(ILLEGAL ALIEN) Saul Villa Avalos is accused in the death of San Jacinto resident Charles Ellsworth Richardson, who was found mortally wounded on Feb. 24 and later died at a hospital.

Deputies were sent to the 27000 block of Highway 74 on a "man down" call, sheriff's Investigator Jerry Franchville said. The charges include allegations that Avalos discharged a firearm and caused great bodily injury (MURDER.) He is also charged with carrying a loaded firearm on his person in a public place.

Avalos and his brother, Javier, 22, also of Nuevo, were arrested at a home in the 12000 block of Shady Bend Drive in Moreno Valley, along with two other men. They have all since pleaded guilty to accessory charges — two of them also pleaded to drug sale charges — and have been sentenced or are awaiting sentencing.

During a preliminary hearing Wednesday, witnesses said the victim had worked on the (ILLEGAL ALIEN) defendant's Chevrolet Silverado, charging him $3,200 for what he considered an inferior job. The (ILLEGAL ALIEN) defendant told detectives that he wanted his money back, according to testimony by sheriff's investigators. Riverside County Superior Court Judge Timothy Freer ordered Avalos back to court June 3 for arraignment.

Earlier this week Arizona Governor Janet "Nappy Dyke" Napolitano diverted almost $2 million dollars in funding from Joe Arpaio and the county sheriff's office - by executive order. The funding had been originally appropriated by the Arizona state legislature specifically for the sheriff's activities relating to enforcement of state human smuggling laws.

In a press conference Wednesday, Napolitano stated that Sheriff Joe was using state money to cause stess in the "illegal community", and that money would no longer be available. Since beginning the "crime prevention sweeps", Arpaio's office has busted over 900 illegal aliens and smugglers - many of them with existing felonies.

Here you have a state governor openly admitting she wants to protect the "illegal community". The MCSO is one of a few local law enforcement agencies in America (if not the only) aggressively going after the illegal invaders.

Man suspected of impregnating 11-year-old

An 18-year-old man has been accused of having sex with a 11-year-old girl and getting her pregnant, authorities said Friday.

The suspect, Enrique Jacobo-Valdez, has been booked in a Maricopa County jail on two counts of sexual conduct with a minor, said Capt. Paul Chagolla, a sheriff's spokesman. He is an apparent acquaintance of the girl's family.

Jacobo-Valdez, described by Chagolla as a man wanted by Pinal County authorities in a drug case. 

"Now he is in far more serious legal trouble," he said.

Chagolla said the young girl lives in the Rainbow Valley area of the Southwest Valley, where Jacobo-Valdez was seen running Thursday from the home after deputies went knocking.

He said the suspect was arrested after the girl's mother and grandmother took her to a hospital and learned that she is at least six weeks pregnant and may have been infected as the result of a sexual assault.

Jacobo-Valdez made statements to authorities admitting he knew that the girl was only 11, Chagolla said.

SO HE KNEW she was only 11 years old when he did her!!!!!! He gets her pregnant, gave her an STD!!! 

He got CAUGHT recently because he was found running from her room.. So that means he was having sex with her AGAIN recently WHILE she was 6 weeks PREGNANT with his bastard kid!!!!!!!!

Just ONE MORE ILLEGAL BEANER doing the jobs Americans don't want to do I guess, right??

Master Sgt. Morris Hill is serving his country in Iraq, a long way away from his beloved sons back in Texas. Luckily, these days, we have the means for people on opposite sides of the planet to talk to each other in real time, almost without regard to where they actually are. We have cell phones.

Unfortunately, the only time Hill could call his son Brandon was during the school day -- a time when students are generally forbidden from using their cell phones. It would seem, however, that this situation would count as extraordinary circumstances and an exception could be made, but administrators disagree. Brandon was suspended for taking the call.

"He called me during class, because that's the only time that he could," Brandon said. "I answered the call as I was walking out of class. The teacher followed me out and said, 'Oh what are you doing?' I said my dad was calling from Iraq, and I know he needs to talk to me." Brandon was sent to the office and given a two-day suspension.

The odd part is that the father had apparently made an arrangement in advance with the assistant principal to allow his sons to receive calls from him. "He had spoken with Mr. Fletcher," said Pat Hill, the boys' mother. "He thought there was an agreement understood that if he called either Joshua or Brandon at school, that everything was fine."

"If this would have been the last phone call from my husband, and he's in trouble for it and then has to deal with something happening to his dad that would be even harder," Mrs. Hill added. "These schools have to stop and realize, especially when you are in a military community, we support our soldiers, we support our troops. What about them when they are in Iraq trying to reach their family?"

Mrs. Hill is trying to get the suspension removed from her son's record, but the school says the matter is closed. Whether or not you support the United States' actions overseas, you've got to understand that the soldiers are doing their job and that they and their families are still people -- people who care very much about each other and have a need to stay in contact. It seems to me that the school could be more understanding on that point.Let Copras Cove high School know what Veterans and Patriotic Americans think about their ignorant "rules." And that we would like to see "the matter reopened" so that there is not a suspension on Brandon's school record!

DENVER -- Lawmakers in the state are trying to determine what kind of action will be taken against Republican Rep. Douglas Bruce after he was ordered to leave the podium of the Colorado House of Representatives for saying that Colorado doesn't need "5,000 more illiterate peasants."

Bruce made the comment Monday during a debate on a bill that would allow the state to help immigrant workers get temporary visas from the federal government.

Rep. Kathleen Curry, D-Gunnison, who was chairing the floor debate, ordered Bruce to leave the speaker's podium after saying, "How dare you?" ..TR> ..TABLE>While arguing about the bill, Bruce said, "I would like to have the opportunity to state at the microphone why I don't think we need 5,000 more illiterate peasants in Colorado."

His outburst drew an audible gasp from the House. Curry, a Democrat, interrupted him and said he was no longer recognized to speak.

"Nobody has said the statement I made was not true," Bruce said in his office. "I didn't attack anyone's ethnicity, heritage or intelligence."

During last night's Democratic debate, both Hillary Clinton
and Barack Obama clearly rejected specific mandates of the
Secure Fence Act!

Obama actually went so far as saying, "I will reverse the policy."

Obama or Clinton, virtually no fence would be built and certainly
the Secure Fence Act would likely be ignored altogether!

Frankly, I found their comments contemptible.

These are two people vying for the right to run our nation,
and they have the gall to tell the American people they are
not interested in making good on what was promised us by
Congress--a double-layered border fence!

I'm outraged, and tired of listening to mealy-mouthed lawmakers
like Obama, Hillary, Kay Bailey Hutchison and the like who brazenly
ignore the will of the people!
