Air Footscape Woven Chukka - Hybrid Concept - Once again Mita Sneakers has received an interesting addition to their catalogue - the Nike Air Footscape Woven Chukka, a limited edition for Extreme, once again a hybrid concept, fusing different Nike styles together into one. The Air Footscape Woven Chukka comes in grey/black and black/blue, the upper being entirely woven and very clean.

G-Shock Ultraseven 40th Anniversary Package - Celebrating the 40th anniversary of Japanese superhero series Ultraseven, G-Shock came out with a special collaboration box set with Medicom. The box set consists of a G-Shock DW-6900, which of course comes in all red. Furthermore the box also comes with 3 Kubricks, 3 characters from the series. The Ultraseven 40th Anniversary box set has been released at Fieil.

Goods F/W '07 Collection - Only very few stores also create very good in-store collections, collections that are so good, that they eventually become brands. Goods from Seattle is one of those stores. Season after season they present a strong line-up of clothing and at a very early stage moved into cut & sew. Black, khaki and olive colorways are available. Releasing at all US UNDFTD locations starting Friday, October 26th.

Nike Alphabet Hoodies - Not very long ago Nike dropped the Air Max "Alphabet" pack, where they plastered the sneakers with a soup of letters. Matching that pack they now also released a series of Alphabet hoodies. The hoodies feature a letter all-over print and come in grey/black, white/black and black/multicolor.

Andrei Molodkin x Burton Twin Snowboard - Andrei Molodkin who was born in Boui Russia and currently lives and works in Paris, France is known for turning modern cultural concepts into crude oil sculptures. Recently he designed a t-shirt for Burton and now Burton will be releasing a snowboard utilizing the same graphic. Andrei Molodkin's graphic for Burton is printed on the Burton Twin-- snowboard which features a mid-wide waist width that allows nice stability during transitions. Grenade Team CC935 Gloves - Active Mailorder now has the Grenade Team CC935 Gloves, or better known as the Rogue Status x Grenade Gloves. They come in two different color ways and will be available at Grenade retailers. The Rogue shop has stocked the gloves and they should be hitting Grenade retailers any day now.

Rabbit Strobe Lights for The Osaka Police - This sounds surreal, but in Japan everything is possible: According to Gizmodo Japan, the Osaka Police is equipping some police cars with rabbit-shaped strobe lights. Note that only the patrol cars around schools will get this.

Skatemaster FT-2 Electric Skateboard - This electric skateboard is said to be capable of going at 11mph for about 7 miles (obviously, we take it that it was on a flat road and it's not clear how heavy the rider was). It controlled by a wireless transmitter that one will likely drop and break at the first fall but it is still better than pushing with your leg! After the battery has been depleted, it will take 6 hours to get a full-charge. Price: $290

Remote-controlled rubber duck - ...and here's the duck version. The humble rubber duck that has kept children occupied and entertained in their respective bathtubs throughout the ages will see a technological improvement in the form of a remote-controlled rubber duck. It will come in the traditional yellow design, but is powered by half a dozen AA batteries instead (2 for the controller and 4 for the duck charger). A 5 minute charge will result in 15 minutes of pure fun - provided your fingers and toes don't shrivel up like prunes first. Needless to say, both the duck and controller are waterproof so no risk of running a minor electrical shock there.

Nike Court Force Basic - The classic Court Force model from Nike was recently released in a new basic pack. The simple colorways leave most of the highlighting to the clean silhouette of the Court Force. Both a high and low are seen within this pack. The white and black versions feature some crisp use of materials such as smooth metallic-esque synthetic leathers. Check your local Nike dealer for these latest releases.

Triumvir Fuck Your Clique Online Exclusive - To complement their recent 2007 Fall Collection, Triumvir has re-released the much anticipated "fuck your clique" design. BBC | Ice Cream 2007 Fall/Winter Collection - BBC | Ice Cream is set to release new series of products later this week. Levi's x kennyswork x Medicom Toy Bearbrick 100% - Toy maker kennysworks has teamed up with Medicom Toys and Levi's to create a Bearbrick toy based off of kennyswork's iconic Copperhead-18 series of toys. The toys by kennyswork are often created in painstaking detail, some of these qualities can also be seen on this Bearbrick. These are set to release at the end of November. No word yet on whether any Levi's products will release as well but stay tuned for more details.

New Era 59Fifty 2007 October/November Releases - New Era's storied history has spanned 85 years in which it has been the quintessence of the fitted cap. Of those 85 years, Major League Baseball has had the honor o representing New Era 59Fifty caps for seventy of those years. Over time, New Era's prominence has extended past the ball diamond to also focus on the lifestyle aspect of fitted caps. Here's a look at some of New Era's recent releases as part of the October and November release schedule. The Brown Tooth and Jumble caps are available this month while the Cue, Dabu Front Fur and the 80s Wordmark will drop next month.

Crooks & Castles 2007 Illuminate Collection - A further release of the Crooks & Castles Illuminate Collection has started arriving at stores. The exclusive Illuminate Collection is only available in a handful of shops and represents the more upscale sub-line of Crooks & Castles. Team 23 Racing Helmets - The motor sports racing venture of Michael Jordan originally began approximately two years ago and had some bearing in the creation of the Air Jordan XX. Some pictures have surfaced regarding some of the special customized helmets worn by riders of Team 23. Among the helmets are the recreation of the special blue Air Jordan IV on a helmet as well as a series of collage prints.

Air Jordan 12 x Air Force 1 Fusion - Here's a further look into the Air Jordan x Air Force 1 Fusion pack with this hybrid Air Jordan XII x Air Force 1 sneaker. The shoe combines the classic white/black-taxi colorway seen on the XII with a quilted upper, texturized toe and special lace locks. The Fusion series will release on January 5th, 2008 at Jordan Lifestyle Accounts. Price is set at $145 USD.

The Hundreds Elements New Era Caps - As the Fall season comes to an end, The Hundreds gets ready to release their next New Era cap, under the Elements theme. The cap features the trademark Jags pattern that one can find on many The Hundreds designs and tags, but here it comes for the first time on a New Era cap. It looks like they will also release some t-shirt along with the cap, featuring a leaves print. Expect these goodies to hit the Hundreds store this coming Friday, October 25th.

Caliroots Skateboard Decks Released - Caliroots released today their first ever skateboard deck series. They offer the Mini Logo Series and the Full Logo Series. Both are available in three colorways.

Clear Box by Neo - Neo presents an interesting accessory that will for sure interest all you sneaker collectors out there, as well as people that like things in order - the Clear Box. Japanese designer Neo released a sneaker box in 100% see-through plexiglass. Not only can you put your sneakers nicely away in these to protect them, you can also see on the spot which sneaker is in which box. They are now available at Soldout for 65 Euros.

Make A Mixa - Cassette Shaped USB Drive - The MIXA is basically a 1GB flash drive that's been integrated into an audio cassette shell. The real appeal though comes with the MIXA website which allows you to interactively design a custom label for the tape. You can choose from a collection of pre-existing designs, which still offer a bit of customization, or upload your own images and graphics. Once the design is completed and the finished USB cassette arrives you can then load it up with your own 'mix tape' of MP3s. The MIXA costs about $40 but includes worldwide shipping as well as a unique sleeve (also designed by you), a set of MIXA stickers and a USB extension cable.

iShoes, Movin' and Groovin' at 15MPH - Why roll around on a Ferrari Segway looking like a dork when you can look like a dork rolling around on these electric iShoes at 15mph? At least you'll be able to wear your own kicks when you strap into these things, which fit men's shoe sizes 8 to 12 and women's sizes 7 to 10. Get these babies up to speed and you might just want to sing the body electric. Created by Minnesota inventor Ilya Kaganovich, the total weight of both shoes is 16 pounds, and they have a range of five to seven miles on a charge (as long as you're not going uphill). The 4-inch wheels are supposed to give you high-speed stability, but it still looks like that control cable with its hand brake might have quite a learning curve. Wear knee pads and a helmet, and make sure your insurance is all paid up. Looks like fun, though. There's no word on pricing or availability just yet.

Mist - Goldorus Original + Dark Drop Today - Both the Dark and the Original Goldorus vinyl figures designed by Mist have cleared customs and will drop in a few hours @ the Bonustoyz web store. Both the Dark (349 pieces) and the Original (149 pieces) will sell for 119 euros (~ $170) + shipping. The Original colorway is a Bonustoyz exclusive paying homage to Grandizer, the inspiration for Goldorus, and will only be available @ the Bonustoyz store. Small quantities of the Dark Goldorus will be distributed to select retailers.

