The Convergence Collective is just that-- a collective. We're working with several people to "create community, pursue creativity, and embody hope". We're building more than a music venue---but we certainly are a MUSIC VENUE. We are putting on shows both "IN HOUSE" and through THAT'S LEGIT PRODUCTIONS. TLP has done most of the music shows to this point--and they will continue to do shows here.

While you may know us only as a Music Venue---we're also doing much more.

We're creating opportunities to build relationships, to serve the marginalized, and to encourage the arts community in OKC. We believe fighting against autonomy and isolation -- making the world beautiful -- and loving/serving those in need -- must be a COMMUNITY EFFORT - so, we're teaming up with people that care about all or any of these aspects to make THE CONVERGENCE COLLECTIVE for our city.

GENERAL
Where is Convergence located?

1755 NW 16TH in Oklahoma City,OK

When do shows start?

Unless otherwise stated, doors open at 7:30pm and we usually try to get the first band/artist on by 8:00.

How much do shows cost?

Each show is unique, but typically our shows range from $4-$10.

What is the capacity of the venue?

We do have drinks (water, sodas, energy drinks, and coffee) for sale. Because we're an all ages venue--we don't serve alcohol, but there are some bars within walking distance.

BANDS/ARTISTS
How do I get booked for a Convergence show?

You can contact us, THE CONVERGENCE COLLECTIVE *tcc@convergenceokc.org*/405.255.4405 (Scott) OR you can contact THAT'S LEGIT PRODUCTIONS who does a lot of shows in our venue *thatslegitproductions@gmail.com or Mckenzie at 405.512.3525, aim/ directxtoxvideo Or Parker Best at 405.623.5954, aim/ blink4oubasbl20.

When is load-in/sound check?

Typically, load-in is at 7:00pm. We normally do sound checks between bands instead of at the beginning. If you are not present at load-in, your set time may be moved. Please work out any set time issues before the day of the show.

What kind of equipment does the venue have?

We have more than enough for the size room we are using. We have two 12" mains, two dual 15" mains, two 15" subs, three 12" monitors, and enough mics and everything else to fill the room. We also have a 12'x16' stage and lighting. We do not normally mic guitar amps. We usually just run vocals, keyboards, and drums through the mains.

VOLUNTEERS
How do I volunteer for a Convergence event?

We can always use more help. If you are interested in helping with running sound, working the door, or promoting our shows, please let us know!
