Girl in sex tape found unhurt, fugitive named suspect in assault

A young girl who was shown being sexually assaulted in a homemade
videotape was found safe with her mother in Las Vegas on Friday.
Her name is heard on the homemade sexually explicit videotape.

"We believe this was not the first time this young girl was subject to this
abuse," said Nye County Sheriff Anthony De Meo.

Nevada authorities are looking for Chester Arthur Stiles, an acquaintance of the girl's family. "He's had some history with law enforcement and some history with sex crimes," said De Meo.

The sexually explicit tape was found by Darren Tuck. Tuck told authorities he found it in the Nevada desert near the town of Pahrump.
Tuck turned it over to police, saying he had found it four days ago. But police became suspicious.

"Mister Tuck conceded he had indeed had it since May of 2007, but did not turn it in because he was scared," said Nye County Detective David
Boruchowitz.

Authorities are calling on Stiles to turn himself in. Tuck was arrested for possessing child pornography which could land him in prison for the rest of his life.

I spoke with Nye County Sheriffs who told myspace30 in an exclusive interview that the girl is safe, and the mother had no idea that her daughter had been victimized., The girl will hopefully now have couseling., Authorities stated that this fugitives arrest is now their number one priority.,

I was on a plane flying to Louisville with my crew
to open for The Pussycat Dolls when my mom
tore out a page from the magazine she was
reading and passed it to my dancers to hand
to me a few aisles up.   THE AD pictured a
little girl with a mic pretending to be a pop star
and it said something like, "1 in 150,000 kids
will grow up to be a pop star.   But 1 in
150 will develop AUTISM".

I randomly saw this video and it reminded
me that 1 out of every 150 kids will be
diagnosed with Autism ... and the numbers
are rising by 10-17% EACH YEAR.
This is ALARMING!

What does it mean?   WE will all have friends
whose kids will develop some degree of autism.

Authorities in Nevada were trying Tuesday to find a girl believed to be 4 or 5 years old and a man seen performing explicit sexual acts on her in an amateur videotape that detectives were told was found in the desert.

"The problem is the unknowns," said Nye County sheriff's Detective David Boruchowitz, who said he hoped widespread national attention would identify the girl and the man.

"We have no idea where he's from, where she's from, and no idea who they are or where they are," Boruchowitz said in a telephone interview from the sheriff's office in Pahrump, 60 miles west of Las Vegas.

The tape, a little longer than 30 minutes, clearly shows the adult man performing criminal sexual acts that Boruchowitz said included rape, "everything else, and then some."

A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff's investigators Sept. 8, after another man reported seeing it, Boruchowitz said.

Tuck told detectives he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago, although Boruchowitz said the tape didn't appear to have been exposed to weather or elements.

Boruchowitz said investigators don't think Tuck made the tape. Tuck was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, felonies. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.

Tuck was released without bail, pending arraignment Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court, a court official said.

His lawyer did not immediately respond Tuesday to messages seeking comment.

"Our concern is if little girl is still in that situation," Boruchowitz said. "Our concern is to get her out of the nightmare that she's been living in."

Detectives say the most important thing remains for them to find out who the girl is and remove her from her situation. Nye County detectives plan to hold a new conference Wednesday at 11:30 AM in Pahrump to release new information about the case.

MYSPACE30 here with exclusive coverage and updated infromation concerning this story below., Momments ago I spoke with Nye County Shiriffs Office and have learned that the girl "Has Been Identified", said Deputy Natalie, and that 'she is safe with her mother".,
I learned from other sources of mine that the mother "had no idea" that this had happen to her daughter., I have no reason to think otherwise, but imagine that.,

THE FIGHT IS NOT OVER YET BUT THIS IS THE BREAK WE NEEDED.,

Hello Everyone.

EBay Income Possibilities.

If you've ever read an article about eBay, you will have seen the kinds of incomes people make - it isn't unusual to hear of people making thousands of dollars per month on eBay.

