Caitlin Prentiss and Merle Estes authors of Biking the USofAwsomeness will be with us. Their book is a fun account of 4 recent college graduates that biked their way across the country from Maine to Oregon in the summer of 05 and reveals their experiences and observations along the way. Written as a journal it's an interesting read. Come meet the authors.                                                                     1-3 pm

Author, Robert Underhill will be here signing his latest novel, Death of a Mystery Novel-a mystery about mystery authors who are invited to a dinner party and are subsequently murdered in a manner related to their writing style.                                                                 11am-1pm


The Grand Traverse Legends series author, Bob Wilson will be here to lead a fundraising book signing for the Grand Traverse Pioneer and Historical Society. This is a comprehensive history of the transition of the Grand Traverse region from its mid-nineteenth century beginnings as a logging camp to its emergence as a thriving city in 1900.            3-5pm


Richard Smith's latest effort, Black Bear Hunting, has hundreds of color photos and contains 384 pages of information – the most comprehensive book ever written about black bear hunting. The author will be at Horizon signing from:                                                7-9pm