DIY helicopter from Toyota car engine and scavenged Boeing 747 parts - A Nigerian college student built his own helicopter from an old Toyota car engine and scavenged parts from a Boeing 747 that crashed near his town of Kano. Mubarak Muhammad Abdullahi, aged 24, has already taken his DIY helicopter to the skies four times. He is now constructing a new model based on a motorcycle engine and claims it to fly for hours at the low attitude of 15 feet. His DIY helicopter comprises a push-button ignition, an accelerator lever between the seats to control vertical thrust, and a joystick for balance and bearing.

Afro Samurai x XLarge Figure - A few days ago, an Afro Samurai x XLarge t-shirt was revealed. A follow-up to that has produced a stunning new Afro Samurai figure. Afro Samurai is a cartoon featuring Samuel L. Jackson as the lead character and produced in Japan. The figure is highly detailed, depicting the cartoon warrior in a fearsome pose. These are set to release Saturday, October 20th.

Black Lightning F/W '07 Collection - The people behind Kicks/Hi recently launched a new BMX inspired brand - Black Lightning. Their first collection, the Fall/Winter 2007 collection, has just arrived. It consists of t-shirts and New Era caps. Especially the word "lightning" has been taken quite literally and appears on almost every t-shirt and the caps. Nevertheless the graphics are strong and also details such as 3M prints have been used.

Reebok Chain Gang Pack - Although much of the retros these days take a lot of heat for not releasing products to their truest original form, Reebok has changed things up for the better with their latest Chain Gang pack. Involving some of Reebok's most classic releases, each model incorporates a special "Play Dry" inner lining. The "Play Dry" technology allows for proper moisture management and also includes an anti-microbial footbed. Available in the first quarter of 2008 at select retailers.

Neighborhood Voice of a Generation Collection - Neighborhood has just released a look into the 3rd drop for their 2007 Fall/Winter Voice of a Generation Collection. As the temperature in the foreseeable future dips, NBHD has concentrated this release on a lot of outerwear leathers and jackets. This release also involves knits as well as denim and accessories. Mishka "Tentacle Assault" New Era - Mishka will be releasing three New Eras this week including the "Tentacle Assault" cap which has never been viewed before. The "Tentacle Assault" New Era is fully embroidered along the crown with the Mishka tentacle pattern, which was featured on the lining of many of the brands Fall 07 pieces. For extra style, it also has a satin contrast lining.    Mishka stockists will also be receiving two other models with their New Era shipments: the navy blue rip-stop waterproof version of the "Boney M" cap and the much anticipated "Keep Watch" glow in the dark cap. All three New Eras will debuting at the Mishka pop-up shop this Friday in NYC and available at the Mishka online shop next week.

Nike Gore-tex Dunk High - Regardless of the conditions, these Nike Gore-Tex Dunk Highs will surely get you through any trek without leaving you with cold wet feet. Recent Dunk Highs utilizing Gore-Tex features a more stream-line one-piece upper however these went the more traditional route and were pieced together accordingly. No word yet on a release date.

Futura Laboratories 2007 Fall Collection - Here's the latest release from artist Futura 2000's label Futura Laboratories. Some classic Futura symbols have been applied to a series of hoodies as well as some new designs. Also recently unveiled are camo button-up shirts featuring selective use of camo and a Pointman plush pillow. Available soon at Futura Laboratories dealers.

Fashion's Next Big Bang - The Future of Bape - Portfolio magazine recently did an extensive feature outlining the rise to prominence of A Bathing Ape. Going into detail about the solid foundation and business plan created by Bape's creator, Nigo, the article also covers the complexity regarding Bape's popularity. Although Bape has achieved super stardom in Japan in the past, it has now reached a point where in some realms Bape has become the laughing stock of the fashion community.

AF1 Fusions: AF1 x AirMax 95 - To accompany the many Nike Air Force 1 Hybrids for the near future, here are another creation behind the "hybrid" doors between the AF1 model and Air max 95 and it's most famous color scheme, "Neons." They pretty much look like AF1's with a little cosmetic changes here and there such as the "3M," sole and obviously the tongue. Nike did slap these with a "Premium" lable which is great since they'll have the premium grade leather but in the same token bad for our pockets since they'll be in the $200 range.

Devilock x CLOT x Levi's 501 - The latest venture between Asian brands Devilock and CLOT involve a teaming up with the quintessential denim brand Levi's to create a special hippy and rock&roll inspired 501 denim. The classic straight leg cut includes extensive distressing and patches. 200 pairs for men and 50 pairs for women will release on Friday, November 16th.

Samurize x Devilock - Earlier this year, Japanese label Devilock and Samurize teamed up to create a special shirt utilizing technical fabric. They have come together once again to release a long-sleeve soccer jersey alongside a branded soccer ball. Much like it's predecessor, the long-sleeve kit is constructed with quick-drying fabric offering a formidable choice should you decide to hit the pitch. The items are currently on pre-order via Eproze with a release set for December.

Methamphibian x GelaSkin - Artist and sneaker customizer Methamphibian teamed up with Gelaskin, the brand that dresses your gadgets. Methamphibian and GelaSkins iPod, Phone, Laptop will release "Winter", "Hellcat", "Poison". All three designs will be available for your iPods, iPhone, RAZR Phones as well as all Laptop sizes. The Series will release this Sat Oct 20 at 12:00 am (EST) at www.music-skins.com/methamphibian. There will only be 50 pieces produced for each design. All iPods & phone models are $20 + S/H and all Laptop sizes are $40 + S/H.

Now we come across Ends, a new brand that wants to change the way you wear a hoody, shoes, sneakers, etc. The brand specializes in accessories to put on your laces/straps. We are very impressed by the quality and attention to detail in their work. Their debut collection features pieces in 18k black gold with black diamonds and 24k yellow gold with white diamonds and white diamond bridal. Via Gourmet. If you are into adding some bling to your outfit, this is definitely as good as it gets, and in a much subtler way than what we see out there so far. Until now none of the other brands could really establish itself in this market, thus it will be interesting to see how Ends will perform. Expect Ends to appear next month at finer stores near you. Also their website will be launching soon.

dreamGEAR Lava Glow for PS3 - If you can't seem to overcome your opponent in any game genre on the PS3, then perhaps it is time you pick up the dreamGEAR Lava Glow wireless controller for Sony's latest console. This peripheral is a pain to the eyes in terms of design, and it could distract your opponent long enough to open a window of opportunity for you to beat him/her to the killer blow. This liquid-filled controller actually glows, and works on the 2.4GHz RF band. While the product touts itself to be the "most comfortable controller ever created," it will require some gaming sessions with it before a conclusion can be reached. Reebok Voltron Pack & Toys - The Reebok Voltron Pack is dropping all around the globe and has  been much anticipated. Now we can for the first time have a real close look at what to expect. The pack consists of overall five sneakers. Each sneaker comes in a nice box with them the matching toy. All five toys can then actually be assembled into one big robot, thus collecting the entire pack might actually be worth it. Caliroots will be releasing the pack tonight with a party as of 7pm European time. 9pm European time the pack will go up in their online store. Nike "10AC" Collection - The partnership of Uno Caol Showten and Nike Japan continues as they get ready to release the new "10AC" collection. The collection consists of both sneakers and apparel. In terms of sneakers they will release a Footscape Woven Chukka in a black/white colorway and a white Trainer Dunk with plaid and red accents. As with the last Court Force release of the collection, they keep it premium but subtle and base the sneakers around the color white. An entire range of apparel is coming along including technical jackets with plaid accents, hoodies, shorts, training suits, and also t-shirts, beanies and long-and shortsleeve shirts.

New Chuck Anderson/NoPattern Prints Released - Check out artist Chuck Anderson of NoPattern. Some of you might have seen his work also on his recent collaboration on a New Era cap with Reason Clothing for their Fall 2007 collection. The artist released three prints. Nike Dunk Lo CL - ACG Inspired - An interesting new Nike Dunk Lo dropped these past couple of days. The ACG Inspired colorway features colors and materials that are inspired from Nike's ACG collection and the Dunk also features a splattered sole. The upper is made up of brown tones in suede and the baby blue lining is a nice contrast to that.

