The remains of seven individuals
have been found at Dmanisi - the most recent this summer - but what
made this discovery so special was that it did not look like the skull
of any human ever found outside Africa before. Its brain cavity was
far smaller - half the size of a modern human - and it had the huge
canine teeth and thin brow of an ape. The skull variation may force
us to rethink the definition Homo This was not the tall, upright, big-brained
Homo erectus we had assumed the first humans to leave Africa to have
been.
The skull is Thought to be 1.8 million years old.
By Robert Parsons in Dmanisi, Georgia

"On the earth there once were giants,"
Greek poet Homer wrote in 400 B.C.
Of the many archaeological mysteries, one of the most
enigmatic has been discoveries of giant prehistoric human
skeletons...What mysterious people constructed earthen forts, burial
mounds, macadamized roadways? Who left pictographs, inscribed stones and
giant skeletons to be discovered?... Genesis 6:4 tells "There
were Nephilim (giants) on the earth in those days and afterwards"
WERE THERE RACES OF GIANTS
PREEXISTING MODERN MAN AND AFTERWARDS?

"The hard part is not finding the truth.
The hard part is accepting it, especially when it means
that your presently held views are proven wrong."
There are tales of Aryan "Superbeings," Greek, Norse and Celtic Mythology,
and nearly every religion in the world; including the Christian Scriptures:
"...And moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there...a land that
devours its inhabitants; and all the people whom we saw in it are men
of great size. There also we saw the Nephilim; and we became like grasshoppers
in our own sight, and so we were in their sight." Numbers 13:28-33
The giant was 10 feet tall and his tomb was 28 feet
long. Half of the tomb was filled with his armor and spear. The Technical
Sergeant is holding his turban which has a brass liner inside.
The mummified body of a Cherchen woman from about 1000
B.C. was excavated in the Chinese village of Zaghunluq, in the Taklimakan
Desert. She was buried in a red dress with white deerskin boots. Though
found in China, she was Caucasian, not of the Asian race. Hers and other
mummified remains found under the desert sands in China are a source
of great mystery

In 1911 several mummified remains of red-haired humans were found
in Lovelock Cave about 70 miles NE of Reno, Nevada. They stood
about 6.5 to 8 feet tall and were mentioned in the local legends
of the Piute Indians of the area.
Scientists were reluctant to look at the bones, most of which
ended up being thrown away by miners. A few, including this skull
which is almost a foot long is at the National Historical Society
in Reno, Nevada.

3,000 Year Old Giant Skeleton Found
Mysterious skeletal remains of what appears to be a 3
000-year- old giant have been unearthed on a South Pacific island, but
the bones' discovery has rattled local archaeologists who say poor treatment
of the remains may have lost vital information.
Little is known about the highly unusual find, which includes
a skull bearing strange holes drilled into its cheekbones, with authorities
keen to keep the controversial discovery under wraps.
According to sources, the body, found at Lomaiviti, an
island to the north of here, predates European exploration of the Pacific
and it is believed the man was originally from the Solomon Islands.
The body was discovered last week by a Solomon Islander
from the University of the South Pacific (USP), alongside examples of
Lapita pottery - artifacts created by a group of Melanesians believed
to have been the founders of modern Polynesia.
Measuring 1.9 meters (six foot six), the body is unusually
large considering its age and origin. Pictures of its skull show the
holed cheekbones, a feature unseen in previous discoveries, according
to Fiji Museum sources.
The head of prehistory archaeology at the museum, Sepeti
Matararaba, said the discovery of the body and pottery was "significant".
"As for the skeleton remains, I will still have to see
it ... it is a significant find for us.
"Studies done there now would enlighten us more on the
early traveling habits in those times. We have found similar pottery
on neighboring islands of the group.
"Once they are dated, we can know the exact patterns of
living and the kind of activities during those early occupations. It
is really very good news."
But the skeleton has already caused controversy with experts
voicing concern over its treatment at the hands of "cowboy" archaeologists.
One senior Fiji Museum source said a relocation of the
remains may have destroyed vital information and museum experts should
have been consulted earlier.
"These cowboy archaeologists, a bit like parachute journalists,
are allowed such field trips but by law, if they were find something
as significant as a skeleton, especially of the suspected period of
existence, the Museum must be informed," the senior official said.
"It is also only logical that our field staff who are
trained for such excavations are informed of such developments considering
their skills and tools, paramount of course is the creation and maintenance
of our historical database."
Patrick Nunn, the supervisor of the archaeological team
analyzing the remains at USP would not comment and said on Sunday "we
have decided to keep our find under wraps". - Sapa/AFP

ScienceDaily (Jan. 6, 2009) — The mystery of why ancient South
American peoples who created the mysterious Nazca Lines also collected
human heads as trophies has long puzzled scholars who theorize the heads
may have been used in fertility rites, taken from enemies in battle
or associated with ancestor veneration.
A recent study using specimens from Chicago's Field Museum
throws new light on the matter by establishing that trophy heads came
from people who lived in the same place and were part of the same culture
as those who collected them. These people lived 2,000 to 1,500 years
ago.
Trophy heads in the Field collection were gathered from
the Nazca Drainage of the arid southern Peruvian coast 80 years ago
by noted American anthropologist Alfred Louis Kroeber (1876-1960). He
also collected remains of some people buried normally. In some cases,
the trophy heads were buried with their collectors.

