A MESSAGE FROM DIONNE

Hi to all Amy’s fans!!

Thank you so, so, so, so much for all the amazing messages you’ve posted about me on Amy’s sites and my sites. Lots of you have sent me messages on Myspace and Facebook wishing me luck and saying that you’ve ordered my album and it makes me really happy to read them all.

I feel so lucky to have Amy helping me out cos she’s the most talented person I know, so when I hear nice things from her fans it really means a lot to me.

I hope you enjoy seeing me and Amy perform on Strictly Come Dancing tomorrow night. I’m so excited!!!!

Amy Winehouse’s management has regretfully announced that Amy and her band will no longer be performing at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire on May 31st. Amy would like to apologise to her fans who bought tickets for the shows. The show which was also to feature Toots & The Maytals and I Blame Coco has therefore been cancelled.  Refunds for tickets will be issued at point of purchase.

You can catch Toots & The Maytals at Islington Academy on Tuesday 26th May.

As well as heading up a gig later this month (May 31) to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of her record label ‘Island Records’ Amy has also contributed music to a celebratory 3CD set of Classic Island Hits which will be released on June 1 with her acclaimed track ‘Monkey Man’.  Head here for full track listing details.
