Read the article here: Report: Los Angeles Grand Jury Probes Missouri Girl's Internet Suicide.  This will be very interseting to watch if they do follow through with a case.  Especially with the First Ammendment.  I'm not defending the adult who made the account, I would very much like her to be responsible for her actions and the consequences of them.  Some people may feel that even though the situation is upsetting that no one can control another one's actions.  Such as the lady being responsible for the teen commiting suicide.  However, I disagree.  If a person hands a suicidal person a weapon or means to commite suicide they are partially responsible.  If a person gives a weapon to a person that is known for robbery and that person commits a robbery, that person is very much responsible.  She is very much responsible for the outcome of her actions and she should also be condemned by society.

    So, I've decided that I'm going to sell my beloved car.  My sister offered me her '01 VW Golf, of course not for free.  It has less mileage and better gas mileage than my car.  I still have to decide on a selling price and where I'm gonna sell it at.  I do know that I will probably only accept cash or a cashiers check (pending clearing the bank).  Any suggestions on how to sell it?  Asking price will probably be around $5500 or so but it's not for sure yet.  This is the first time that I will be selling a car private party and I will be selling it as is.  It's a '99 Chrysler Sebring LXi.

I'm back from Yosemite National Park and can I say it was very beautiful this time.  The last time I was there in June of 1998 there wasn't that much water...this time, there were waterfalls everywhere..some of them with no name.  Most of the time was spent hiking, biking, and of course taking pictures...about 300 of them.  I'll be posting some soon on either here or my webpage.  Can't wait to go back next year...that'll be spent back packing in the wilderness :)
