I never write in this thing. lol But I figured I'm bored as hell, so I might as well, right?

Life has a funny way of working things out. I've been really confused lately about life as a whole, but when things get to be too much to handle, all I have to do is look over and my friends are right there with me through it all. At least the ones who really matter have been. You always hear about how much your friends  really mean and how they can make everything bearable, but until you go through something that you need someone to lean on through...you really don't grasp that. When people are truly tested, their loyalties show through. And I'm just glad I've got the loyal ones.

Jeez. I'm trying to go through my head and figure out what I want to say, and I'm just realizing how personal I've become. I won't tell anyone anything they don't need to know, until they've proven themselves to me. Never thought I'd be like that. lol Oh well.

I am totally rambling out of boredom. lol Soooo. I'm gonna go now.

I'm pretty frickin' bored. SO, here's some poems I wrote.


Under this skin of glass,
a storm is brewing, too mighty to pass.
Lightning of helpless beings,
strikes down the hope I'm seeing.
Thunder rumbles through the core,
awakening the desire for more.

Someday I'll rise to the edge,
understanding this pain I've felt.
Knowing the inside the storm is an eye,
that seals my fate inside.

The rainbow may not just yet be in view,
the storm may just be beginning to brew.
But sooner or later, it too shall pass,
and I'll be able to shatter this skin of glass.
Once I can fully grasp what pain unfolds,
then surely, you will warm this delicate cold.

reasoning with my doubt with all its might.
Reminding my lonely heart that maybe,

Constellations running through daylight.

waking to doubts that you are what you seem.

why is it impossible to forget the you I see?

Constellations shining through my forever,
telling myself that one day you'll know better.
You'll see your mirror through my transparency,
you'll be open and exposed to my vulnerability.

I hate cable internet.

Okay not entirely true. I just hate it when it doesn't work. Grrr.

I've been feeling SO much better lately. Much more productive and less depressed. And whatever I'm doing, I feel like it's worthwhile.

Then not to mention, the whole religion thing just smacked me in the face. I've always been a Christian. Was born & raised in a very very Christian & conservative home, always believed that God existed and that He loved me. But I wasn't always on fire like I wanted to be. It just...wasn't always in me. I know with every Christian walk, it comes and goes. That's how God works and it's how life in general is. But then recently, with a friend of mine who used to be "OMGATHEIST", we started talking, and I seriously felt God opening my heart and hers. I felt it all coming out and I was able to talk to her honestly and tell her things from my perspective, why I believed the way I believed and I meant every single word of it. And I felt God open her heart to the point of allowing Him in. She went to church on Sunday and she came back, feeling really good about it. So, all in all, God working through me for Kathie has also helped me to be more on fire for Him. Which is definitely a blessing. I'm so excited.

Anyway, that's my life right now. lol Oh, and I changed my profile, if you couldn't tell. I want to make out with it & stuff. ;)