Afro Samurai x XLarge T-shirt - XLarge Japan has teamed up with the hit animated series Afro Samurai to create this limited edition t-shirt. Featuring Samuel L. Jackson as the lead character, the story revolves around Afro Samurai as he attempts to avenge his father's death and become "Number One". Each episode of Afro Samurai is rumored to run Japanese animated network GONZO 1 million dollars per episode, a record for the company. Striving to constantly set precedence and apply atypical materials to their fitted silhouette, they have now broken new ground with this drop by utilizing 9oz Ballistic Nylon for the crown and visor and 3M Reflective Fabric (8905) as a detail feature for the sandwich bill and top button. Symbolically these fitteds make your head bulletproof. The set consists of overall two caps - Neu Trojan and Go Ballistic. The Neu Trojan features the UNI-AKorn logo. Justice vs. Revolver Belt - By now you all should know about the close relationship between Japanese brand Revolver and French Record Label Ed Banger Records. Every season several pieces come out in collaboration. The 'Warhol of Japan' Hits LA - Japanese pop art sensation, Takashia Murakami's Retrospective opens up at the end of this month at the LA Museum of Contemporary Art (October 29 to be exact). The exhibit will feature the artist's paintings, drawings, and not only show that line of Louis Vuitton handbags he did, but also house a Louie store in the middle of the exhibit. The artist has been keeping very busy since working for the famous fashion house. You may remember that soccer ball he created as well as those skate decks for Supreme. Some of his recent work has even crossed over into the Hip Hop world, with the artist designing Kanye's Graduation cover and his artwork appearing extensively in Jay Z's new "Blue Magic" video.

levelHead interactive cube game - levelHead is an interactive cube game cobbled together by Julian Oliver from New Zealand. The thrust of the idea is extremely simple - its internal software detects the cube's motion, where a set of digital cameras are then used to display an appropriate image depending on your current response. This means tilting the hexahedron in a certain manner will send the walker in the said direction, where the main aim of levelHead is to exit the virtual maze within. Looks like this could be the 21st century Rubik's Cube for kid worldwide, or they could look at it and think it too hard, preferring instead for mind-numbing shooters like Halo 3.

Skintile Electronic Sensing Jewelry - Now here's an interesting concept concerning body adornments that actually feature emotional and physiological sensing. Dubbed the Skintile Electronic Sensing Jewelry, it explores "a range of functionalities in new product forms that are playful, sensual, mood affected, bio activity stimulated, and arousal enhancing. It is a semi disposable, bio compatible, non-allergenic, breathable, mass customizable, self contained body worn accessory". Designed by Philips Design, I wonder whether such jewelry will ever hit the market in the next couple of years.

Nissan to Unveil 2007 Mobile Office Concept - Nissan is back with another mobile office concept for the 2007 Tokyo Motor Show after their glamorous science-lab themed 2006 Nissan Terranaut. This one too hides a full mobile office in the rear targeting ocean photographers, this year. The NV200 concept features rugged-looking exterior with a traditional box-like storage space in the rear with impressive interiors. "The interior is created to combine efficiency and a human touch, mentally refreshing its occupants when traveling to or from a job site." The rear pod accommodates all the equipments a professional ocean photographer needs including a a remote control panel for a spider camera, as well as equipment for organizing and editing photographs and images while on assignment apart from a variety of diving gear including flippers, oxygen tanks and an underwatersea scooter. But, don't let the rugged looks despise you for this aesthetic mobile office concept counts in the LCV class.

MAD - 8" Ninja Dunny Release - MAD's heading out on a three cities in three days signing tour for his new 8" Ninja Dunny from Kidrobot. He'll be hitting KR NYC on Wednesday October 17th, KR LA on Thursday October 18th, and then will be in San Francisco on the 19th for the reopening of the Kidrobot SF location. Each release/signing event runs from 6 to 8 PM. Armed with katana and shuriken accessories, MAD's Ninja Dunny will officially drop on Thursday, October 18th in the standard blood-splattered white edition for $50. Mixed in with the white editions are the chase black editions (1 in 12). Finally, Kidrobot has also made a red edition -- at this point its unclear when and how this one is going to drop. Reasonable speculation is that the red may be first available for the SF reopening -- though we're a little skeptical it'll be an SF exclusive per se. So just for the fun of it... let's totally guess and say the Red drops first on the 19th at KRSF and then is available shortly thereafter as a KR exclusive.

Nike SB for October 2007 - Much of Nike SB's October releases seem to have been overshadowed by the "What The Dunk" sneaker. The sneaker, something originally conceived as being fake was proved as legitimate with the debut of Nike SB's big screen creation Nothing But The Truth. GOODS in Seattle recently received their shipment for October, which includes a "Deck" Dunk High, "Lebanon" Blazer, Air Zoom Tre and Air Classic SB. Check your local SB dealer for these arrivals.

Aki Hoshino x Kiks TYO AJ Wings & Yo! Kiks T-shirts - Japanese sneaker-crazed label Kiks TYO has just opened up pre-orders on their international site for items previously unavailable outside of Japan. These t-shirts include the AJ Wings Tee and the YO! Kiks Tee. Both designs feature popular Japanese bikini model Aki Hoshino in some sultry poses in reference to some of iconic moments in sneaker culture. The AJ Wings Tee is inspired by Michael Jordan's famous 1986 Wings poster while the Yo! Kiks Tee refrences trading cards issued in 1991 of MTV Yo! Raps. Both tees will be available for pre-order up until Friday, October 12th. Retail for each shirt will ring in at ¥6,825 (approximately $58 USD).

Nike SB Takashi II Dunk Low - As part of Nike Skateboarding's October release, a new Dunk Low created by Takashi Hosokawa will be released. Back in 2003, Takashi also designed a Dunk Low with a similar black/gold colorway. This 2007 Takashi II features an off black leather upper with a suede toebox. Lasering can be seen on the back panels while a silver Swoosh and a heel tab are also highlights. Check your local SB dealer as these should be dropping within the this month.

Lupe Fiasco x Dr. Romanelli x Nathan Cabrera x Maharishi - One time Hypebeast blogger, Hip-hop artist Lupe Fiasco has joined forces with jacket customizer Dr. Romanelli, artist Nathan Cabrera and British label Maharishi on an upcoming project. No word yet on what this collaboration entails but it should tie in with the December 18th release of Lupe Fiasco's album, "The Cool". Stay tuned for more details as they become available.

8FIVE2 x Lodown Magazine x Fiberops Skate Decks - Hong Kong based skate shop 8FIVE2 just released two new skate decks as part of a collaborative project. The two collaborating members include skater Kien "Donger" Lieu/Fiberops and Lodown Magazine. Kien Lieu is considered by many as one of the most promienent Asian American skater in the world and well known for his huge ollies while Fiberops has carved out a proper niche with their rockabilly style garments. Lodown magazine is a lifestyle publication which encompasses various elements of skate, graffiti, music and sports. Both decks are currently available at 8FIVE2 in both 7 7/8" and 8".

Carhartt Allover Print Series - Carhartt Streetwear presents a new series featuring allover print designs. The designs are featured on some classic Carhartt jackets such as the Hooded Sport Jacket (cell print), the Hooded Thermal Lined Zip Jacket (tape print) and the Car-Lux Hooded Thermo Sweat (mud print). Three New Era 59Fifty fitted caps were also created in their own allover print styles as well.

Kidrobot x Yo Gabba Gabba Toys & Apparel - Kidrobot gets together with television series Yo Gabba Gabba and will be releasing next month apparel as well as toys. The toys will come in 7-inch and 10-inch. Matching that release there will be some Kidrobot Hoodies releasing as well. Until now the brand has managed the fine line of colorful pieces that can still be worn by grown-ups, but with this release we really do feel they are getting into the childrens arena with the clothing.

Alife Fall '07 Apparel - Alife has been a lot in the news lately with some great projects including collaborations with Puma, Timberland, Penfield and this week also Asics. Now the brand has started releasing their Fall 2007 apparel and as usual they have a good mix of classic design, remixes and collaborations. Haven is among the first to have it available. In collaboration with Irak they released a crewneck sweater. Also the Alife Frog design, that was released this season in their footwear collection finds its way onto their apparel. Other releases included classic remixes of the Alife logo on crewneck sweaters and hoodies.

Toilet-Shaped House... Now That's Classy - Just because you have the resources to build the world's first toilet-shaped house doesn't mean that you should. Then again, if you happen to be Sim Jae-duck, the chairman of the organizing committee of the Inaugural General Assembly of the World Toilet Association, you may have an interest in such a thing. And a guy with a title that long deserves to get his way. The 4,508-sq-foot structure features four deluxe toilets—one of which includes a misting device that helps users "feel more secure" and electronic motion sensors that lift and lower the lid when needed. And if that wasn't hilarious enough, Sim Jae-duck is letting patrons rent the house for an absurd $50,000 a day.

Around View Monitor from Nissan - Nissan's Around View Monitor creates a bird's eye view of the car's surrounding by analyzing images form four different 180-degrees cameras placed on all sides of the vehicle. This is really cool because it lets the driver maneuver with a lot more accuracy… and confidence. The system will debut in Japan with the Nissan Elgrand but should arrive in the USA in the Infinity EX35. There's no doubt that eventually, such systems will be more common.

