People will only try my system if they want to. I wish he'd wanted to. Be at peace Gregg. I'll miss you.

Gettin' some more time with the Green Screen. My videographer/editor Chris Nostrand is helping me reshape how we present these videos.

I'm slowly reshaping my overall message as befits one who continually evolves to reach his larger goals. But my fight with bipolar and the maintenace of my sanity is forever at the root of what I am and how I do it.

Hi guys, Many changes taking place for me. Keep an eye on my status updates. I do those with a multi site submission tool as I have little time. So that's another reason why not so many blog posts. My offline world is exploding with activity. It's pretty tough to describe it all but the status updates will keep it somewhat clear. Hope everyone is well and that these posts help in some way! Ken
