Ralph Romero is currently incarcerted he was arrested in Indiana 4 drug charges he then pleaded not gulity and took the case to trial my father was convicted on drug charges He was sentenced 35 years on a 1st offence with no criminal history The police didnt find any drugs money, property, houses, cars, nothing was paid off. All they was was 9 convicted man who testified aganist my dad 5 out of the 9 man were released after his trial after committing agressive and violent crimes 5 of the 9 also incarerated prior for manslaughter. The others time was cut because of them lieing and testifing he was a man that helped the community, the church, we lived down the street from the mayor of elkhart, ran the cinco de mayo for 5 years, donated to the salvation army. We are in debt because my grandparents died in a car accident 6 months prior They offer a plead witch he didnt take because he isnt gulity . His rights were violated The police said that he was a drug lord and all facts state other wise. The police even said we my brother and sister would help him sell and my mom. becuz we are a monority we are not consider "good people" we didnt have money to get him a lawyer My dad sits in that prison cell alone everyday no vistors no money to buy him the supplies he needs he cant even call us for more then 10 minutes and he all fight over the phone because his time is so preious to us then it cuts off without sayin I love u or stay strong. No 1 gives us that reasurrance. In 2000 nearly 3.6 million parents were under some form of incareration and 7.1 million minor children were effected. The 56% of parents incarerated have minor child. We stuggle without him he provided 4 his family in a healthy way.I havent seen him for 6years he has been locked up I cant even visit him because he is in Penn and we r in New Mexico we moved a 2 years after this happened becuz he was scared som1 could hurt us and it would b best if we had alot of family som1 has to address these concerns

Patience is a characteristic I hope to persue. I value those people who can take there time and relax. Those people that dont let themselves worry about little things, that can wait and take one day at a time.