Terrafugia Transition readies for take-off next year - Flying cars don't seem to be far way. Super Sky Cycle, Moller's M200G Volantor, Urban Aeronautics' X-Hawk and the PAL-V flying car have already gone into production. The next in the line is the Terrafugia Transition flying car. The news of this flying car is there around the blogosphere for around two years and now, they have plans to get the thing flying before the end of next year. This summer, a group of MIT alums demonstrated its folding wing at the annual AirVenture aviation festival in Oshkosh, WI. The light sport aircraft functioned perfectly, and it opened and closed over 500 times. For many years, researchers believed aero-auto hybrid vehicles would be commercial failures but now, MIT scientists are hopeful of being on the way to overcome existing problems. Anyway, the next challenge for the team is to design an engine that can power the $148,000 Terrafugia Transition flying car on the ground and in the air.

The Hoesch Water Lounge is actually a chaise lounge and bathtub hybrid that flawlessly merges the soothing qualities of a lounger and a bathtub into a single product. The fully transparent tub side panels are supported by a metal construction that reveals the exceptional design of the whole thing. The chair features little gaps to allow bubbles that will comfort you. Moreover, the tub filler is integrated into the 1.4 meter high swiveling halogen lamp. I am all impressed with the neat and graceful make of the Hoesch Water Lounge.

MAD - Dolbee Proto - MAD recently unveiled the proto of the 5" Dolbee Compact Character figure he designed and produced through his new company SOLID Industries for ATP. He'll be taking the first turn on this new platform with his Madness Dolbee dropping at ATP's The Nightmare Before Christmas event (12.7 - 12.9). The figures will come in a boom-box packaging (mockup below) with window [Seen on Octane3 Forum via Clutter Blog].

They have previewed their new S/S range, which has a very Japanese high-end sensibility to it. Public School's founders Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne bring a lot of industry pedigree and knowledge to what tey do. Alife x Asics Gel Lyte III - Although the runner shoe silhouette of the Alife x New Balance 576 didn't pan out, this unworldly concept with Asics did materialize with the use of the Gel Lyte III running shoe. This creation derives its inspiration from a Godzilla/reptile theme which is definitely one of the more literal sneakerfications of any creature themed sneaker we've ever seen. The toe box features a scaly print while the midsole is designed to represent the teeth. The hanging eye accessories seals the deal. Look for these to release on Monday, October 15th exclusively at Alife locations. Price is set at $200 USD.

Know1edge 2007 Fall Collection Part 1 - Based out of Hong Kong, Know1edge has created a brand which prides itself on clean and simple aesthetics. Beyond the modest designs you will find a wealth of details which ultimately complete the garment. Know1edge also provides a sense style and quality to their products to distinguish themselves from the masses. Seen here is a look at Know1edge's 2007 Fall Collection of jackets and tops, the raw black denim Sato, Grey Smoke F-51, Beige Conroy and Red Plaid. "Nike and street art, have been teaming up since day one", says Jesse Leyva, designer for Nike. The Claw Money x Nike Vandal Hi Pack consists of overall 4 sneakers. The Vandal Hi rarely gets special treatments, which makes this pack stand out even more. Here some words by Claw describing the project: "The vandal is my favorite high top of all time! Sneaktip x Lafayette New Era Cap - Sneaktip got together with Lafayette to collaborate on a New Era Cap. The cap comes in black with gold embroideries. It features both brand logos on the front. In the back it features an embroidery of the Brooklyn Bridge and the slogan "Way Out In Brooklyn". The cap will only be released in very limited quantities outside of Japan and the exclusive online retailer for this collaboration will be Karmaloop. Expect the cap to be released some time in November.

Foosh New Era 59Fifty Fitted Cap - Foosh stepped onto the scene earlier this year with the debut of their in-store collection of t-shirts. Stressing the fun side of things and incorporating elements of their DJ background into various themes, their line released right around the Paris Hilton jail sentence with a Paris parody tee. Seen here is a look at their latest Foosh New Era fitted caps they designed. X-girl x Fabrick - Medicom's lifestyle division Medicom Life Fabrick recently collaborated with Japanese female brand X-girl to release a series of products which include a tote bag, mini-duffle and a small toiletry bag among other items. This collaboration was designed by British artist Marcus James, whose previous resume includes the likes of Yves Saint Laurent, Chloe and Camilla Staerk.

Rare flawless blue diamond sells for record-breaking £4 million - This is one of the rarest gems in the world - a 6.04 carat diamond that is fancy vivid blue color and has internally flawless clarity. The expensive stone was bought by a British jeweler for a record-breaking sum of almost £4 million at a Sotheby's auction in Hong Kong. The selling price makes it the most expensive gemstone in the world, per carat, sold at any auction. The flawless blue diamond fetched £650,000 per carat after intense bidding. It also broke 20-year-old record that was held by the Hancock Red, a red diamond which fetched £450,000 per carat at the time. The seller of the extremely rare diamond was a private Asian collector while the buyer was Moussaieff Jewellers in London.

Halloween Goodies by Medicom/Kaws/Qee - Medicom proposes their new Bearbrick set, "Trick or Treat", consisting of a 400% and a 100% Bearbrick. Kaws brings back is skeletons, this time in fluo colorways - overall there will be three colors available. Dean Bradley - Mainframe Release - Munky King will host the release and signing of Dean Bradley's Mainframe vinyl figure (flier) produced by STRANGEco, on Wednesday October 10th, 2007 from 7 to 11 PM. The evening will feature a retrospective look back at Mainframe with original art, prints, and more chronicling the evolution of Dean's character. Dean also invited fellow Pocketful of Monsters Crew members Angry Woebots and Peekaboo Monster to do some live painting with him for the event. Music will be provided by R-Rated and DJ Colby.

Nike Delta Force - Nike recently released this brightly fashioned red Delta Force. This quickstrike release uses metallic synthetic leather for the toebox as well as suede for the rear panels. Ostrich skin accents can be seen along the gold swoosh and blue heel, with a bit of patent leather as well. Available now at select Nike dealers such as Solebox.

Triumvir Lion Parka - The quilted Lion Parka is a strong piece from Triumvir inspired by medieval chain mail armor. Nike AM1 iD - Now With Reptile Leathers - Nike has updated the options for the Nike Air Max 1 iD. They have added reptile leathers to the choice of materials, to be more precise, you can now also choose alligator and croc skin to give your AM1 a more luxurious look. Also they increased the color selection. Definitely a nice addition and materials that until now have not appeared much on this classic sneaker.

DQM Fall '07 Collection Released - Dave's Quality Meat has released today their Fall 2007 collection. The t-shirts come with strong graphics, overall kept simple. The hoodies are very classic this season - two styles, both coming in several colorways and simple logo applications. With the caps they go a bit more crazy and offer strong colors, imagery and more on them.

Sneaker Pimps x JB Classics 2.0 - As the date nears for Sneaker Pimps' largest show of the year in the Big Apple, JB Classics has teamed up once again to create a one of a kind limited edition sneaker for the event. Nike AF1 "Kool Bob Love" Winter Pack - The pack consists of four sneakers and has two themes. The red and blue ones pay tribute to Puerto Rico, a country that means a lot to Bobbito. The second theme is the Winter Theme, winters of New York City, his home town. The Bobbito "Puerto Rico" Pack will be released the 17th of November. The Bobbito "Winter" Pack will be released the 1rst of December.

NBFG Strawberries & Cream New Era Cap - UK girls streetwear brand Not Bad For A Girl will soon be releasing their first New Era cap and it's one of the funniest we have seen in a while - the Strawberries & Cream cap. NBFG designed the cap for the New Era Sessions, an event where artists and designers could do anything they want with the New Era 5950 Cap, earlier this year. The outcome is what you see here. The New Era London Flagship Store will be holding an exhibition of all the caps created in the Sessions and thankfully the NBFG cap is 1 out of 3 caps from the event that will also be produced in a limited run of 36 pieces and will be on sale during the exhibition in December.

Kanagawa Institute of Technology Develops Robot Suit, Fuels Superhero Fantasies - The Kanagawa Institute of Technology has developed a robotic suit that will aid in the care of elderly individuals who need physical support. The suit, showcased at a trade show in Japan this week, is intended to help personal caregivers lift those they look after, whilst reducing the strain on themselves. The unit takes around 10 minutes to equip properly, is very large and weighs in at 66 pounds. The suit enables potential superheroes to lift a 100Kg mass as if it were 50Kg. For those of you who are not strong at mathematics, that is a 50% decrease in the effective mass!

JVC Introduces The Clapper TV - In addition to their mean-looking 180Hz LCD, JVC has introduced another display technology in progress at this year's CEATEC. Specifically, it's a TV that responds to claps and gestures, or "handclap & gesture recognition TV" as it's officially labeled. You clap your hands 3 times to bring up a round menu screen. A set top camera then tracks your hand, transforming it into a cursor. To click a button, the user just hooks their finger (ala signaling someone has a tiny wiener). Easy!

