I would be sooooo appreciative if someone can help me out.

Mom had her third surgery today, this one was to put the port in her chest for when she starts chemotherapy. This way they don't have to keep sticking her arms and can just go through the port.
We went to St. Francis in Bartlett instead of the med and it was an amazing difference. Everyone was nice and helpful, things went quick, and stuff happened when they said they would. We weren't even at the hospital 5 minutes before we were in her room. I couldn't believe how great the staff was, seriously.
In other, sadder, news, Little Mama died today. For those of you who have been to the house, you know Little Mama to be our little black cat. We've had her since right in the middle of the Ice Storm in 1994 when someone dumped her near our apartment, so she was at the very least, 15 years old. She had been going downhill the last few days, and we knew it was coming, but she wasn't in pain so I kept her fed and stuff, made sure she was drinking, but yesterday, she couldn't really move that much and when I got home today from taking mom back to nanny's, she was gone. ; ; I can't even bury her yet b/c the ground is frozen, so I have to wait until it warms up some.
*sigh*
With all of the stuff going on, I really don't feel like being alone right now but not much I can really do about that.

Current mood: angry
So, just across the exit from our cove sits a house. I didn't know it, but they've been moved out for about a week.
They had three dogs (A pit, a purebred German Shepard, and something that looks liek a mix between a doberman, a chihuahua and a dachsund).
They took the pit with them and left the other two.
I was getting ready to go to town to pick up some stuff when one of our neighbors asked if I noticed those people had moved out and left their dogs. I hadn't, and she just noticed yesterday. We're going to call the humane society b/c we can't take them in. I've already got 2 (3) dogs and 2 cats, and sharon has two full grown pits (who are just babydolls if you know them) and a litter of puppies.
I took a shopping bag full of dried dog food over there and sat there with them until they finished it, which took all of 5 minutes.
I went into town and got a big bag of food to put in my trunk and am going to feed them each day until someone can get them.
The worst part of it is that we've got winter weather right now, so it's icy and they had no dog house or anything like that in the back yard. Luckily, the back shed that is connected to the house, the door is open so they at least have a dry place to sleep.
Seriously though, if you plan on getting ANY type of pet, you need to sit down and make sure that if something happens where you have to move, or you come on hard times with money, that you WILL be able to take care of your pet. If you think that there may be the SLIGHTEST possibility of abandonment, then you are NOT the type of person who should have a pet.
To those people who move and leave animals behind, FUCK YOU.

15% chance to be cancer, so of course that 15% is enough that it actually is.
The follow up was today and we found out. Mom's going back into surgery Nov 10th and 11th, and then chemo.
Yeah. Fuck it.

They just came and got Mom. She'll be in the holding area for about an hour, maybe a little more, before the actual surgery.
I had to stay up here. ; ;

We got here at 5:30 am, it's now 7am. The surgery isn't planned until about 12:30pm, so we've got a bit of a wait ahead of us. I won't be logged onto aim today since the network they have here for guests is shitty and keeps dropping in and out. blah. If you need to get ahold of me, you can call or text me at 901-592-8173 or send me a message on here and I'll be checking it every now and then. I'll post more when we know something else. -Steven

I was almost t-boned, passenger side, as I was about to cross the railroad tracks in Millington. The guy hit me at an angle and just kept right on driving.
Didn't even put hit brakes on or anything.
Yes, I'm ok, and the car is still drivable, but we contacted geico and everything and we're going to see about getting it fixed up and everything.
Police report was filed so..shouldn't be a problem.
It wasn't even my fault. The guy just ran the stop sign and hit me, and kept right on going.
I didn't even get a good look at the car, but I think it was a grey/silver old car. It was an angled car and had square headlights.
If you happen to be near millington, please lookout for a low, old car with front right side headlight/bumper damage (with green paint on it) and let me know if you see one like that. Take the plates or something.
Just thoguht I'd let y'all know.
