Hey there world!  I hope all is well.  I just realized that Edward was Sedrick Diggory.  I am slow!  Lets see I have been having a great summer 2 camping trip s down and one in 2 weeks.  We had the best Memorial trip ever and a Fathers day trip coming up! 

I dont have much new I am watch'n kids for summer money so spread the word.  Oh yeah only good kids!

Did anyone else see Joaquin Phoenix last night on Letterman.  I think Letterman was a prick.  I could see Joaquin was "on drugs"  His brother died of a heroin od.  It is sad but you shouldnt make fun of him Letterman.

She is 4.  We had a wonderful little get together with her friends and family and this weekend Saturday we are hitting the roller rink.  She got a lot of great presents and has been busy this morning opening this and trying on that.  It is amazing how big she has gotten so fast i will have to post some pics!

ALL great points I agree with. I like Sarah Palin becasue I dont think they will be able to poison her. I think the McCain has his heart in the right place and his record speaks for himself. I think alot of what I have heard against Palin is she has no foreign policy experience well she would be vice president. Obama has none and he would be Pres. Also she has had Alaska. Alaska is an unusual and beautiful place with a different tone than the lower 48. Thats why I live here.

I cant imagine how it would fell waking up and knowing he had won the race. (OBAMA I mean) I have watched all the debates and I feel like he is a used car salesman. Selling himself. Maybe he is an alright guy but not "THE" guy.
Smooth talker yes. Also I could forsee an assaination in his future or a president with less than Bush approval. He talks a good game but cant back up what he says. I cant afford the programs he is talking about, and he didnt have any breaks for me or for my family.

on the school thing. NAte and I discussed a program where parents and children get paid. The better the student is the more you make and then maybe some parents would take more responsiblity for their childrens educations and not depend on a broken system where so many kids slip through the cracks. I know it is just an idea but what if you could take government our of the entire equation. Anarchy or the strong will survive, but????? what if that stock market crashed tomarrow? Where would we be? What if welfare disappered or food stamps maybe things would change. Gov money is wasted everywhere i look and we pay like 300 a week into it and tell what I get back. Civil service? what?


or if China demanded their money back because all that money we just recieved as Rebates wasnt theirs to give and here in a couple months is going to destroy many tax refunds and who knows waht else.

Its snowing,  no its raining no the snow melted and now it is just windy.

One month ago we had $25,000 in our retirement now we have $15,000 becasue of the market crashing so we are sitting the side lines watching it stay at the same until somethings change  Crazy huh.

Its just amazing how much time I have now that I am a second grade mama!  I can sit at the computer for a minute and even make it out to coffee with friends from time to time!  I hope everyone is enjoying the free time and filling with productive stuff like shampooing my carpet thanks to the puppy.

Well I just got the boy and the neighbor into their classes and Grace and I feel like we already put in a full day.  It is always hard to sleep the night before the 1st day of school.  So mission accomplished!  Gage gets to have Mrs.Jolin again and I love that.  She knows him well and she is on him like white on rice!  I know he needs it.  So where shall I begin my day?  On myspace!  Here I am world.  Ready to be the parent who walks to school bus everyday witch means up much earlie than we have been lately.  So wish us luck as I do to you parents and I hope the morning went off with out any probs!

So whats been going on?  Well I am in love with Firefox....  Just downloaded it the other day and I love it.  Gage got a computer from my sister and Hoss for his Birthday and I love it.  It is a lot faster than mine and it is in the kitchen so I even get to play on it sometimes like now.

We are gong on a camping trip this weekend.  Nate is in Kenai working so me and the kids are going down with Dad and Wilson and even Joey and Kodi(dads friends from work)  I am getting excited about getting out!  Hopefully after this weekend Nate gets to come home.  I miss him when he is gone but enjoy having the remote at my comand. 