Yamaha Tesseract Hybrid - The Yamaha Tesseract concept for Tokyo Motor Show is not a motorcycle. Because it's way more awesome than a motorcycle. Featuring 4 wheels for enhanced stability, the frame is apparently still not much bigger than a normal bike. And somewhere in there fits two different engines, one gasoline of undisclosed size and another electrical (to dual impress biker chicks and eco babes, though probably offering some impressive performance payoffs as well). The important note to remember is that the Tesseract is not a motorcycle. Please spread the word and make sure every wife knows it while we pray Yamaha actually puts the...vehicle...into production.

Nissan's Pivo 2 Concept Car Turns Heads & Itself - The Japanese have always been lucky to catch the coolest concept cars. The Pivo 2, from Nissan Motor Co. Ltd., is an advanced electric concept car that will debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. The fully electric vehicle swanks a 360-degree turning cabin, 90-degree turning wheels and employs by-wire technologies for braking and steering. The ultra-compact vehicle can swivel its bubble-shaped cabin and wheels independently to facilitate easy parking at the hard-to-manage parking spots. The cute vehicle can drive sideways as well as forward and has a small robot to assist with navigation.

Jermaine Rogers - 129 Multiple Personalities - Oooh... Jermaine Rogers is releasing his 129 Multiple Personalities Set through his online store on Friday, October 5th 2007 @ 2 PM MDT. First offered as preorders @ SDCC '07, the set features four Veil 129 vinyl figures -- standard, Judgement of the Dero 129, 'Stealth' 129 (clear red vinyl), and GID with red eyes. There are 50 sets total with 20 presold at SDCC -- so that leaves about 30 up for grabs. Each set is $300 per shipping.

For this shoe, Nike SB has combined all the hypest Dunk SB's ever made and mashed it together into one sneaker.

Ontour 2007 Fall Collection - Founded in 2005 by Etienne Dekkers and Remco van der Velden, Ontour had simplistic beginnings as a brand selling t-shirts from out of their car. Road trips around the city would be taken to find the best shops in town. Each season results in a theme which can very much be considered a story. Although some designers claim their design concepts are without bounds, Ontour feel boundaries are necessary to create a concept that works and relates. Each season can be grouped based on their design themes. At the end of the day, Ontour is sure to keep things fun and humorous, something that isn't lacking with this latest collection.

Hewlett Packard x CLOT T-Shirt - For computer company Hewlett Packard's latest "The Computer is Personal Again" campaign, they teamed up with Hong Kong label CLOT to promote their cause. This campaign focuses on the necessity and ease of use of HP machines. The t-shirt includes an abstract art print graphic. The shirts will retail at Hong Kong's Juice, priced at $499 HKD (approximately $64 USD).

Flight Club Tokyo Opening - Flight Club, the sneaker consignment store from NYC opened not too long ago in Los Angeles a second location. If you want to get your hands on a sneaker that is sold out everywhere, chances are you will find it at Flight Club. After a little hint by Hiroshi Fujiwara, it is now confirmed that Flight Club Tokyo, the third location of the iconic sneaker store, will be opening its doors today, October 6th. The store will be opening in the heart of Harajuku.

Mishka 2007 Fall Denim Collection - As part of their 2007 Fall Collection, Mishka recently dropped some new denim pieces. Within the drop are the "My Older Brother's" Denim Jacket and Alexis Raw Selvedge. The jacket features graphics by Derek Riggs, illustrator of Iron Maiden.

Supreme Crest New Era Caps - Most of you should have seen the striped hoodies of the new Supreme Fall/Winter collection, which feature a large Crest logo on the front. Matching those hoodies Supreme has also released these Crest New Era Caps. The caps feature the same Crest logo on the front panels and come in four colorways - red, purple, black and turquoise.

Original Fake Booty Slippers - Original Fake recently updated their website to reflect an all new title picture. Often the picture represents an upcoming release for Original Fake. A few months ago, these slippers were previewed so perhaps it's safe to assume an upcoming release.

UNDFTD Lace Locks - Sneaker boutique UNDFTD will release a series of lace locks featuring some of their well known logos and imagery. Four different styles in the U-MAN, Stencil, Strikes and Play Dirty will be available in three different colors, gold, silver and matte black. Look for these to release on Saturday, October 6th at all US UNDFTD stores.

Nike Court Force Low - Here's a look at an upcoming release from Nike using the Court Force Low as the template for this pack. Both colorways share a black upper with a white midsole and patent accents. Otherwise the sneakers are differentiated by a khaki/mustard/black colorway and a purple/blue/black colorway. No word yet on a release date.

Pendleton x Atmos x Porter Collection - The iconic American brand Pendleton has maintained a long and storied history over the course of almost 150 years of existence. Their Native American inspired motifs have made their way into this latest collection of products with Japanese store/label Atmos and accessories makers Porter. The collection features a Messenger Bag, Daybag, Wallet and Coin Case. Each model contains two different colorways. Pre-orders have begun while the items will release on October 12th.

KRINK x Alife T-shirt - Graffiti artist Krink recently revealed a shirt he cooked up in collaboration with Alife. The purple shirt features a life-like replication of his infamous KRINK markers. Look for the shirt to release in Spring of 2008.

Everybody Loves Chocolate- II - LG has shown a new home theater system called HT972TR (horrible name) that looks seemingly like their "chocolate" line of cellphones. The front feature a tactile interface and it is designed with a shiny black. Oh and it has some technical merits too: 1080p upscaling and reads DivX videos in addition of most popular digital file formats from any CD/DVD based media. Finally, the sound has to come out somewhere and it does it (theoretically) in style with "Virtual Sound Matrix", LG's surround sound.

elkin n52te SpeedPad Gaming Keyboard - Belkin just launched their n52te gaming keyboard aimed at first person shooter (FPS) and real-time strategy (RTS) gamers. The devices is supposed to reduce your response time by keeping all the relevant buttons as close to your fingers as possible. The said buttons are programmable indeed, and it is even possible to save multiple player profiles, in case you share it with a friend. The device is quite sleek looking, but I'd recommend Belkin to use a decent product name – this one sucks. "n52te" is even worse than Samsung's cellphone names. Available in November 2007 in the US ($70), Europe (50 to 70 Euros), Australia ($100), and Korea (69000KRW) and February 2008 in Asia, Canada, and Latin America

American Express Black Card - Mysterious, Exclusive, and Expensive - The black card of American Express is indubitable one of the most exclusive cards of the world. The rumors say that that the card is made of Titanium and that it will set off metal detectors in the airport. Its early versions might have been made of plastic but, currently cards are made of some type of heavier metal material. There are around 17,000 people who are Centurion card holders and since American Express is in no mood to tell the names, we can't figure out who has one and which celebrities are enjoying it. The history behind the AMEX Black card is somewhat mysterious. Reports of an "invite only credit card" from American Express came into light as early as the late 1980s. Moreover, a Wall Street Journal article spoke of a rumored credit card especially for AMEX's high end client el. It brought to the public notice in October of 1999 when the American Express credit card dubbed Centurion (or the AMEX Black card) was released.

Baby-Eating Crocodile @ Baby Tattooville - Baby Tattooville attendees will receive a special artist colorway of Amanda Visell's Baby-Eating Crocodile mini figure priror to the release of the Vivisect Playset series. This special colorway (regular is blue) will be very hard to come by when the full series drops in the winter from STRANGEco. Very nice -- the faux wood effect is cool. Amanda has another Baby Tattoovile release -- her Carnivorous Giraffe Resin figure and print set which is limited to 25 sets @ $250 each.

Supreme 2007 Fall Collection in Warp - Supreme from New York has recently been featured in the latest issue of Japanese magazine Warp. The feature showcases some of Supreme's newest items from their 2007 Fall collection. Some nice and simple pieces can been seen in this photoshoot that was directed by Angelo with the photographs taken by Luke Barber Smith. You can pick up a copy of the magazine now at any bookstores with Japanese magazines.

Mishka x Mackdaddy 10th anniversary - Though it has been tightly distributed and available only in Japan for quite some time, Mackdaddy is fully geared for a stateside invasion in 2008. The Mishka items will be available in the US very soon.. stay tuned for more info on this shortly.

Serato x Head Porter x Nike Air Force 1 - Serato Audio Research is a company that creates soft and hardware for DJ's around the world and is best known for their Scratch Live and Pitch N' Time programs. With the Air Force 1 sneaker deeply connected to music, Nike has teamed up with Serato and Head Porter for a special three way collaboration. Releasing this month will be a special Serato x Nike Air Force 1 as well as a Serato x Head Porter DJ bag. Unforutnately, most probably won't get their hands on these as they will be given to selected DJ's only.