Next time you're on eBay, take a look at how many PowerSellers there are: you'll find quite a few. Now consider that every single one of one of them must be making at least $1,000 per month, as that's eBay's requirement for becoming a PowerSeller. Silver PowerSellers make at least $3,000 each month, while Gold PowerSellers make more than $10,000, and the Platinum level is $25,000. The top ranking is Titanium PowerSeller, and to qualify you must make at least $150,000 in sales every month!

The fact that these people exist gives you come idea of the income possibilities here. Most of them never set out to even set up a business on eBay - they simply started selling a few things, and then kept going. There are plenty of people whose full-time job is selling things on eBay, and some of them have been doing it for years now. Can you imagine that? Once they've bought the stock, everything else is pretty much pure profit for these people - they don't need to pay for any business premises, staff, or anything else. There are multi-million pound businesses making less in actual profit than eBay PowerSellers do.

Even if you don't want to quit your job and really go for it, you can still use eBay to make a significant second income. You can pack up orders during the week and take them down to the post office for delivery each Saturday. There are few other things you could be doing with your spare time that have anywhere near that kind of earning potential.

What's more, eBay doesn't care who you are, where you live, or what you look like: some PowerSellers are very old, or very young. Some live out in the middle of nowhere where selling on eBay is one of the few alternatives to farming or being very poor. eBay tears down the barriers to earning that the real world constantly puts up. There's no job interview and no commuting involved - if you can post things, you can do it.

Put it this way: if you know where to get something reasonably cheaply that you could sell, then you can sell it on eBay - and since you can always get discounts for bulk at wholesale, that's not exactly difficult. Buy a job lot of something in-demand cheaply, sell it on eBay, and you're making money already, with no set-up costs.

If you want to dip your toe in the water before you commit to actually buying anything, then you can just sell things that you've got lying around in the house. Search through that cupboard of stuff you never use, and you'll probably find you've got a few hundred dollars' worth of stuff lying around in there! This is the power of eBay: there is always someone who wants what you're selling, whatever it might be, and since they've come looking for you, you don't even need to do anything to get them to buy it.

I had hoped to have it done by the 25th, but in order to give exact distribution amounts for June, July and August hours we needed a couple more days to analyze the hourly data. So you have a question? Has something gone very wrong and you don't know what to do? Well, fair enough. Here are the questions that I hear all the time from buyers.

Does eBay have a Customer Service Department I Can Phone?

eBay are notoriously hard to contact, should you ever need to - it sometimes seems like they expect the site to run itself. You can email them, as long as you don't have your heart set on a coherent response: go to http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_us/_base/index.html. You might have better luck in a 'live help' webchat here: http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/n-livehelp.html.

Only eBay Power Sellers (sellers with a very high feedback rating) get to phone customer service. If you really want to try your luck, type 'ebay [your country] phone number' into a search engine and you'll probably find something. Unfortunately, the chances are you'll have gone to all that trouble for the privilege of leaving an answerphone message.

It might seem cruel, but imagine the number of people who would call eBay every day with the silliest questions if they gave out their phone number everywhere. Its Wild West nature is, in a way, part of its charm.

eBay Sent Me an Email Saying They're Going to Close My Account. What Should I Do?

This email asks for your password, right? It's a scam, an attempt to frighten you, make you give up your details and then steal your account. eBay will never ask for your password or any other account details by email. eBay say that you should only ever enter your password on pages that whose addresses start with http://signin.ebay.com/. They even offer a special 'Account Guard' as part of their toolbar, which lets you check that you're not giving your password to a dodgy fake site. It Seems Too Good to be True. How Does eBay Make Money?

For you, the buyer, eBay is free. Sellers, though, pay all sorts of fees: a listing fee for each item they list, a final value fee (a percentage of what the item sold for). They can they pay optional fees for extra services, including Buy it Now, extra pictures, reserve prices, highlighting the auction, putting it in bold, listing it first in search results or even putting it on the front page. It's obviously worth it to the sellers, though, or they wouldn't carry on using eBay. The system is quite efficient, and basically forces both eBay and the sellers to keep their profit margins as low as possible - otherwise prices will simply go too high and the buyers will stop buying.
