Well, back to expensive beers, bland rum, uptight people, cool weather, work, wearing clothes + shoes, nothing old or historic, drinkable water, my girlfriend, my own bed, my cat, not needing an interpreteur, not-so sweaty nether regions, etc, etc, etc.

Wow,
All things considered, its been a damn fine day.  My sickness is finally going away.  And, I got the promotion I interviewed for.  Yeehaw!  Things are going to start happening to me now!

So over this last weekend we threw Redneck Dysnieland version 2.0.  A weekend of  loud music, intoxication, unexplainable occurrence, and the like.  We had about 15 bands, 46.5 gallons of Georgetown Brewing's finest, and about 80 to 100 people throughout the 2 day event.  It was fun, nothing got broken or burnt down. (accidentally)  And there was no silly drama or fights.  I wanted to thank all that were involved in making it cool again this year.  Big ups to Alexie (Z to you myspacers)  For steppin up and doing sound.  Not to mention taking some pretty sweet pics of most of the bands.  It sounds like we will be doing it again next year, so keep your ears pealed for the bugle call.

Brand spankin' new Sony Vaio with all the trimmings!  Although I still havent figured out how exactly to configure the bloody wireless card .  But thats neither here nor there at this moment.  Young Eric has a new toy!

Free Whippits!  After 5 years, I still have no guilt about procuring a few boxes and blowing my brains out all afternoon.  Heh! NO2 rules.

So I occasionally store up several questions and then go to askjeeves.com.  The unfortunate thing is, they are never answered to my satisfaction.  So I will put them to the masses.  Hopefully you all may shed some light on these for me:

1.  Why do kids (all races apply here) roll up one pant leg?  They are not riding bikes that I can see.  Is this a rap music thing?

2.  Why do senior citizen aged people grow the shit out of their thumbnails?
 
3.  How do blind people know they are done wiping their ass?

4.  Why are the mormons always so happy/charismatic?

All right this will sound a little strange,
I havent seen my pepper grinder in like a month now.   Its kind of a necessary instrument  in my cooking.  (everyday or otherwise)  Now I want everyone to put their heads down on their desks, and everybody go one at a time to my kitchen.  That way, the guilty party may remain anonymous and I get my goddamm grinder back!   I stopped smoking pot BECAUSE IT MADE ME ABSENT MINDED!  I think I ought start again.  Suggestions?

My tattoo is officially finished.  With exception  of my color choice for the eye.  I am leaning toward a purple, but may just leave it flesh colored. Any suggestions?  When it heals, I will post a few new shots on the interweb.  I came to an epiphany last night.  I think I may be mildly addicted to the tattooing thing.  I am not sure how to phrase it, but the little bit of pain mixed with the blood/ ink/ greensoap smell made me terribly horny.  I could have punched holes in the wall with it.  I may have to do some research.  Maybe I am on the way to creating a new "scent".

I have a Tattoo appointment this Wednesday.  So I think this time I should be done with it.  I am of course excited/anxious to get it finished.  But another part of  me is apprehensive.  Much like finishing a project that took you forever.  Youre relieved that its done, but forlorn that it had to end.  I am already in the planning stage for the next one; as my left side is now lacking symmetry.  At any rate, its a year and some odd thing coming to an end.  I will update with pics and the like when its done.
