My
wife and daughter participated in an adventure race on Aug. 2 called
the Muddy Buddy. The event was started by Bob Babbitt to raise money
for Challenged Athletes. The Challenged Athletes Foundation is an organization that
has raised $3.6 million to help physically challenged athletes
participate in sports. Bob Babbitt's assistance to others has gone far
beyond CAF and has extended to helping athletes receive bikes, shoes,
wetsuits and endorsements.Have fun looking at the pics. http://www.brightroom.com/view_user_event.asp?EVEN...

Fitness workouts are not probably the words most 50 something people are dying to hear. The last time I took fitness workouts seriously was while playing college football back in the 70's. Yes that sounds like a lifetime ago, but I do remember how great I felt when I was in top physical shape. Not only did I have more spring in my step doing just ordinary things, but I had more self-confidence and less days where I was in the dull drums or even physically sick.
After college I did some home fitness workouts to try to keep in shape, but we all know what happens there. Yep, you know it. Life seems to get in the way. Marriage, kids (1-7), jobs (maybe one 1 full-time and 2 part-time), hobbies, vacations, etc... And if fitness workouts have not continued to be a part of your routine it's very hard to work it back in.
In the early 90's my health started to progressively get worse. Being a dairy farmer at that time in my life I was exposed to some corn mold and developed what is commonly called (Farmers Lung). This condition, over time, lead to many other health related issues. They included, sleep apnea, loud snoring, joint pain, shortness of breath, rashes, elevated blood pressure, and probably the worst possible thing for a guy to imagine, E.D. To make a long story short, the medical profession tried what they knew, but to no avail.
Thanks to a loving wife, faith in God, a belief in natural healing, and home fitness workouts that work, I am completely back to a healthy state. ALL of the symptoms that I mentioned earlier are GONE. Yes gone.
By stretching I have gotten my mobility back, using a core ball has increased my strength and flexibility, and with some cardio work my lung capacity is normal. Feeling rested, sleeping with my wife, being pain free to play with my granddaughter are just a few of the benefits of getting fit again.
The Workout Pass is what I used for my home fitness workouts. Whether you want to lose weight or are an athlete, the program has it all. There are 43 workout websites and more are being add all the time. For about 25cents a day you get weekly updated, interactive conference calls, and webinars with fitness experts.
Now don't get me wrong. I also did some other lifestyle changes like using great nutritional supplements, started eating healthier, and started focusing on personal development. But it was my fitness workouts that made the changes that people started to take notice.
So if your like me and hate going to the gym, don't like showering in dirty lockers, dislike paying crazy high fitness fees to a center you don't have time to got to, then this is for you.

Yes it's hard to believe, but Mary Gersten of Global Cash Flow Network is going to interview my wife Patti and me this evening. It's part of winning 1st place in the Student of the Month Contest (for January). We understand that it will be re-played at a later date during one of her telecast seminars. It should be a lot of fun and I'll try very hard not to embarrass my wife. Any time we can pick up some nuggets of information that will help us improve and accelerate our business we jump at the chance. You can never learn to much in this business!