I thasnt been much of a summer but I enjoy my time with the kids and getting to sleep in.  I am thinking I am going to start looking for some part time work.  I found out that a friends of ours from Gages school is starting some kid watching so I might dabble with the idea.  Start with something slow and work my way into something else. I always have this in the back of my head so we will see. 

Everything in life is plugg'n along.  Nothing major to bitch about.
Planning to have my dad over for dinner and going to start packing for camping. 

Oh yeah we got another puppy.  His name is Beans and he is a Shitzu Snauzer (no idea how to spell those things)   He is 9 weeks old and he was an accident.  My sister couldnt keep him and GAge loves him but he has become my shadow.  I think it is almost easier having the 2 of them they keep each other busy and the kids too.  The only complaint is having to potty train another animal and when we leave they bot hcry so they usually just go I will post some pictures.

I love you all keep in touch and yes I want to get together.

P.s.  I have been talking with Boof and he is well. Jason sent a nice letter and I cant wait to visit him.

No I am not dead!  I am still here.  Thanks for everyone who still tries to email and check on me.  I just fell off the myspace radar.  I am still here.  So much has changed.  I have spent some ime with my pops he is getting divorced so we needed to get the house back in order and that has been a success.  I just helped with the cleaning up and out.  He is well. Planning a little Birthday shindig for him.  If you wanna come call me.

Nate is well he got hurt at work hurt his knee but is on the mend.  I am just trying to get the kids geared back in school mode and myself as well. I think I spent most of the summer so far waiting for summer to arrive.  I think it was invain.

Anyway Jake is married and the reception was beautiful.  We missed out on vegas but I am kinda thankful how do I explain porn covered streets to Gage who is so in to boobs right now.

We went to H20 Friday and we had a blast. Thank you Beth and Christi.  Gage is calling to thank you 2 as I type.  We missed you guys at the party but it rained so it was short.

well actually from the bus.  Grace and the dog and I walked Gage to the bus and on the way back we went up to the big hill its actually a "dog park" behind Mindys.

.  We are throwing the ball and running around laughing and making some noise chasing the dog and what not whennnnnn........   Grace points out this moose.  MY first thought was I should go get the camera.  He is very tall but young looking and just as I say AAAHHHH!  How cute...   He starts trotting right towards us so I tell Grace it is time to go.  The dog is right with us has no idea  what to do.  SO we started quickly walking moose  starts going faster so I pick up Grace and the dog and I are running and I keep stopping to yell at moose to go away and my heart is pounding.  He got about 5 feet away and stopped so I kept walking away.  We made it home safe but our lives had just been in terrible parrel all we could do was laugh and call Nate,  to tell him we where lucky to be alive.  It was so scary!

 

I wonder if he hates dogs but more than likely he just wanted some food.  I really didnt need coffee this morning.(heart  pounding and wide awake!)

What is going on out there?  Woke up today and snow?  Crap!  2 nights ago we rode our bikes to the school for boy scouts.  Now snow!  Crap!

SO I found a dog.  A pure breed cocker spaniel.  His name is Doogan the 4th.  I really love him. I found him on the net. Heis papered and all that and I got a smok'n deal.      HE is really mellow and a good listener and once Gage gets home from school he is all about him.  Gage really likes that. 

The cat got the hampster,  white sox is goner.  I had so much hope he would turn Taylor around about rodent loving and now I feel like I failed her. 

So last weekend we played monopoly till all hours of the night.  We had Nates brother and my sister over.  I didnt win it was fun though.  I puked all night with disappointment know what I am say'n.  Yeah I am not 21 any more.  Ouch!

So we are really excited baseball is gonna start.  Gage has learned to read and I am so proud of his accomplishments.  HE says it has always been his dream to play ball.  So its going to come true.

I got through the carnival and it was great!  Sure am glad that it is over though. 250 volunteers doing what we have to do.

Oh yeah I am writing back and fourth with Boof and I am really happy about that.  Seems like he is getting a reduced sentence and so I pray for the best.  Alright off I go another day another load of laundry.
