'Tis the season to be jolly! Christmas is now just around the corner so as yuletide traditions go, the fifth volume of our online compilation series is our special gift to you, our dearest of dear friends. We are calling it Holly, Ivy And Mistletunes and included are some Christmas-y originals, while a few are cover versions. You'll be delighted that there's even a cover of a cover. You'll know what we mean once you hear 'em.

Thousands of miles and several time zones away down under, some time tonight, The Lucksmiths are going to play their last show ever. They will be sorely missed by us. Volume
4b is entitled Music To Hold Hands To and it's a little tribute to
Aussie indiepop outfit, The Lucksmiths. As some of you might know,
they're on their farewell tour and are about to call it quits at the
end of it. Their last show will be on August 29th in Melbourne, and the
tribute should be made freely available the day after that. Associated
with this Luckies tribute compilation is a tribute night which will be
held somewhere in Metro Manila featuring Archaster, Balloon Derby,
Dress, Radiomanila, Slumbook and Your Imaginary Friends. There's a
slight change in regards to the details but we'll keep you posted.

Under The Covers is the third volume of our mp3 compilation series. This time, it's a collection of cover songs by twenty one Filipino bands. Quite a few surprising contributions, really. Sleeve design by Connie Francis of Melody Style Apartment/ Carnival Park.

In other news, volume 4 will be accompanied by another comp and it's a lovely tribute to The Lucksmiths. Several bands have said yes, and we're pretty excited with both compilations. Volume 4 will feature bands like Goodbye Dakota, Slow Hello, Self-Portrait, Dress, Outerhope, Spring Boutique, Love In Athens and a bunch of others, new and old. Probably around 20, 21 tracks! The Lucksmiths tribute - with a working title of Music To Hold Hands To - on the other hand will have covers from The Jealous Sea, Golden Teardrops, Archaster, Scattered Pearls, Land Of Ill Earthquakes, and a lot more! Stay tuned!