Hectic 2007 Fall Camo Collection - Japanese label Hectic has recently released two new pieces for the Fall 2007 season using traditional forest camo. The Mountain Parka includes a user friendly design which allows for tons of storage within the pockets. Montage 2007 Fall Collection - Japanese streetwear label Montage began in 1995. 10 years later they have maintained a strong position and pedigree in the Japanese market. A look here reveals some of their 2007 Collection. Some pieces include t-shirts, button-ups, jackets and accessories. Each garment carries a characteristically good fit alongside nice simple designs.

Johnny Cupcakes Update - Johnny Cupcakes relaunched their site with a new design this week. 'Rock My Teeth' Uses iPod to Help Whiten Teeth - Allow me to present to you the worst iPod accessory yet: a teeth-whitening system. Yes, the "Rock My Teeth" system promises a whiter smile with just 30 minutes of use. It works by sticking peroxide strips on your teeth. You then put the mouthpiece in your mouth, plug it into your iPod, and crank it up. You can listen to the music through bone conduction, and the vibrations apparently make the strips work better. Jelly-fish 45 habitat: Semi-submerged luxury for cheap! - The sub-aquatic playgrounds have become the latest maritime attraction for many of the richest people around the globe. Designed by Giancarlo Zema, the Jelly-fish 45 is a floating dwelling unit that can accommodate up to six persons. The design is 10 meters high and over 15 meters in diameter. The Jelly-fish 45 has taken the inspiration from jellyfishes that live in the seas with their transparent and fluffy structure. Well, the inimitable the floating dwelling features five separate levels, which are connected by a flamboyant spiral staircase. Jelly-fish 45 would be idyllically situated in sea parks, atolls, bays and seas rich in flora and fauna. It would allow the sea dwelling owners to live either above or below sea level in the just right concord with the oceanic environ. The top level of the Jelly-fish 45 is 5.6 meters above the sea level and is designed for the study rooms. Patricio Oliver's CiBoys Drop Shortly - Argentinian Patricio Oliver's new CiBoy series  - CiBots, drops shortly from Red Magic.  No official PR pics yet, but he sent along this scan of an ad from Bang magazine.  This series focuses on one of Patricio's specialties -- futuristic designs especially robots.  Dig the use of the helmets as vehicles (a little bit of the old-school destroyer feel) -- I wonder how well they stand on those little legs/nodules.

Crooks & Castles x Mitchell & Ness Letterman Jackets - While Crooks & Castles has build their strong image mostly around some very specific graphics, the brand always understood very well being innovative through strong collaborations. Previously we have seen the brand work with Creative Recreation, New Era and watch out for upcoming collaboration with Mosley Tribes and Know1edge, on the already much talked about ceramic watches. This time they got together with Mitchell & Ness, one of Americas classic sporting goods companies and together they are bringing you this season the Crooks & Castles Letterman Jackets. The jackets come in two colorways - grey/black and green/red. Each colorway is limited to 300 pieces worldwide and they will be released November 1st.

Digital Gravel Diggers Society 13-24 - The infamous Digital Gravel Diggers Society is back open for business. Upper Playground Fall '07 Mugs / Pint Glasses / New Eras - Upper Playground has released a series of artist-designed pint glasses as part of its Fall 2007 housewares collection. Included is an Upper Playground SF design by Basco, a walrus-mug design by Jeremy Fish, a butterfly motif by Dora Drimalas and a dinosaur-costumed child illustrated by Sam Flores. Upper Playground in association with Fifty24SF also announced the release of four, new, artist-designed mugs as part of its Fall 2007 line of houseware items. Nike SB x Goodfoot Brew Pack Teaser - Sneakers & Beer Sleeve - The Nike SB x Goodfoot project will soon be launched and they are starting to release some teasers, giving a better idea what the project will offer. The pack labeled "The Brew Pack" will consist of two sneakers - a Zoom Air Harbor featuring grey and black suede mixed with red plaid and a Zoom Team Edition featuring blue suede mixed with blue plaid. While trains were covered in graffiti and boomboxes were blasting on the corners, DJs were up in the clubs while the dancers rocked the floor. Artists were getting signed and local legends were born. And while some called hip hop a fad, Beckman knew better.

Soldiers sustained by sun - Not in terms of food, but more of their gear. Australian grunts are now starting to wear solar panels as part of their uniform, hoping that this would in the long run reduce the amount of weight they carry as most of their gear require a considerable amount of energy to run. The Australian government has so far splashed out £1 million to develop a 14 ounce solar panel which is said to be effective even on cloudy days, courtesy of its ability to draw power from solar radiation instead of mere light. Wilfrid Wood - Coot - English artist Wilfrid Wood creates amazing art sculptures out of polymer clay and also creates limited-run resin series of some of his creations. It looks like he's exploring vinyl which is a win for all of us. His 7" Coot figure (400 pcs) featuring a behemoth of a man with a ?blow dryer? Nike Tweed Pack - Nike has recently released its lastest Tweed Pack to stores worldwide. Although the usage of tweed is often associated with that of the latter generation, its appearance here is executed nicely. The black upper of the Air Max 1 offers only a hint of tweed on the heel tab, however the Dunk High uses tweed much more liberally yet its grey suede creates a product that flows together well.

Original Fake Chomper Gore-Tex Jacket - Tthe famous Kaws 'Chomper' design make a welcome return with Original Fake after all the success in the earlier years of Kaws' work with Bape. We have already seen a quality subtle design on a number of hoodie set to release this Fall/Winter now its time to see the design make its way onto a hooded gore-tex jacket. This plain black jacket features the art work under the zipper in two colourways, red/white and green/white with more great detailing on the hand cuffs and in the lining. Lakai Telford Low Japan Limited Edition - Skate footwear makers Lakai has just released some exclusive colorways of the Telford model in Japan. Two of the designs incorporate the use of abstract prints along the front bumper and heels. A third design utilizes a more subdued and classic white and green colorway. Aside from the aesthetics, the shoes also incorporate breathable leather uppers and substantial cushioning needed for skating. At least it's not a dunk ripoff

Mackdaddy x Rocksmith Denim - Mackdaddy and another Japanese brand Rocksmith got together to collaborate on some denim pants as part of the Mackdaddy Autumn/Winter 2007 collection. The denim comes with a standard cut and using selvedge denim. It features the Rocksmith icon embroidery on the back pocket and some other nice details on the buttons, zipper and more.

HOPPS Skateboards 2007 - Jahmal Williams grew up skating all his life on the east coast and has been a professional skateboarder since the "The Golden Years" of the early 90's. Currently residing in New York City, Jahmal started HOPPS Skateboards in April of 2007. Skating by himself in South Beach on a typical blazing hot Miami day, Jahmal reminisces about the time he got his first complete: "The year was 1988. My big sister and I were on the way to Beacon Hill Skate Shop. We were a few blocks away from the shop, walking through the Boston Common, when I began to hear the roaring sounds of skateboard wheels and the occasional clicks and clacks of the decks smacking the ground. We walked along the path, and suddenly the kids came into view. Some of the kids were hopping up and down in one place on their boards, while others rolled toward the benches and then hopped onto edge of the bench and then hopped off while trying to keep the boards under their feet. I was in complete awe! They seemed to be in another world, separate from everyone else. And I wanted in that world. … So many years later, I found myself still in that world and still just as much in love with skateboarding as when I was fourteen years old. Naming the brand HOPPS seemed appropriate, and it reminded me of the innocence of what I experienced and felt on that day in Boston". Concept Track Bike Inspired By Amphibian - As much as we liked the DQM x Trackstar line of BMX styled fixies, they pale in comparison to this A.FrameFix concept track bike that was inspired by, of all things, a frog. This space-aged bike looks like it could whip around the rings of Saturn, yet its shape and composition are derived from nature.

Nixon 2008 Spring Collection - Watchmakers Nixon started off in 1997 as a small label which catered predominately to the skate and surf market. Slowly their influence has expanded and now encompasses a much broader demographic. A foray into the fashion market has yielded some interesting contemporary designs as seen here in their 2008 Spring Collection. Here's a look at The Player, The Rotolog, The Spree and The Tribella. An interesting approach to many of the women designs, incorporating the watch face into a bracelet style band.

Credit-Card Sized Sony Walkman NW-A910 with TV - The competition might be getting all the hype, but Sony hasn't been sitting around doing nothing. The Sony NW-A910 is a portable media player (PMP) that has a 2.4" display and 4GB to 16GB of flash storage, depending on the model. It can receive and record TV broadcasts – not bad for such a small device. The device itself is sexy, but not surprisingly, the price stings…probably too much: $250 to $400.