Americas exhibition at The Field Museum.
Because Nazca is among the driest places on Earth, said
Ryan Williams, a Field Museum curator, the specimens Kroeber collected
were very well preserved. The dead bodies were naturally mummified and
some trophy heads still had their hair as well as the display cords
attached to the skull. The museum also has several examples of Nazca
pottery illustrated with trophy heads; some of the pots are on display
in the museum's Ancient Americas exhibition.
"Illustrations on some pots depict warriors and trophy heads,"
said Williams. "But there are also scenes that link trophy heads
to agricultural fertility. Mythical creatures depicted on some pots
carry trophy heads as well."
"We used the latest technology to study samples that were gathered
80 years ago," said Williams. "This demonstrates the value
of maintaining the vast collections that museums keep."
Scientists from Arizona State University, the University of Illinois at
Chicago and Indiana University collaborated with Williams to do the study,
which appears in the Journal of Anthropological Archaeology. The lead author
is ASU professor Kelly Knudson.
"This small scale agrarian society was succeeded by an empire
with regional authority," Williams said. "For the first time
people were governed by others who lived hundreds of miles distant.
Understanding how this came about may help us better understand how
these forms of government first emerged."

Just one of the hundreds of Nazca Lines
If you have ever heard of the famous mysterious drawings in the sand
in Peru then you have heard of Nazca (sometimes spelled Nasca). The
Nazca Lines (as they are called) are close by, world famous, and still
hold many unanswered questions about their creation.
The giant teeth found in China and known as "dragon's
teeth" were found by the German-Dutch paleontologist G. H. R. von Koenigswald
around 1935 in a Chinese herbal shop. They were studied by various authorities
who noticed that they bore a striking resemblance to human teeth, though
around twice the size.
They calculated that the teeth belonged to a hominoid
around 11.8 feet (3.6 meters) tall, which would have weighed in at 694
pounds (315 kilograms).
Von Koenigswald named the creature Gigantopithecus blacki.
The close resemblance to human teeth had led some palaeomorphologists
at the time to speculate that modern humans might have descended from
"giant" ancestors. Modern science, however, was adamant that the teeth
are from "giant extinct apes".
As far as this writer knows, the only evidence that science
possesses of these creatures at the moment is a few teeth, some lower
jawbones and possibly a piece of distal humerus. (Isn't it laughable
that, ever since Darwin's time, science has been trying to make a man
out of a monkey? Now, faced with the possibility of giant humans, they
are trying to make monkeys out of men!)

Biblical Information of Giants
NAMES OF GIANT RACES OR TRIBES Annunaki (Anak, Anakim,
Anakites, Nephilim, Arba, Rephaites). Anu, Pleiades, An, Anshar,
Kishar, Antu, Ki, Gibil, Nusku, Gulu, Ninmah, Nergal, Cuthah, Kuta,
Gudua, Gudea, Imdugud, Ningursu, Zeus, Odin, Danu.
Darwinian evolutionists –as well as any other enemy of the Faith–
are always demanding from Christians scientific evidences that would
corroborate the claims of the Bible concerning everything it says
in general, and the giants of Genesis chapter 6 in particular.
Well, evidences abound,
and this is one. I should say that there could be many more at hand,
but when they have been found by fundamentalist Darwinians, they have
been ignored, hidden or simply destroyed. Destroyed by those who later
on demand such evidence. An example of this is the "mysterious" disappearance
of more than 50 perfectly kept gigantic antediluvian skeletons (between
10-14 feet tall) found in a cave in Arizona.
You may, or not, have heard that Mr. Samuel Hubbard, discovered remains
of giants in a cave in the magnificent Grand Canyon of Arizona. His
discovery was very important: He found 2 petrified human bodies about
15-18 feet tall respectively. One of these was buried under a recent
rock fall which required several days' work to remove; the other, which
Mr. Hubbard photographed, was in a difficult to access crevice. Both
bodies were formed of a limestone petrification embedded in sandstone.
He also found an ancient beach, now sandstone, that contained a great
number of footprints of an entire race of giants: men, women and children.
The prints of the adults were between 17 and 20 inches long and corresponded
in size and shape to the Carson City and Blue Ridge prints. With these
prints are also associated those of a huge elephant, somewhat similar
in size to the remains discovered in the La Brea pits –the Elephas Primigenius–
as well as tracks of a very small horse, which probably corresponded
to the "Pliohippus." This beach where all this was found was evidently
occupied when the river was many hundreds of feet above its actual level.
Some of the human prints wee partly covered by the overlying stratum
of stone, which is gradually weathering off. Lastly, he found wall drawings
that showed dinosaurs, elephants, ostriches, and ibexes; as well as
the same figure of the serpent with the egg in its mouth as it has been
found in the Mississippi mounds, with numerous other drawings. One of
the drawings showed an elephant attacking a man. If the drawing is to
scale, and if the elephant corresponds to the La Brea animal, then the
man must have been about 18 feet tall.
Even Darwinians have fond specimens so enormous that they have called
: "Gigantanthropus" or "Gigantopithecus" (Scientists love those high-sounding
names to impress you, and make you think that they know much more than
they really do) The following is an interesting quote from Dr. Franz
Weidenreich of the American Museum of Natural History and who computed
the size of "Meganthropus." And found out that it was about 800 pounds
and, if proportioned like modern man, then he would had been 9 feet
tall. About the same height as that famous Nephilim called Goliath a
contemporary of another Nephilim, Og the king of Bashan. Dr. Weidenreich
said: ...
But the gist of the whole story, which arouses our foremost interest,
is the fact that "Gigantopithecus" is not a giant ape, as von Koenigswald
assumed, but a giant man and should, therefore, be called "Gigantanthropus."
This follows beyond any doubt from the very characteristic pattern
of the occlusal surface of the teeth, which differs fundamentally
in the structure of the cusps from that of any known anthropoids
but agrees even in the minutest details with the hominid pattern
as shown by the molars of "Pithecanthropus," Sinanthropus" (other
kinds of Nephilim) and even modern man. On the other hand, the form
of the teeth, especially that of the third lower molar, and the
condition of its root indicate that it has preserved a very primitive
character, much more primitive than the known third molars of any
fossil hominid. Therefore, we have the same combination which struck
us in the human fossils of Java; namely, primitives together with
gigantic proportions. But in the case of "Gigantopithecus" the gigantism
reaches a new climax. The volume of the crown of the third lower
molar is about six times larger than the average crown of modern
man; compared with the corresponding tooth of the gorilla, it is
about twice as large. We should remember that there have been found
human tracks 21.5 inches long in Texas and even a phenomenal 24
inches long in Australia. On the other hand, let's not forget that
every ancient culture on earth has recollections of giants that
became part of their mythologies.

