Happy belated 2007!
The 'Night of the Proms' tour was fabulous and I had the pleasure and honour of being a part of one of the most professional shows in the world.
Since returning from Germany, I have been trying to catch up with all my emails & paper work, whilst eagerly awaiting the release of 'Eternal' in Japan at the end of this month!

Japan will be our first official release of the CD, and although the initial pressing of 'Eternal' was sold at the gigs in Germany and is available on iTunes Europe & CD Baby, it has not yet been officially released.

There appears to be a misconception about one of the bonus tracks on the Japanese release, which is a re record of the track, 'Adiemus', so I'd like to clear this up.

Before leaving for Germany, I thought it would be a good idea to re record 'Adiemus', as it had been more than 10 years since I had originally recorded it as a 30 second TV commercial.
That same TV commercial was actually used on the final album, 'Songs of Sanctuary'.

Ian Lynn & I thought it might be nice to record an entirely new version of the piece, keeping exactly the same structure, but bringing the backing track a little more up to date.
I also featured the ad lib answers a bit more at the end of the piece (seeing as I actually wrote those bits myself) which were later incorporated into the score.

Unfortunately there was no time to record the song before leaving for Germany, and therefore it was too late to include it on the first pressing of 'Eternal'.

However, it will be included on every offically released copy of 'Eternal' and it will also eventually be available for download on iTunes.
I am delighted with the way it has turned out and I hope everone will feel the same way.
