The Mobos were great this year. With a crowd that filled Wembley Arena of all MOBO music lovers it was a truly a triumphant evening. For me it was the most positive MOBO we've had for about 5 years with a strong American presence of the star giving the event that extra touch of class.
My favourite performance of the evening was the Taio Cruz one. I thought he handled it seemingly effortlessly and is very underrated as an artist. I look forward to more of his album.
I thought Rev Run and Mel B did a great job of presenting the awards and kept the night moving at a great pace.
Enrico (The Roots Uk winner) was brilliant and held it together even though he was on very early when the crowd was just on it's way into the venue. He's one to watch in the future.

Here's some feedback for the entries so far...
Yewande Fazer: This is a very atmospheric - I really like the soulful vibe but it's little blurry at times – could have more definition. Scorpio Dappy: Like the visual idea of the chopping and changing in sync to the beat of the track. Very sharp. Kersha Bailey and Groove Control Fazer Good jamming and intro at the beginning and the music docu-style – I like the rawness. Jason Jermaine Tulisa: Carnival is always a full on experience – you really get a sense of this from this video. The sound quality isn't that great but the clip does show the band put on an energetic show. Enrico Delves Tulisa: Such a simplistic idea but works well, matching the stripped down nature of the track. You see how lost in music the whole band is! Borstal World Fazer: Seems a little sketchy with the sound quality...and can't really make out there faces!!! Rolemodel Dappy: This sounds very old school! He's got creative with visual dissolves with the backing vocals but at time looks a little cheesy. Sam K Dappy: I'm really into his lyrical style and into the vibe of this but think he best look to film outside his gaff for the next one – it's a bit bedroom style. Mr Flonk Fazer: This is a menacing tune! Look forward to seeing more from these guys. The London sites work well with this. Aruba Red Tulisa: This is quite a dreamy looking video – a bit like watching an old film. You can see that she's heading in the right direction to becoming a star. Well thought out. Littles Fazer: This is a deep tune – you can really relate to what the guy is saying.. The pitch shifting works well in this. Clemments Marfo Tulisa: This is a really tight tune!

WU: What advice would you give to all those people entering the Western Union 'Back to your Roots' competition? N-DUBZ: It's important to be yourself and remember who you are. Your music is an expression of yourself and your roots, so play to your strengths. Be scary!