So, were there real giants on the earth? You bet! Why
I know so? Because God says so in His Bible. Period. But, of course,
that period is enough for me and those who have experienced the veracity
of the only Holy Book on the planet in our own lives. (No, I'm not politically
correct. I hate hypocrisy) For the rest, who have not had such personal
experience or those of weak Faith I give you this photo of a 47-inches
human femur of a 14-16 feet tall giant, which says it all.
"Photo of an Antediluvian Giant"
"Sumerian Giant godlike kings"
All the ancient mythologies had a common base of reality
in them which, in time, was distorted by Satan operating throughout
the feeble human nature. Sumaria, Egypt, Mexico, Peru, India, China,
Esc have common patterns of reality in all of their ancient beliefs,
i.e.. The story of the Flood and giants on the earth that were mighty
beyond any human capability.
Below you can see for yourself a few examples of this.
Observe the monstrous size of the "god-king" that is
sitting. How tall would he have been when erected?

Same as above, but observe that in the center there
is what now is called an insectoid.
Observe the size of these beings compared to the lion on
the left. Also watch the winged being in the center
"...And moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there...a
land that devours its inhabitants; and all the people whom we saw in it
are men of great size. There also we saw the Nephilim; and we became
like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."
Numbers 13:28-33 The name Anakim means literally "long
necked" and are first mentioned in Deuteronomy 1:28, a race of giants
(Deuteronomy 2:10-11).
Long-necked Alien
The Anakim in Deuteronomy 9:1-5 describe "nations greater and mightier
than Israel" with cities fortified to heaven, a people great and tall
of whom its been said "who can stand before the sons of Anak?" They
- the Canaanite nations are being dispossed and destroyed because of
their wickedness. See City of Giants
The Anakim were a terror to the spies sent out by Moses (Numbers 13:28),
and were mostly destoryed by Joshua, a remnant having escaped to the
Philistine cities (Joshua 11:21-22). Caleb ultimately destoryed them
(Joshua 15:14).
 The
Paduang hilltribe, where only the women wear huge brass rings around
the neck and are a sub-group of the Karen hill tribes; everyone knows them
as the Long-Necked
Hilltribe.
The following is an excerpt "From the Land of Green Ghosts" by
Pascal Khoo Thwe
To us children, grandmothers were by far the most
powerful goddesses of the clan. Even their husbands consented to their
absolute rule in domestic affairs. Mu Kya and Mu Tha had worn the
neck-rings most of their lives, but gave them up in old age. They
looked to us like mythical creatures, half-human and half-bird --
and yet it never occurred to us that the Padaung were different from
other people.
We were descended from a 'zawgyi' - a male creature, half human and
half angel -- and a beautiful female dragon did not seem odd, merely
a source of pride.
Our supernatural origins were also revealed in the klong, or 'drums
of desire' (which we also called 'frog-drums') that were beaten on
solemn and auspicious occasions. These had been bequeathed to the
tribe by a supernatural being, called 'Big Ball' from his most obvious
feature. He was a mischievous creature who delighted in destroying
our trees.
A Pertinent Note
I know that some of these news sound somewhat far fetched,
but they are true indeed. The media, in general, takes the supernatural
or conspiratorial off our eyes. Remember, the enemies of the Lord claim
the same concerning the realities described in the Bible. The fact that
something sounds weird does not mean that it is unreal at all. After
all, we are in the End Times and things will get even stranger and much
more distasteful before the Lord comes to end it all and start a new,
perfect and beautiful world. What a wonderful Day that will be! I pray
that you all are able to discern in these news the actual fulfillment
of many prophecies which multiple generations of Christians longed for
the honor to see... and live.
AND
THERE WERE GIANTS Article by John Mount © 2001 - What of the
fossilized giant mentioned in the Strand magazine of 1895, whose
12-foot-2-inch body was propped up for viewing against a 19th Century
railroad carriage, totally dwarfing it? It's funny how these "finds" often
disappear and never again see the light of day. Thankfully, a reporter
took a photograph...

According to ancient literature,
humans and giants were rarely able to live together in harmony.
A manuscript called The Apocalypse of Baruch, a pseudepigraphical
work written around AD 100 and preserved only in the sixth-century
Syriac Vulgate (and which seems a little unclear in parts) appears
to hint at the origin of giants: Men began as giants. These first
giants were very highly developed, intellectually, artistically
and physically - they had power over birds and animals...they misbehaved
and were abolished by God, and ordinary men took their place...
See Modern
Giants |
Upon a decisive battle with a Philistine army that contained a number
of men of gigantic stature, eventually killing several of them. The
biblical commentator mentions that while examining one of the bodies
of these giants, David's men noticed some unusual characteristics:
And there was...a battle in Gath, a city of the Philistines also
known as the City of Giants, where
was [found the body of] a man of great stature, that had on every
hand six fingers and on every foot six toes... (2 Sam 21:20)

of the cliff dwellings and is believed to have housed over 150 residents.