Pure gold sports shoes cost $24,000 - The pair of pure gold sport shoes pictured above attracted every eye at a pre-match press briefing of the 2007 Shanghai Golden Grand Prixat, Shanghai. It was made to honor the record breaker at the event. The shoes measure 26 centimeters in length and are made of 620 grams pure gold. The pure gold track shoes carry a price tag of 180 thousand Yuan (nearly US $24,000).

Luke Chueh - Paintings of Hope and Hopelessness - Luke Chueh presented the second set of paintings for his Paintings of Hope and Hopelessness solo at Gallery 1988 last night (9.25.07). The 'Hopeless Reception' featured several excellent paintings including the Disintegration piece pictured above. The red dots grew in number throughout the evening and the original work is now sold out. Two prints were available at the show -- Bat Bear (100 pcs) and by popular demand -- Inspiration (bright ideas from the hole in my soul), 50 pieces.

Touma - Pink PeeGee - Touma's latest figure, PeeGee, will be released in November in an initial pink colorway by Wonderwall. Standing 12 cm tall (~ 4.8 inches), the Pink PeeGee is limited to apparently 250 pieces (100 for the USA and 150 for Japan) and will retail for 3360 yen (~ $29.30). Judging by the top picture taken from the Wonderwall blog, we'll soon see additional colorways.

Nike Court Force Womens Preview - Sneaker Freaker previews three Nike Court Forces for the ladies that will soon be dropping. All three are actually pretty exciting in terms of colors and materials and are definitely something to look out for. There is one Court Force that looks like the Easter force, comes with a black leather/patent leather upper and accents in purple, pink and white. Then there is a Safari Force that features a leopard fur design with black premium leather and last but not least the Tweed Force, which mixes tweed with grey suede.

The designs seen here is a re-inspiration of Penfields' "Downstroke Camo" by Hardy Blechman of Maharishi.

Addict 2007 Autumn/Winter Collection - For over 10 years, the UK brand Addict has practiced the creation of clean and practical garments and accessories. Han Cholo Jewelry - Los Angeles label Han Cholo is well known for its trademark products which capture pop culture in jewelry form. Some of Han Cholo's previous work includes a logo pendant for producer/DJ tandem MSTRKRFT. A recent batch of their products have been released which include the Loco Dia de Meurtos ring, straight razorblade pendant, M-16 pendant and nunchuck pendant. Definitely some cool products if you're into the things they represent.

Of course they got together to collaborate on a messenger bag. It comes several colorways and features "Army of the Apocalypse" printed on the front in a blue glitter print. The inner lining is orange.

Dice&Dice x Stüssy 20th Anniversary Collection - Japanese store Dice&Dice are set to celebrate their 20th Anniversary in style with Stüssy Japan. The two brands got together and the collaboration items include two black and white t-shirts as well as a 3/4 raglan t-shirt. Both the front and the back of each shirt features prominent graphics. Unfortunately this shirt is only slated for the Fukuoka Stüssy Chapter. October 6th will also mark a special party. Look for more exclusive items to become available at that time.

Nike Dunk CL - These upcoming Nike Dunk CLs feature a nice and clean colorway however some of the attention may be inadvertently shifted to the mid-sole. The interesting mid-sole concept features an extremely texturized and rough surface. It's almost as though somebody wore these Dunks through some fresh black cement and had the remnants dry. Some accented laces finish off the package. No word yet on a release date.

Domestic Curated by Colette - What happens when some of the most talented artists and graphic designers in the world work with the Parisian store Colette? The result is a collection of vinyls called Curated by Colette. Ten artists and graphic designers including André, So-Me, Work in Progress, +41, Grey Foley and Fabien Baron, KAWS, Jeremy Scott, and Nagi Noda have each designed their own rendition of a special vinyl which will be sold exclusively at the Colette store in France. Only 500 copies of each are produced and they are now available at Colette and Sold Out.

MESS New Era 59FIFTY Fitted Cap - MESS out of Beijing are set to release their first series of New Era 59FIFTY fitted caps. Two caps were created, however the white one was produced strictly as a friends & family only release limited to 30 caps. The cap itself was themed after Chinese history. The front embroidery represents prosperity, fortune and luck. The side embroidery features two overlapping coins. These style of coins were the common currency in the past China. The silk underbill references China's history with silk and the Silk Road. Available on October 1st, the National Day in China.

NSBQ x We Are Gang - Two Hong Kong brands, NSBQ and We Are Gang have teamed up for this latest t-shirt. We Are Gang bases their theme around using your own strengths to achieve greatness to open up your own opportunities. UNDFTD 2007 Fall Collection - Undefeated started out as a sneaker boutique and after gaining much success from being one of the first exclusive sneaker boutiques in the US, they have since move onto their own clothing line. The UNDFTD clothing is inspired by basketball, a suiting theme derived from the concept of the Undefeated store. UNDFTD has now released some t-shirts from their latest 2007 Fall collection. The Untouchables t-shirt is from the 1987 film, The Untouchable starring Kevin Costner, Sean Connery, and Robert De Niro. This tee and more is now available at Undefeated stores across Japan.

Major DC x New Era Tapestry Fitted Cap - Major DC once again got together with New Era and presents this time a bit of a different cap - the Tapestry 5950 Fitted Cap. The tapestry pattern features a hint of brown, black, tan, grey, purple and acqua, making sure it matches with a lot of your kicks and clothing. The Major logo come as a gold 3D embroidery.

Bounty Hunter 2007 September Releases - Bounty Hunter has released a variety of items for the month of September. Since Fall is officially here, the flannel pieces are starting to hit stores including the Bounty Hunter flannels. Other pieces include the Skull tee, the Laughing Nose tee, a raglan sweater, and an item we especially find interesting is the Original plaid cap. These items and more are now available at Revolution.

Nike "Big Stud" Pack - Historically, metal studs have been often associated with Heavy Metal fashion. For example, Iron Maiden's original singer Paul Di'anno wore studded bracelets while other brands wore studded belts. This year, the designers at Nike tries their own interpretation of incorporating Metal with Sportswear and the result is this "Big Stud" Court Force Pack. Currently there is no information on the release of these but rockers that loves sportswear kicks may (or may not) rejoice seeing these.

King Stampede 2007 Fall Tees - Parts of King Stampede's 2007 Fall Collection have started to hit retailers. This season is King Stampede's first attempt at custom body tees and they killed it. Not only are these comfy to the skin, but they fit great as well. The t-shirt styles included in the first drop are the One Step Closer, Cosmic Meeting, Abstractions, KS Logo 3m, Sombrero Galaxy Ole, Past Present Future, and Technician shirts.

Siv Stoldal's Cover Up - In creating her AW07-08 Collection, Siv Stoldal took inspiration from the landscapes that surround her, looking at the way people dress in her native Norway all the way to her current residence in East London, she then dispayed the garments by covering these landscapes in the collection. The collection itself takes inspiration from differing landscapes, recycling tents and utilising many forms of natural and outdoor fabrics in one.

Levis Fenom Sample - Hiroshi Fujiwara has shown this image on his Honeyee blog of upcoming Levis X Fragment - Fenom samples. It was hinted a while back that the Fenom series would end sooner rather than later, but this confirms that the project will continue, but it looks as though we may see a change in the directon, no longer are the jeans showing the Fragment logo on the back, but a skull and crossbones print. No word on when these are set to release.

New True SF x New Era Caps - Between now & the end of the year TRUE will be releasing a series of vintage fabric 5950's in collaboration with New Era. The first hats in the series, Tabago & Cinnamon drop this weekend exclusively at TRUE & TRUE East.

Leroy Jenkins x Estate LA Scrap Caps - Leroy Jenkins is known to carefully source fabrics to create one of a kind hoodies, jackets, inner linings in their collections. The left-over fabric is reused on their caps, which are manufactured by Estate LA. Here you see now the range of caps that will be coming out over the next couple of months. In random assortments they will go out to Leroy Jenkins retailers.

Bearbrick Transformers Vers. 2 - There is another interesting Bearbrick launch by Medicom. They are bringing out the second Version of Transformers Bearbricks. These go on presale just like the Xmas Bearbricks as of September 24th, but a little longer, until October 23rd, also with the delivery coming in December.

Brooklyn Machine Works: The Gangsta - Brooklyn Machine Works is known for their super duty bikes. They've worked with such artists as Pharrell, and Twista, and make quality Bikes. Now you can check out their track bike called the Gangsta.

Memory Infinite USB Flash Drive - The Memory Infinite USB flash drive features a USB male connector on one end while the other features a female connector, and was specially designed in this way to enable you to daisy chain a few of these together in order to increase the total storage. Imagine connecting a few of these together to build what is a wearable piece of tech jewelry. Theoretically speaking, you could end up with an unlimited amount of memory should your budget permit you to daisy chain many of these. Hopefully designer Vicky Wei will be able to find a way to produce these on a mass scale eventually, moving beyond the current concept stage.

