Humeur actuelle :  affamé
I'm blogging from the Fifth Avenue Apple store right now, not because I'm so swanky cool (well, not just because I'm so swanky cool), but because my iBook bit the dust this morning, hard, and is likely in for a new logic board. He just couldn't hold out for another couple of months, could he? I'm so ready for a new computer, and for my iBook to be the backup, in case of failure... Ah well, thank goodness for my remaining 6 months of AppleCare.

The point of the story is that, after my lengthy blog silence, only recently broken, I'll be offline for another week. Email via my Treo, so no MySpace please, and I won't be able to reply to LJ comments (tho I can read them). Sigh. Well, at least there's now zero excuse for not exploring the city!

Um...okay...so, I have to admit something: I have too many blogs ...and I really really don't need this one. So, rather than ever post something here, I'm going to give you links to all of the other places you can read my shockingly insightful (yet ardently modest) writing. First, there's my everyday run-of-the-mill blog, which is where anything of significance - and a lot of not, including posts about zombies - will appear: ProphecyBoy "Making the future out of the raw materials at hand." (The title is a long and geeky story relating to "Buffy." The quote is a short and geeky story related to "A Home at the End of the World." The book, not the movie.) Then there's my LiveJournal, which has been online for nearly five years (!), and includes all sorts of rambling, event invitations, and horribly annoying memes. Oh, and more recently, horribly annoying photos from my Treo. And lastly, but not leastly, I'm the band manager and frequent blogger for my theater company, Son of Semele Ensemble. Anything related to theater, including the current show I'm directing, winds up there. (That name is an even geekier story, relating to Greek mythology. And no, even I'm not geeky enough to name a company after a woman Zeus raped; that elite status belongs to another.) So, there you have it, three blogs. (There are others, known only as The Blogs We Shall Not Speak Of, but they're, obviously, not to be spoken of.) If you're feeling industrious, well, happy clicking!