The above photo his is called the "six fingered hand" and appears
to be EXACTLY that! As with most of the cliff houses, at the bottom
of the draw below this site is a healthy spring which could have provided
water for Square Tower's occupants. Hand and toe "trials", carved
into the cliff's sandstone, provided access to water sources and the
mesa above where fields were located. There was no path access to
this dwelling. The history is mysterious.

This is a 36' ladder, the original inhabitants HAD NO LADDERS - Were
they giants, or escaping from the giants like at Cuzco?
CANNIBALISM
Martindale
Mummies
The Martindale Mummies were discovered 1n 1885 in California's great
Yosemite Valley . A group of miners led by G.F. Martindale found the
remains of a woman nearly seven feet tall still holding a mummified
child in a cave behind a wall of rock . These mummies are currently
the property of Ripley's Museum .
The people Indigenous to the Yosemite region when whites arrived were
the Ahwahneechee tribe. Ahwahneechee folklore relates a story of giants
called Oo-el-en who came into the Yosemite Valley many years before
the white man. The Oo-el-en,
like the sitecah of nearby Nevada, were cannibalistic giants who ate
the Indians. Oo-el-en would catch the adults and cut them into bite-size
pieces, hanging their meat in the sun to dry into jerky. The legend
says that the Ahwahneechees finally killed the giants and burned their
bodies
Archaeological
evidence for documented cannibalism associated with the mass ritual
killings of the is also now coming to light. Accounts of the
Aztec ceremonies describe how choice elements, such as the heart and
good leg meat, were eaten ritually at the élite level, with the remainder
being cycled down through descending social levels. Numerous examples
of small, spalled and weathered fragments of human bone consistent
with these historical accounts have been found widely scattered outside
the swept-clean temple precincts.
" Every Easter Islander knows
that his ancestors were kai-tangata, 'man-eaters'. Some make
jokes about it, others take offense at any allusion to this custom which
has become in their eyes barbarous and shameful. According to Father
Roussel, cannibalism did not disappear until after the introduction
of Christianity. Shortly before this, the natives are said to have eaten
a number of men, including two Peruvian traders. Cannibal feasts were
held in secluded spots, and women and children were rarely admitted.
The natives told Father Zumbohm that the fingers and toes were the choicest
morsels. The captives destined to be eaten were shut up in huts in front
of the sanctuaries. There they were kept until the moment when they
were sacrificed to the gods.
The Easter Islanders'
cannibalism was not exclusively a religious rite or the expression of
an urge for revenge: it was also induced by a simple liking for human
flesh that could impel a man to kill for no other reason than his desire
for fresh meat. (Man was the only large mammal whose flesh was
available) Women and children were the principal victims of these inveterate
cannibals. The reprisals that followed such crimes were all the more
violent because an act of cannibalism committed against the member of
a family was a terrible insult to the whole family. As among the ancient
Maoris, those who had taken part in the meal were entitled to show their
teeth to the relatives of the victim and say, 'Your flesh has stuck
between my teeth'. Such remarks were capable of rousing those to whom
they were addressed to a murderous rage not very different from the
Maly amok." From Easter Island - A Stone-Age Civilization
of the Pacific By Alfred Metraux, Oxford University Press, 1957

[Chapter 6] 1 And it came to pass when the children of
men had multiplied that in those days were born unto 2 them beautiful
and comely daughters. And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw
and lusted after them, and said to one another: 'Come, let us choose
us wives from among the children of men 3 and beget us children.' And
Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: 'I fear ye will not 4
indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty
of a great sin.' And they all answered him and said: 'Let us all swear
an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual imprecations 5 not to abandon
this plan but to do this thing.' Then sware they all together and bound
themselves 6 by mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two
hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon,
and they called it Mount Hermon, because they had sworn 7 and bound
themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. And these are the names of
their leaders: Samlazaz, their leader, Araklba, Rameel, Kokablel, Tamlel,
Ramlel, Danel, Ezeqeel, Baraqijal, 8 Asael, Armaros, Batarel, Ananel,
Zaq1el, Samsapeel, Satarel, Turel, Jomjael, Sariel. These are their
chiefs of tens.
[Chapter 7:1-5] 1 And all the others together with them
took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they
began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with them, and they
taught them charms 2 and enchantments, and the cutting of roots, and
made them acquainted with plants. And they 3 became pregnant, and
they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells: Who consumed
4 all the acquisitions of men. And
when men could no longer sustain them, the giants turned against 5 them
and devoured mankind. And they began to sin against birds, and beasts,
and reptiles, and 6 fish, and to devour one another's flesh, and drink
the blood. Then the earth laid accusation against the lawless
ones.

ok so i had this great Idea. America should pull most of its troops out of the Middle east, but replace them with mercenary troops from Mexico. Mexicans need jobs and we need need soldiers in the middle east. so lets bring our boys home and send in the Mexicans. Problem solved, and, if we deported all our illegal immigrants there would be more labor jobs available for returning veterens and Americans in general. Whenever people say Mexicans do jobs that Americans wont do it is a LIE. Mexicans do jobs that Americans wont do for SHITTY PAY. Americans Will do it but not for a slaves wages. So we deport Illeagle Mexicans, give them all military jobs overseas, bring our troops home to balance it out, and since there will be a lot more men in America and a lot of single women in Mexico then our troops will have an easy time getting mexican wifes if they so desire. so everybodys happy. and, if Mexicans move to the middleeast permanantly it could have interesting cultural impact on the middleeast and could confuse and diffuse some of the tention between the middleeast and the west. at the very least it would stir things up. vote for me for supreme world leader.

i friggin hate Tabasco brand hot sauce i think it sucks, i think its the worst hotsauce too much vinegar not enough sauce. Franks RedHot is the best hot sauce. every restaurant i go to has Tabasco hot sauce and its one of the worst hot sauces i've ever tried. Franks has a great blend and the added garlic really makes it better. I wish resturants were aware of this.

Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is an automatic identification method, relying on storing and remotely retrieving data using devices called RFID tags or transponders. An RFID tag is an object that can be applied to or incorporated into a product, animal, or person for the purpose of identification using radio waves. Some tags can be read from several meters away and beyond the line of sight of the reader. Most RFID tags contain at least two parts. One is an integrated circuit for storing and processing information, modulating and demodulating a (RF) signal, and other specialized functions. The second is an antenna for receiving and transmitting the signal. Chipless RFID allows for discrete identification of tags without an integrated circuit, thereby allowing tags to be printed directly onto assets at a lower cost than traditional tags. Today, RFID used is in enterprise supply chain management to improve the efficiency of inventory tracking and management. However, growth and adoption in the enterprise supply chain market is limited because current commercial technology does not link the indoor tracking to the overall end-to-end supply chain visibility. Coupled with fair cost-sharing mechanisms, rational motives and justified returns from RFID technology investments are the key ingredients to achieve long-term and sustainable RFID technology adoption [1]. Passports RFID tags are being used in passports issued by many countries, such as include Malaysia (early 2000), New Zealand (November 4, 2005), Belgium, The Netherlands (2005), Norway (November 2005)[14], Ireland (2006), Japan (March 1, 2006), Pakistan, Germany, Portugal, Poland (2006), The United Kingdom, and the United States (2007). Due to potential human rights violations that can occur as a result of storing a lot of personal data on device, which can potentially be accessed by a state to control its citizens in a totalitarian style the ID Cards scheme in the UK has lost its support from a majority of British people, and there is an ongoing political debate on the costs and benefits of such scheme. There are other dangers associated with carrying a data chip in one's pocket. For example, security expert Bruce Schneier has suggested that a mugger operating near an airport could target victims who have arrived from wealthy countries, or a terrorist could design an improvised explosive device which functioned when approached by persons from a particular country. Standards for RFID passports are determined by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and are contained in ICAO Document 9303, Part 1, Volumes 1 and 2 (6th edition, 2006). ICAO refers to the ISO 14443 RFID chips in e-passports as "contactless integrated circuits". ICAO standards provide for e-passports to be identifiable by a standard e-passport logo on the front cover. The first RFID passports ("E-passport") were issued by Malaysia in 1998. In addition to information also contained on the visual data page of the passport, Malaysian e-passports record the travel history (time, date, and place) of entries and exits from the country. In 2006, RFID tags were included in new US passports. The US produced 10 million passports in 2005, and it has been estimated that 13 million will be produced in 2006. The chips will store the same information that is printed within the passport and will also include a digital picture of the owner. The US State Department initially stated the chips could only be read from a distance of 10 cm (4 in), but after widespread criticism and a clear demonstration that special equipment can read the test passports from 10 meters (33 ft) away, the passports were designed to incorporate a thin metal lining to make it more difficult for unauthorized readers to "skim" information when the passport is closed. The department will also implement Basic Access Control (BAC), which functions as a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in the form of characters printed on the passport data page. Before a passport's tag can be read, this PIN must be entered into an RFID reader. The BAC also enables the encryption of any communication between the chip and interrogator [15]. Despite this precaution, the Center for Democracy and Technology has issued warnings that significant security weaknesses that could be used to track U.S. travelers are apparent in the specifications of the card design as outlined by the U.S. Department of State.[16] Some other European Union countries are also planning to add fingerprints and other biometric data, while some have already done so. Schools and universities School authorities in the Japanese city of Osaka are now chipping children's clothing, back packs, and student IDs in a primary school.[37] A school in Doncaster, England is piloting a monitoring system designed to keep tabs on pupils by tracking radio chips in their uniforms. Most RFID chips can be disabled by physical means: for example the RFID chip inside RFID credit cards can be disabled by a sharp tap of a hammer. An intense electromagnetic impulse applied to the transponders and antenna can induce high currents, interrupting the circuit and rendering the tag useless. A crude way to do this is putting the RFID tag in a microwave oven. Success may vary, depending on the frequency of the microwave and the shape of the antenna. A device built to destroy transponders is the RFID-Zapper. Privacy How would you like it if, for instance, one day you realized your underwear was reporting on your whereabouts? — California State Senator Debra Bowen, at a 2003 hearing.[62] The use of RFID technology has engendered considerable controversy and even product boycotts by consumer privacy advocates such as Katherine Albrecht and Liz McIntyre of CASPIAN who refer to RFID tags as "spychips". The two main privacy concerns regarding RFID are: - Since the owner of an item will not necessarily be aware of the presence of an RFID tag and the tag can be read at a distance without the knowledge of the individual, it becomes possible to gather sensitive data about an individual without consent.
- If a tagged item is paid for by credit card or in conjunction with use of a loyalty card, then it would be possible to indirectly deduce the identity of the purchaser by reading the globally unique ID of that item (contained in the RFID tag).
Most concerns revolve around the fact that RFID tags affixed to products remain functional even after the products have been purchased and taken home and thus can be used for surveillance and other purposes unrelated to their supply chain inventory functions. Human implantation The Food and Drug Administration in the US has approved the use of RFID chips in humans.[69] Some business establishments have also started to chip customers, such as the Baja Beach nightclub in Barcelona. This has provoked concerns into privacy of individuals as they can potentially be tracked wherever they go by an identifier unique to them. There are concerns this could lead to abuse by an authoritarian government or lead to removal of freedoms. RFID implant as the mark of the beast A few critics, mostly conservative Evangelical Christians, believe that RFID tagging could represent the mark of the beast, which Revelation 13:16-17 says will be placed by the Antichrist in the right hands or foreheads of humans and necessary for commerce. ..tr> | " | And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. | " | | —Revelation 13:16-17 | ..table>