Cartoon Style Kids Crooked Houses - Everyone would love to live in a house based on their favourite cartoon such as the Flinstones house.. but it in all honesty that is a bit extreme. However thanks to Crooked House kids can live the dream of having their own house which looks like it has just be teleported straight out of a cartoon. There are various houses to choose from including some great themes, my favourite being the Castle theme.

Elements by Artoyz - Elements is an upcoming mini-fig series from Artoyz featuring four element-based characters designed by HEY (DELKOGRAPHIK) and modeled by GREGOS. Here's a look at the unpainted protos which stand 8 cm high (~ 3 inches). The Fire, Water, and Air characters are quickly recognizable but we're curious to see more of the Earth design -- it's almost like a rock surface or chunk of earth. Each of the figures has nicely expressive hands (removable and interchangeable) which really add personality to the characters. Elements is scheduled for an '08 release.

KAWS Darth Vader Companion - KAWS and Darth Vader, who would have thought! The artist KAWS will be doing a limited edition Darth Vader companion which will release on September 29th at the Original Fake store in Aoyama, Tokyo. You will only be able to get these via a lottery system or a reseller but expect the prices to sky rocket.

UXA Limited Edition Skate Deck - In a momentous occasion for skate label UXA, they recently released their 1st ever limited edition skate deck. The event warranted a trip out to Long Island to get Greg Chapman (whose work includes with Zoo York and Shut) to personally sign the first collection of decks. This series will be limited to 100 pieces, available now at select skate shops.

Stüssy x UNDFTD Worldwide Tee - Stüssy has teamed up with sneaker boutique and label UNDFTD once again to collaborate on this upcoming Worldwide t-shirt. With a formidable past which includes previous apparel releases and the New Balance MT580 with Hectic, these two are no strangers to the collaboration game. The t-shirt available in white and black features various images along the front and sleeves of the shirt. The tees are set to debut this Saturday, September 22nd at all US UNDFTD locations.

This $1,480 machine is a great idea, but for that price, it should at least have the capabilities to fix what's probably an even more pressing problem among vinyl enthusiasts: scratches.

Lamborghini Reventon Revealed - Another Lamborghini is rolled out on the red carpet and this time it's wearing the seven-figure tag. Lamborghini has officially revealed its new Reventon super car at the Frankfurt auto show. Based on the Murcielago LP640, the Reventon is said to be inspired by the F-22 Raptor fighter jet. Powered by V12, this beast is definitely has more muscles to boast of and zooms from 0-60mph in just 3.4-seconds.

10 Deep Fall '07 Collection Released - The new 10.Deep collection that we presented to you about a week ago is now getting into stores. They have released so far some hoodies, t-shirts, Murko the toy, denim and more. Most exciting in this first drop is for sure the Hoover High Jacket and the classic Core Fitted New Era caps.

Vanguard x SITUATIONORMAL 2007 Fall Collection - SITUATIONORMAL has collaborated with Italian label Vanguard to produce this latest series of t-shirts. Earlier this year, Vanguard and SITUATIONORMAL were also at the center of a collaboration. With the recent release of their Idiot Savant Collection, SITUATIONORMAL is set to make a huge splash this Fall. These Vanguard x SITUATIONORMAL t-shirts will be available at Hall of Fame and Union LA.

Puma-Re-Bike - $200 later, feast your eyes on the Puma Re-Bike project. Spreading their love of bikes, Puma has launched the Re-Bike project in partnership with the Bicycle Film Festival and as a result some of the industries leading magazines were called in to create a $200 bicycle. The bicycles were instructed to be designs that best represents their magazine's personality. Another catch was that bikes could only be made of recycled bike parts. The bicycles can be seen at all Bicycle Film Festival venues. Following the conclusion of the BFF, the bikes will each be auctioned off. A wealth of details can be seen at the Puma Re-Bike project.

Stüssy 2007 Fall Collection - A recent preview of Stüssy's upcoming Fall releases reveals a large number of collaborations in the works. Kiks Tyo x Aki Hoshino Tees and Kiks Tyo x G-Shock - In celebration of G-Shock's 25th Anniversary, Kiks Tyo has released a limited edition watch as part of the G-Flash Pack, a triple name collaboration between Kiks Tyo, G-Shock and New Balance. The watch comes in two colors; Burning Red (red splatter on a black dial and band) and Midnight Darkness (yellow splatter on a black dial and band.) The watch also features a backlit Kiks Tyo skull logo. Packaged in an original Kiks Tyo mini shoe box, only 200 pieces of each colorway are available outside of Japan.

Yours Truly Brand - Yours Truly is the newest addition to the ever growing female niche within the streetwear world. Born out of Brooklyn, NY, their fall line will debut this October at Boundless and other spots around the world.

Air Jordan 2 Doernbecher Children's Hospital - Since it's inception in 2004, the Nike Doernbecher Freestyle has been able to raise funds to empower children as well as allow designers have a spotlight. The opportunity began with an invitation of Nike designers to visit the Doernbecher Children's Hospital, it was the foresight of Marcus Tayui to enlist the help of children to design sneakers in hopes of raising money for the hospital. This years release utilizes the Air Jordan II as the template for the design. The sneaker will be unveiled on Saturday, September 22nd by Weiden + Kennedy in Portland.

Nike Taipan - The Taipan snake is well known as among the most poisonous snakes in the world making its home within the inland of Australia. Nike has unveiled a new pack featuring colorways similar to these venomous creatures. The wood-grain snake skin pattern can be seen across three models, the Air Stab, Court Force High and Court Force Low. The use of this exotic material is laced with white and solid brown accents. No word yet on availability.

The Hundreds Rosewood - The Rosewood Collection is a special line produced by The Hundreds, limited exclusively to their flagship store in Los Angeles. The pieces from this line are always more personalized and L.A.-specific than anything else The Hundreds create for wider distribution. For Fall 2007, The Hundreds have enlisted San Francisco's Tribute for their first collaboration and have also released the first RSWD New Era cap.

Medicom Toy Nike Windrunner 400% Bearbrick - As Nike gears up for an upcoming campaign for a tribute their classic jacket, the Windrunner, Medicom Toy has stepped in to create a special 400% Bearbrick. This Windrunner Bearbrick is actually a blank with Nike Malaysia choosing 180 artists, designers, collectors, customers and even students to each customize a Bearbrick. The customized Bearbricks will go on display at various stores for the duration of the Windrunner campaign.

Sabre Psychotic Reaction Sunglasses - Up and coming eyewear brand Sabre Vision have a new style for fall called Psychotic Reaction. Compared to Stark, Zillion's designs are a little more colorful and crazy, thus we can see them go very well with simple white and black sneakers, not so much with the more colorful ones.

FTC 2007 Fall Collection - Some more items have dropped on the heels of our last feature on the Fall 2007 Collection from skate shop and label FTC. Seen here are the release of some t-shirts alongside items such as the OG Logo Ring and the Chino Pant Double Knee. The Chino Pant Double Knee includes features such as reflective striping and a button and strap to keep your pant leg in check while riding your bike. Ironically, Mr. was previously mentored by none other then Murakami himself. Murakami's signature "Superflat" style is a melding of both high and low art, effectively blurring the lines. Mountain Dew x Methamphibian x Triad Toys: Winter - Lots of news has recently surrounded artist Methamphibian. With his inclusion in the Mountain Dew Green Label Project, Methamphibian has created a stunning design for Mountain Dew's new aluminum bottle design. From there, it was announced that Meth would be presenting his first ever solo exhibit. The exhibit which took place over the weekend included the promotional distribution of this 1/6 figure under the name Winter. The figures were created exclusively as give-aways for the event by Triad Toys with only 25 pieces created.

Underfoot in Sao Paulo - Brazilian Street Art is gaining more and more international exposure, and not just from its biggest exports, the Os Gemeos twins.. check out this series of gutter works. "we are 6emeia, a project created by SAO! and Delafuent, and we are from Sao Paulo city, Brasil and since July 06 we are making that kind of painting in the streets of Sao Paulo" - Wooster Collective.

Billionaire Boys Club Hong Kong - On the heels of the recent grand opening of a Billionaire Boys Club location in Hong Kong comes a further look into the masterfully designed 3 story shop. The architecture was left to the guidance of Japanese design firm Wonderwall whose long list of clients include the likes of A Bathing Ape, Uniqlo, and Colette. The first two floors are devoted to an ice cream parlor theme while the 3rd floor encompasses outer space. Once again, a visually stunning piece of design from the team at Wonderwall.
