Ok "Tagged Your It" is something to learn all sorts of stuff about your friends. Once you've been tagged you must write a blog. You can list any weird unusual or just a plain fact about yourself also goals and habits. List 10 random things then tag 10 Friends. The morning of October 17th, the Lord took my grandpa home.  Though I did not know him well, a part of my heart is missing.  I take relief in knowing that he is not in pain anymore and that he is with my grandmother in their eternal resting place.

Well, yesterday was my last day at work.  Some friends and I went out for drinking and it was a great time!  I'm going to miss everyone but I can't wait to move and start fresh. 

I'll keep everyone posted on the goings on with me and the move.

I find myself feeling very sad.  You would think that I would be happy that my parents and brother are away on vacation leaving me alone in the upstairs apartment (my grandparents downstairs).  The truth is.....I hate it.  I don't like to be alone and as much as I love my grandparents, I can't spend too much time down there because my grandfather will drive me out of my mind.  I just find it funny that I'm not more excited to have the place to myself.  It's too quiet and I really miss them.  They won't be gone very long...they'll be back on Saturday, but it's going to be a long week.  There's only so much TV I can watch and so much I can do online.  I find myself lying in bed wishing I had gone with them.  I had the opportunity to go but I took my vacation with Andy in May.  I didn't have any vacation time to take for this trip.  I think what it all boils down to is that I'm moving soon and I want to spend as much time as possible with my family before I go.  This is a week that I will have lost.  I know I shouldn't think like that because I'm sure that I'll talk to my mother every day after I've moved.  But still....I miss them.

My dad called from the ship yesterday.  They had just gotten settled and were having "drinks with little umbrellas in them".  I guess I've always been and always will be daddy's little girl because after I got off the phone with him I started to cry.  I don't know why.  I just did....and then my grandmother called and I lost it all over again telling her about it. 

It's the little things that I miss....like kissing my mom goodbye in the morning before she leaves for work, my father picking us up after work to go home, my brother pestering me....it's the small things...the things I take for granted that I miss the most.

Someone explain how you're happy to hear that someone is leaving for a little while but when it comes down to it, when they leave you're sad.

Jim, it's been one year since we recieved the news.  We miss you very much and know that you are looking down on us from heaven.

You know....there are more important things in life that are worth complaining about than soda or salt and pepper.  I mean, give me a break now.  You're gonna cry and bitch and moan because there wasn't the type of soda you wanted or because there is the type of soda you wanted but it's in a bottle, which you would have to pour into a cup, instead of a can.  I mean, come on now folks.  Really!  Grow up and stop acting like children who have to have their way.  Start acting like mature adults, suck it up and stop complaining.  It's more annoying than aggrivating.