The earliest preserved description of elves comes from Norse mythology. In Old Norse they are called álfar (singular, nominative case: álfr), and although no older or contemporary descriptions exist, the appearance of beings etymologically related to álfar in various later folklore strongly suggests that the belief in elves was common among all the Germanic tribes, and not limited solely to the ancient Scandinavians. Although the concept itself is never clearly defined in the extant sources, the elves appear to have been conceived as powerful and beautiful human-sized beings. In the Thidrek’s Saga a human queen is surprised to learn that the lover who has made her pregnant is an elf and not a man. In the saga of Hrolf Kraki a king named Helgi rapes and impregnates an elf-woman clad in silk who is the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. The Icelandic mythographer and historian Snorri Sturluson referred to dwarvesdvergar) as "dark-elves" (dökkálfar) or "black-elves" (svartálfar); but whether this reflects wider medieval Scandinavian belief is uncertain.[7] He referred to other elves as "light-elves" (ljósálfar), which has often been associated with elves’ connection with Freyr, the god of the sun (according to Grímnismál, Poetic Edda). Snorri describes the elf differences as follows: ( "There is one place there [in the sky] that is called the Elf Home (Álfheimr). People live there that are named the light elves (Ljósálfar). But the dark elves (Dökkálfar) live below in earth, and they are unlike them in appearance – and more unlike them in reality. The Light Elves are brighter than the sun in appearance, but the Dark Elves are blacker than pitch." (Snorri, Gylfaginning 17, Prose Edda) "Sá er einn staðr þar, er kallaðr er Álfheimr. Þar byggvir fólk þat, er Ljósálfar heita, en Dökkálfar búa niðri í jörðu, ok eru þeir ólíkir þeim sýnum ok miklu ólíkari reyndum. Ljósálfar eru fegri en sól sýnum, en Dökkálfar eru svartari en bik."[8] Crossbreeding was consequently possible between elves and humans in the Old Norse belief. The human queen who had an elvish lover bore the hero Högni, and the elf-woman who was raped by Helgi bore Skuld, who married Hjörvard, Hrólfr Kraki’s killer. The saga of Hrolf Kraki adds that since Skuld was half-elven, she was very skilled in witchcraft (seiðr), and this to the point that she was almost invincible ul than most men. The land governed by King Alf was called Alfheim, and all his offspring are related to the elves. They were fairer than any other people...[5] The last king is named Gandalf.[6] In addition to these human aspects, they are commonly described as semi-divine beings associated with fertility and the cult of the ancestors and ancestor worship. The notion of elves thus appears similar to the animistic belief in spirits of nature and of the deceased, common to nearly all human religions; this is also true for the Old Norse belief in dísir, fylgjur and vörðar ("follower" and "warden" spirits, respectively). Like spirits, the elves were not bound by physical limitations and could pass through walls and doors in the manner of ghosts, which happens in Norna-Gests þáttr. It is said that elves are the Germanic equivalent to the nymphs of Greek and Roman mythology, and vili and rusalki of Slavic mythology. The elves could be seen dancing over meadows, particularly at night and on misty mornings. They left a kind of circle where they had danced, which were called älvdanser (elf dances) or älvringar (elf circles), and to urinate in one was thought to cause venereal diseases. Typically, elf circles were fairy rings consisting of a ring of small mushrooms, but there was also another kind of elf circle: On lake shores, where the forest met the lake, you could find elf circles. They were round places where the grass had been flattened like a floor. Elves had danced there. By Lake Tisaren,[16] I have seen one of those. It could be dangerous and one could become ill if one had trodden over such a place or if one destroyed anything there.[14] If a human watched the dance of the elves, he would discover that even though only a few hours seemed to have passed, many years had passed in the real world. These myths and legends of elves that are so popular among Scandinavians, are quite prevalent in their everyday lives. It has been said that to this day, many Scandinavians do still believe in this existence of " hidden people", and will often go out of their way to see that they do not disturb these creatures. For example, just outside of Reykjavik, Iceland, a soccer game was called to a halt when a misled ball rolled off the beaten path, and stopped right next to a sign that marked the home of 3 elves believed to dwell near the stones where the ball was resting. Instead of reclaiming the ball, the soccer player opted to leave it there in order to avoid disturbing the elves. The original German elves (Old Saxon alf; Middle High German: alb, alp; plural elbe, elber; Old High German alb, by 13th century[23]) are thought to be light creatures who lived in heaven during the era of Germanic paganism, and may have included dark elves or dwarves underground (as understood to be similar to the álfr of Old Norse mythology). In post-Christian folklore they began to be described as mischievous pranksters that could cause disease to cattle and people, and bring bad dreams to sleepers. The German word for nightmare, Albtraum, means "elf dream". In the 12th century eddic prose Gylfaginning Snorri Sturluson relates it as the first of a series of abodes in heaven: That which is called Álfheim is one, where dwell the peoples called Light-elvesLjósálfar]; but the Dark-elves [dökkálfar] dwell down in the earth, and they are unlike in appearance, but by far more unlike in nature. The Light-elves are fairer to look upon than the sun, but the Dark-elves are blacker than pitch. [ The elf makes many appearances in ballads of English and Scottish origin, as well as folk tales, many involving trips to Elphame or Elfland (the Álfheim of Norse mythology), a mystical realm which is sometimes an eerie and unpleasant place. The elf is occasionally portrayed in a positive light, such as the Queen of Elphame in the ballad Thomas the Rhymer, but many examples exist of elves of sinister character, frequently bent on rape and murder, as in the Tale of Childe Rowland, or the ballad Lady Isabel and the Elf-Knight, in which the Elf-Knight bears away Isabel to murder her. Most instances of elves in ballads are male; the only commonly encountered female elf is the Queen of Elfland, who appears in Thomas the Rhymer and The Queen of Elfland’s Nourice, in which a woman is abducted to be a wet-nurse to the queen’s baby, but promised that she may return home once the child is weaned. In none of these cases is the elf a spritelypixie-like qualities. character with Significant for the distancing of the concept of elves from its mythological origins was the influence from literature. In Elizabethan England, William ShakespeareHenry IV, part 1, act II, scene iv, he has Falstaff call Prince Henry, "you starveling, you elfskin!", and in his A Midsummer Night’s Dream, his elves are almost as small as insects. On the other hand, Edmund Spenserelf to full-sized beings in The Faerie Queene. imagined elves as little people. He apparently considered elves and fairies to be the same race. In applies The influence of Shakespeare and Michael Drayton made the use of elf and fairyVictorian literature, elves usually appeared in illustrations as tiny men and women with pointed ears and stocking caps. An example is Andrew Lang’s fairy tale Princess Nobody (1884), illustrated by Richard Doyle, where fairies are tiny people with butterfly wings, whereas elves are tiny people with red stocking caps. There were exceptions to this rule however, such as the full-sized elves who appear in Lord Dunsany’s The King of Elfland’s Daughter. for very small beings the norm. In Modern elves [edit] Elves at Christmas In the USA, Canada, and Britain, the modern children’s folklore of Santa ClausChristmas but they make toys in a workshop located in the North Pole. In recent years, other toys—usually high-tech toys like computers, video games, DVDs and DVD players, and even mobile phones—have also been depicted as being ready for delivery, but not necessarily made, in the workshop as well. In this portrayal, elves slightly resemble nimble and delicate versions of the dwarves of Norse mythology. typically includes diminutive elves at Christmas; green-clad elves with pointy ears (and, occasionally, long noses and pointy hats) as Santa’s assistants or hired workers. No one knows who wraps the gifts at The vision of the small but crafty Christmas elf has come to influence modern popular conception of elves, and sits side by side with the fantasy elves following Tolkien’s work (see below). The American cookie company Keebler has long advertised that its cookies are made by elves in a hollow tree, and Kellogg’s, who happens to now be the owner of Keebler, uses the elves of Snap, Crackle, and Pop as mascots of Rice Krispies cereal, and the role of elves as Santa’s helpers has continued to be popular, as evidenced by the success of the movie Elf. It should be noted that these elves are referred to as elfish, as opposed to elvish. [edit] Elves in modern fantasy Main article: Elves in fantasy fiction and games The first appearance of modern fantasy elves occurred in The King of Elfland’s Daughter a 1924 novel by Lord Dunsany. The next modern work featuring elves was The Hobbit, a 1937 childrens book by J. R. R. Tolkien. Elves played a major role in many of Tolkien’s later works, notably The Lord of the Rings. Tolkien’s writing has such popularity that in the 1960s and afterwards, elves similar to those in Tolkien’s novels became staple non-human characters in high fantasy works and in fantasy role-playing games. Post-Tolkien fantasy elves (popularized by the Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game) tend to be more beautiful and wiser than humans, with sharper senses and perceptions. Often elves do not possess facial or body hair, and are consequently perceived to be androgynous. A hallmark of fantasy elves is also their long and pointed ears (a convention begun with a note of Tolkien’s that the ears of elves were "leaf-shaped"). Elves of the Tolkien mold have become standardized staple characters of modern fantasy. It is worth noting that those things described as being of or related to these fair elves are referred to as "elven", as opposed to "elfish" (a term more closely associated with the sprite-like elves of medieval conception).

