Hi everyone just a quick one today, not much time for anything these days with working and spending my evenings with my sister and mother who is ill. My father passed on Saturday thank goodness he was suffering something terrible he is so much better off now. Mom is doing okay she has some good days some bad, mostly bad now. but as i sad short and sweet i will keep you all in touch

Hi My friends im sitting here thinking about life and how unfair it can seem. My father has only days left before he passes, it seems so sad. My mother bless her beautiful heart is hanging in there, she has good days and she has bad days we take them one at a time and enjoy the time we have left with her as well. I go over there every nite to be with her. Sometimes i fell so helpless even though i know there is nothing i can do for her at this point.

Its been a while since i have blogged on my weight and I think im going to back off for just a little while I have way to much going on. With my mom being ill and things so catotic at work I have not had the time but I will get back on that horse as soon as things calm down.

DAY 13

Breakfast - ooops sorry ran to much didn't get breakfast

Lunch - Grilled Cheese Sandwich (wheat bread, low fat cheese)

Dinner- Home made enchiladas made just for me everything low fat, salad, cyrstal lite

I met an amazing lady she is a personal trainer, she has given me some tips that i will begin to follow, I think she will be good for me right now, not only is she a great person, she also will give me flack when i screw up.............lol. its nice to have someone to incourage me just when i needed it. Im doing this for you Mom so I will be healther and more able to help you through your bad times and for myself so i can get back my selfesteem.   Thanks Rozze  !!!!

Breakfast - 1/2 bagel / low fat cream cheese, coffee

Lunch - 2 pieces string cheese  (to stressed to eat)

Dinner - small hamburger, salad, diet pop

30 mins treadmill

DAY 11

Breakfast - Coffee

Lunch - 1 string cheese, soda

Dinner - Weight watchers sweet and sour chicken tv dinner, steamed brocholi, soda

I have got to cut back on my soda i drink way to much i think i am going to have a set back the way i have eaten in the last 2 days, god i pray i dont, if the food doesnt get me my depression over my mom will. I need a good pep talk and a shame on you...........helpppppppppppp

Treadmill - 20 mins.

Exercise ball - 15mins

Day 10

Breakfast - Coffee & Toast

Lunch - PF Changs - i took a little bit of everything on a small plate but it still seemed like alot shrimp, some noodles, orange chicken, lettace wrap, no rice, diet pop

Dinner - Chicken wrap very small with light dressing, salad, ice tea

Had a bad day today Mom wasnt feeling good and I screwed up my whole day trying to make up for PF Changs Oh well not every day is going to be a good day

Breakfast - Coffee and Juice

Lunch - Ti food, mostly veggies cheated a little

Dinner - Fish, asparagus, fruit cup

Wow this is really hard i am so temped to eat the things im not supposed to tomorrow is really going to be tough we have a rep lunch and he is bring my favorite food chinese from PF Changs  !!! OMG i have to be strong.

Treadmill 30mins.

Exericse Ball 15mins

Dinner - Spagetti with lean hamburger, salad, water

7 lbs down god i hope i dont have to do that anymore slow is better but anyway Woot Woot !!
