Diddy says he's just taking his time. His Last Train to Paris doesn't arrive until next year, but he's going to continue to put out music and get the audience ready for his LP.

"We're just trying to roll it out properly," Diddy told MTV News. "I wanted a chance to lay out songs for you. A lot of singles we putting out now — that's the introduction. We didn't even get to that Train music. We're hitting you with warning shots, letting you know we're here.

"I wanted to make sure I told the story, I took my time and didn't want to alienate people," he added. "As soon as you hit [the fans] with something that's too far, they be thinking you got on some spandex thongs and a shiny suit and you dancing in Ibiza naked."

Diddy-Dirty Money, which features Dawn Richard and Kalenna, premiered their "Love Come Down" video Thursday (November 12) on MTV.com.

It’s almost time for the second episode of “I Want To Work For Diddy 2”.  With 10 contestants left (6, Downtown - 4, Uptown), Downtown has to give up a member.  Who do they choose? The lady who hears voices in her head: Melissa. Their hope is that she goes up against Ivory; but if nothing else, at least she's off their back.

The task this time around?  Shoot a print ad with the new Sean John logo.  The Downtown team seems to have the upper hand as their members are "experts in fashion", but something tells us that Ms. Jennifer, former model, may be more interested in shooting an ad for Sean-Jenn.   Luckily, the Uptown team has a secret weapon up their sleeve, and that's a thorough knowledge of 14th-century etymology -- cause what about 14th-century doesn't scream SEAN JOHN, right?

Join us on Monday night (10PM/ET. VH1) as Dalen gets straightened out by Diddy and we are reintroduced to someone VERY familiar.

The male voice of Dirty Money discusses the complexity of the locomotive love project Last Train to Paris, the "chocolate revolution" and why he has no competition.

VIBE: You said your last album would be your final as a solo artist. When did the light bulb go off to make an album as part of a group?

Diddy: I don't know when that time came. I just know that I wanted to do something that encompassed a group. Love is something that we can all relate to and it's something beautiful. And we have these different perspectives. It's a very simple, but complex concept to talk about, because if you talk about it the wrong way in could be corny. Or it could be too much information or too personal. But if you talk about it in the right, soulful way, if you really tell the truth, like those times when you when you danced around the house to those times when you cried yourself to sleep on the bathroom floor to the times when you cried because no one was there because she left. Nobody can front on those things. Or the times you wanted to make love to her and how that sounded.

How does that sound?
It just sounds like Dirty Money. Very emotional. Very complex. But very understandable and real.

So you're doing these girls dirty on the album?
[Laughs] It's not as linear as that. It's really just the things that you go through in a relationship. There's miscommunication. There are misunderstandings. There are egos and stuff like that. It gets to a point when you're away from somebody and you're talking to yourself or talking to God, that's when you're very vulnerable. That's when you tell the truth. There's true emotions and feelings, something that is missing in the game right now. It's not like you turn on the radio and hear a lot of songs about emotions and feelings and truth.  Most of the songs are about fantasies and partying. And that's cool, too. We made records like that. But we bring emotions and feelings [here].

What does Kaleena bring to Dirty Money?
She's one of the dopest vocalists I've ever had the opportunity to work with. The sounds we're putting out now are just warm-up songs. Once people hear the breadth of the album, they'll know why I've chosen these young ladies to rock with me and why I feel so strongly about this group. It's really about their talent and what happens when I combine some of the things that I've learned over the years and mix them. And plus all of us are extra chocolatey. We're definitely bringing the chocolate revolution. We're just bringing some new-new into the game. Their vocals are raw. It fits the new Bad Boy sound.

It's almost here!!   Season 2 of I Want to Work for Diddy 2 premieres on Monday, November 2nd at 10:00PM on VH1.

It's not easy working for the baddest boy at Bad Boy Entertainment. In fact, it can be downright brutal. That's why over the course of the season, Diddy will put the WannaDiddies through his own special boot camp full of hard core challenges that will test their physical, mental and emotional limits. He'll take his contestants to the middle of a dark, remote forest in the middle of the night and tell them to find their own way home. He'll fly his assistants to Miami and give them 24 hours to find his platinum blackberry that he's left somewhere in the city. He'll do things to them you wouldn't do to your worst enemy. And that's just episode one.

We've got 2 ways for you to get your Bad Boy fill this week:

Step 1 - Head over to Fafarazzi.com to get to know the contestants from this season, then pick your favorite 3 contestants to make up your I Want to Work for Diddy team.   You'll earn points throughout the season based on how your team members do!

Step 2 -  Head over to iTunes to download the entire episode 1 "Welcome to Bad Boy" for free -- one week before the broadcast premiere!

Elle.com caught up with Diddy to talk about romance. Check out the full interview in the November issue of Elle when it hits stands later this month!

The ladies' man drops the smooth talk and tells kind of boyfriend he really makes

ELLE: By self-destructive, do you mean going out with other women?
SC: Yeah.

ELLE: If you get caught cheating red-handed, what’s the best response?
SC: Cry. It might not work, but it at least shows that you care. Goddamn, this is a deep interview. You didn’t ask Will Smith none of this shit!

ELLE: But we’re making such valuable progress! Just tell me: Are the tears real?
SC: Yeah, it hurts me. One of my weaknesses is that I actually have a conscience.

ELLE: What’s the nicest thing your mother ever did for you?
SC: She sacrificed. My mother’s a beautiful woman and could have been in a relationship to help out with the bills. She didn’t want to go that route, so she worked four jobs and sacrificed a lot—dresses or shoes she might have bought—for me.

ELLE:Do you feel any guilt about that now?
SC: My mother’s no dummy. She taught the lesson about sacrificing for your kids, but also that if your kids hit it big, they better make it up to you for those years. She’s gotten her sacrifices back with interest.

ELLE: What’s the most extravagant gift you’ve given your mom?
SC: The house she’s in now.

ELLE: So you bought her, what, a nice split-level with an attached garage?
SC: Nah, nah, nah. We’re talking about something behind some gates. Like I said, she’s making up for it.

Vibe.com caught up with Dirty Money's Dawn & Kalenna to talk about the album, the group, & working with Diddy.  Check out a peek below, and head over toVibe.com for the full interview!

VIBE: Diddy's compared the group to B.B.D. and Prince and The Revolution. Do you have anyone that you'd liken yourselves to?
Kalenna: He says Jodeci, but I don't think I could compare it to anything I've ever heard. It started off with a blueprint, Loose Ends, Soul II Soul and things like that. But then it kind of evolved into something that I haven't heard before.

Last Train to Paris is a story of lost love. Can you describe it a little further?
Dawn:
It's the woman's point of view. Puff had an idea of finding love, losing love and finding love again as a storyline, but he just didn't want one perspective. We tell the opposite side and make the love story complete as narrators. We can relate to the story. If they split up, what is she thinking? So it's through the eyes of both parties.

So you guys are doing everything from being affectionate to yelling at him?
Dawn:
Oh yeah. And loving him. All of that. It's our whole journey together.

Ladies, you two are professional singers. Diddy's more of an entertainer. What's it like to watch try to sing?
Dawn:
It's beautiful. His work ethic is amazing. He doesn't stop until the note sounds how it's supposed to sound. And it's not like, "Oh, I'm going to make this note sound perfect." It's the emotion. The emotion has to be perfect and match to the vocals of the song. And I think he's executed that so well.  If anything, we're learning from each other. We'll do it 300 times. Just because we see how hard he works. People are going to be pleasantly surprised. Especially if you don't look at him as a singer, but as an instrument, someone evoking an emotion and making it visual.