A passage from the book of Revelations the last chapter of the New Testament discussing a vision of the apocalypse.
"And when he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature saying, Come. And I saw, and behold, a black horse; and he that sat thereon had a balance in his hand. 6And I heard as it were a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, A measure of wheat for a shilling, and three measures of barley for a shilling; and the oil and the wine hurt thou not."
this can also be translated as: "A quart of wheat for a day’s wages, and three quarts of barley for a day’s wages."
Now consider the sharply rising cost of wheat resulting from the rising cost of oil. Are we entering the end times.
Price of wheat triples in past 10 months .. --> Article Publish Date --> BY ASSOCIATED PRESS If you think the cost of gassing up your car is outrageous, wait until you need to restock your pantry. The price of wheat has more than tripled during the past 10 months, making Americans’ daily bread -- and bagels and pizza and pasta -- feel a little like luxury items. And baked goods aren’t the only ones getting more expensive: Experts expect some 80 percent of grocery prices will spike, too, because wheat and other grains are used to feed cattle, poultry and dairy cows. ’’It’s going to affect everything ... impact on every section of the grocery store,’’ said Michael Bittel, senior vice president of King Arthur Flour Co. in Norwich, Vt. Consumers such as Maria Cardena feel trapped by the prices. She said the bread she buys has jumped from 69 cents a loaf to $1.09 in recent weeks. ’’You have to buy it,’’ said the 29-year-old mother from Lubbock, Texas. ’’You can’t go without it. Everything has gone up.’’ The wheat market has been pushed higher by a combination of agricultural, financial and energy issues. Poor wheat harvests in Australia and parts of Europe and the U.S. have caused China and other Asian countries to buy up more American crops, which are especially attractive because of the weak U.S. dollar. At the same time, the American crop is shrinking because of federal incentives to grow corn for ethanol. And skyrocketing gas prices make it costlier to get any wheat to market. Those same pressures have also made it more expensive to supply feed grains for livestock. At Bob’s Red Mill flour company, wheat flour has typically been subject to retail price adjustments every five years. Now those increases are happening almost monthly. ’’You look at the price and you say, ’Oh, my gosh,’’’ said Dennis Gilliam, executive vice president of sales and marketing for the company in Milwaukie, Ore. ’’It keeps climbing every day.’’ Wheat historically trades at $3 to $7 a bushel. But this week, futures of spring wheat -- which produces the flour used in hearth breads, rolls, croissants, bagels and pizza crust -- were close to $18 a bushel on the Minneapolis Grain Exchange. They climbed as high as $24 in late February. Consumers pay an additional penny on wheat products for each dollar the price-per-bushel increases. ’’It’s a huge impact,’’ said Steve Mercer, spokesman for U.S. Wheat Associates, an industry group. White bread cost an average of 85 cents a pound in 1998 and $1.03 in February 2006. The price rose to $1.32 a pound last month, according to federal data. And that’s on top of overall food price increases of 4 percent last year and an additional 3.5 to 4.5 percent expected this year, according to federal data. Most years see 2.5 percent increases. During the past few months, the price of cereals and baked goods has risen nearly 6 percent over the same time last year, federal officials reported. Consumers can try to minimize costs by buying fewer wheat products, but the nation’s bakers, pizzerias and other flour-dependent industries don’t have that luxury. Panera Bread Company is paying more than double what it paid for wheat in 2007 -- an additional $26.5 million this year, according to its latest earnings report. At Kraft Foods Inc., producer of Ritz crackers and Chips Ahoy cookies, the cost of commodities including wheat were up 9 percent last year, or about $1.3 billion. Spokeswoman Lisa Gibbons called that unprecedented and said the company doesn’t expect prices to ease anytime soon. The company has offset most of those costs by finding savings elsewhere, such as switching its Miracle Whip sandwich spread from glass to cheaper plastic bottles. At the online baked goods retailer 1-800-Bakery.com, the price of wheat has meant a hiring freeze and curbing low-profit products. So far, those measures have been enough to avoid price increases. But Stephen Pazyra, the company’s chief executive, said prices will go up unless there is relief soon. Sometimes the only option is to bake less. Four months ago, Tony’s Old Fashioned Bakery in Midland, Texas, was paying $7.50 for a 25-pound bag of flour. This week the cost was $23 a bag -- for a company that uses 25 to 30 bags a week. To stretch their dollar and flour, Carmina Aguilar said her family’s bakery is making fewer pastries for display and stopped taking many last-minute orders. Meanwhile, some consumers are taking the opposite path -- baking more. King Arthur’s Bittel said that while store-bought bread is running between $3 and $5, a home baked loaf will cost about 60 cents. That’s up from 40 cents from a year ago, but Bittel said his company nevertheless has seen growing sales of bread-making machines. Some experts said wheat prices may be close to topping out. But whether prices come down, and when, is a guessing game. Global wheat stocks have hit a 30-year low following seven of eight years in which world consumption exceeded production. Federal projections show America’s supplies at their lowest levels since the late 1940s. Earlier this week, representatives of the U.S. baking industry went to Washington to ask the Bush administration and Congress to address the record wheat prices. Lee Sanders, senior vice president of the American Bakers Association, said her group isn’t asking for a wheat export moratorium, which countries such as Ukraine, Russia and Argentina have enacted. But the industry does want export policies reviewed to ensure domestic bakers have enough affordable flour. Related Blog Posts Wheat Stories Hitting Both Wall Street Journal and New York Times Today

