Premiere this week, then I'm off to UKRAINE then London

    So our film opens this week in theaters in the US.

Then I'm off to Scout the Ukraine - then romania, then I'm in the UK looking at houses as I think we're moving there....

so what are you up to?  

I'm at Cannes Film Festival. As usual it's insanely crowded.  Way to many people lots of boring meetings where I either spend a lot of time begging to borrow a great deal of money to make a film, or a lot of time convincing someone that we should in some way work together to make a film, or they me, or in some cases, scanning the room sullenly while someone trys to convince me to be involved with a film that doesn't interest me in the slightest.

Oh yes, wen to a premiere tonight, red road. FRIGGIN Great movie.. it's totally messed up and I can't explain it without giving away the plot, but lets just say it deals with some really heave and amaizing issues and has some superb performances.

It likely won't make theatrical in the states, so go rent it when it comes out.

So I'm off to Cannes Film Festival tomorrow. I wasn't going to go, but now I am. I have movies to get financed, people to meet, parties to go to, you know the drill.

Also, Frankly I'm stressed out beyond belief and it's a welcome escape from my current reality.           

I've been spending way too much time on wikipedia  lately.

I'm starting to categorize everything.... think of hyperlinks between stuff..

finished the movie. now on to the next five. Sci Fi shooting in Romania this summer and fall.
