All of my east coast tour dates for the end of this year have been finalised and are available on my website and myspace. I will be touring with my band and we have added lots of new songs to the set list. Please try to make it to a show if you can, we would love to see you! A quick note that the Melbourne tour dates have been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances but I will be adding more Melburne dates for Jan/Feb so stay tuned…

All tracks submitted to this year's competition were sent to the Network Program & Music Directors for review and they selected the Top 30 acts in each genre for judging. While we were not chosen for the top 9 finalists we are happy with making the Top 30 and wish the final contestants the best of luck!

Scene Magazine Album Review by Luke Robertson

"An American who has brought herself to the glory of Byron Bay; the sounds of things Kym Campbell couldn't be happier. Think beach babe and acoustic guitar. Sometimes all that beachy wholesomeness can get a little preachy for my liking but Ms Campbell has deliberately gone for an understated style here. Actually that's shit, understated probably IS her style. Eight songs that are definitely on the chill-out tip with Campbell supplementing her laidback guitaring with harmonica and a sweet little ukelele that works a treat. Songs about love and loss but most with a sense of lowkey celebtration to them e.g. "Can't believe this heaven has found me" - bordering on cheese but pulled off. Sheesh! Lowkey, chill-out, laidback, understated! Are you getting the picture? Though she does kinda rock out a bit on 'Moments'. Shelve this with your Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudds and Tiddas."