ok first off I think Obama is getting the American Irish vote because even though his name sounds like "Osama" it personally reminds me of names like O'mally and O'brian. OK so if you analyze Obama's logo for his campaign as seen in this picture what do you see? it appears to be a rising sun over some farm land in my opinion. where else do we see rising suns? his logo over all resembles an eye somewhat. where do we see a sun combined with an eye? and is the Obama rising sun a sun or is it a bright light on the horizon like the UFOs spotted in Texas last week that the airforce covered up? Obama says he's for change and not part of the establishment, but why would i believe that after super Freemason John Kerry announced that he fully supports Obama over the other candidates? If Obama is the illuminatti's golden boy then just what "change" might he really bring? Perhaps great strides in carrying out the Masonic Illuminatti's plans for a New World Order? The state of Maine has temporarily dodged the national ID card which contains a tracking chip that constantly records data about where you go and what you do and who you are. Instead we will be required to have our drivers licenses and passports to do many things. All new passports contain the chip that the National ID card has. Is it ever safe to trust the government? I don't think so, that is why we have the right to bear arms so that if we need to we can rise up against an unjust government. People are constantly trying to take away our right to bear arms if this happened we would be at the total mercy of a government that is corrupt and could become far more corrupt. After reading the Bible's book of Revelations my prediction for the future which i do not really expect to happen is that Obama and Hillary will run together to go for the kill, this way they get the black vote, the female vote and the progressive liberal vote for the win. Obama will be president and Hillary will be vice president. Hillary will have Obama assassinated so that she will be the first female president but Obama will survive the assassination attempt and Hillary will pretend to be happy that he survived. Obama will be like the next Lincoln or Kennedy. this will all be preplanned. Hillary will talk about how awful the assassination attempt was and how happy she is that he survived. I'm calling it now just so that I can say I called it. and if I'm wrong then thats OK. to any illuminati out there i hope i didn't cross the invisable line and for a small fee i'll keep my conspiracy theorys to myself.
