I am in the Seattle airport waiting for the Delta flight that will carry Luanne and me back home through Atlanta. You know what they say about that city, don't you? Even Yeshua will have to connect through Atlanta when He returns to rule from Jerusalem!
We have just finished a wonderful cruise to Alaska for the last seven days. We were joined by 100 other folks from all over the world to raise funds for the MJIF who distributes those funds to believers in Israel. We had the joy of meeting a family from Venezuela who found the cruise on the Internet and came along for the ride.
We had some wonderful times of teaching and impartation from Dr. Michael Brown, Rabbi Jonathan Bernis, Rabbi Murray Silberling, and myself. I did a concert last Tuesday night and the worship for the Shabbat service on Saturday morning. Some curious passengers and a small group from Kuwait also joined us! As it turns out, the people from Kuwait told me they attend a large 5,000-member church there and they use all my music! Amazing! We are now talking about going to Kuwait to hold some meetings and see what the Lord will do in that place.
We had fabulous weather for the entire cruise, which was a tremendous blessing. Everywhere we went, we were told that they only have five or six days of sunny warm weather a year, and we hit it just right. We have been to Alaska three times now, and I can attest to that declaration first hand. Two years ago we visited the same cities of Juno, Sitka and Ketchikan, and were drowned and frozen by the time we arrived home!
We are finishing up the new DVD and Integrity will be distributing it soon. The new recording in Israel is on the final planning board and we should have dates for that event very soon. We are back in full swing with many exciting travels to come, so be sure to check back here every week for the latest update on our exploits. Blessings!
Paul

Well, I know it has been some time since my last posting, but…I'm back! Too much to catch you up on here so, I'll simply give you the most current details.
Last week we found ourselves back in very familiar and comfortable company with our friends at Beth Israel Messianic Fellowship in northern NJ. They are long-time friends, and Jonathan Kahn and his staff are some of the most able and anointed leaders in our movement. One thing changed this trip, however, and that was the facility. For many years they have been in a building that was not adequate for their size and needs. But, God is good, and they are now in a huge building in the city of Wayne, just minutes from the place I grew up and graduated high school.
On Friday night the place was packed to overflowing. I was told there must have been more than 1,400 in attendance. Jonathan was funny as he kept telling me I was a "trouble maker" as they continued to place more and more chairs on the floor, breaking down the barriers that were set. It's a nice problem to have!
On Friday and Sunday morning we had many people born again, and the Lord healed many who were sick. The presence of the Lord was so good there in Wayne that it was very difficult to be timely with the worship or the teaching…so I wasn't! We just let the Lord do whatever He wanted and we enjoyed the ride. Sunday I went long again and had to rush out the door to catch our plane in Newark. All for naught, as it turned out all the flights were cancelled to Atlanta and Greg and I were stuck there for the night with a 6 A.M. flight the next morning.
Airline travel is not fun any more. You hear it everywhere you go and from everyone who travels including the flight crew. Many delays and cancellations, stressed out people who are angry and anxious, rising costs for tickets and baggage; it all helps to increase your prayer life!
Today I am embarking on our third voyage to Alaska with Dotti Solomon and the MJIF crew to raise significant funds for the believers in Israel. Also joining us in this sea-going adventure are our good friends Dr. Michael Brown of Fire School, Jonathan Bernis of "Hear O Israel" and "Jewish Voice" broadcasting, Pastor Ron Cantor from Jerusalem, and many others. There will be seminars and talks on board as well as a worship concert with yours truly, and a Shabbat service next Saturday at sea. We will see eagles, sea lions and seals, sea otters, whales and maybe even a bear or two, but the objective is to raise the funds necessary for the remnant of Israel today.
Please pray with us for the success of this voyage and the blessing of our family who live in the Land. Until next time, may the Lord bless you and keep you!
Blessings and grace! Paul

Hi everyone. If you follow this column, then you know I have been remiss in keeping you updated here for several weeks now. Please forgive the slack!
Just after Passover we made a long journey up to the frozen North of Winnipeg, Canada and found out why they call it "Winterpeg". At the beginning of May it was freezing cold and snowed every day we were there. The conference was poorly attended which I consider to be quite a shame as the Lord thought it was worth showing up for! We need to keep our neighbors to the north in prayer as their spiritual zeal and their weather have way too much in common.
It was quite a different story in Amarillo, Texas however. We shared in three services at Trinity Assembly and then presented a concert on Sunday evening. From there I headed to Redding, California to participate in a leadership advance with Bill Johnson's church. The worship was deep and refreshing, and the few speakers were really profound. My wife Luanne joined me for the three days there and then we traveled the West coast for several days to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
It seems quite impossible to me that we have been married for so many years. My mother has gone on to be with the Lord as has my father-in-law. My youngest son, Joel is already married for two years and my oldest son Nathan is pushing his way to thirty years of age in a few short years.
The Word says to make the most of every opportunity because the days are evil. They are also short and go by with ever increasing speed! These are the last of the last days, and we will do well to listen carefully to the voice of the Holy Spirit moment by moment. I want to finish well and to see my sons busy about the Fathers business.
I received some very exciting revelations while I was in California and I am anxious to share them with you in the coming weeks. Keep watching the website for new teachings on the Law and the second coming of the Lord; I know these things will bless and encourage you in your walk with Yeshua.
Blessings and grace! Paul

Passover is coming!
How often I have heard the feasts referred to as "the feasts of the Jews". Actually, if we read our Bibles a little more carefully we would discover they are in fact, "the feasts of the Lord!" (Lev. 23)
I have heard it said that timing is everything. If we try to reconcile the two calendars this year, our Greek and Biblical calendars, that is, we have quite a dilemma. What dilemma is that? Quite simply that we celebrated the resurrection (Easter Sunday) almost a month before the crucifixion! Some might think all this to be rather trivial, but I say not. I have a dream. I have a dream that one day the whole body of Messiah all over the world will know Yeshua for who he really is; the King of the Jews, Israel's Messiah. He is King of the only Kingdom I will ever be a subject of; the Kingdom of God.
Why was the resurrection of Messiah ever excommunicated from its rightful place in history on the Feast of First Fruits in the first place? Why did God choose to fulfill His promise of redemption and the New Covenant (Jer.31:31 f.f.) during this very special time; is it still special in His heart and mind or is this all just academic? I suggest that if we would humble ourselves and seek the heart of God we just might be surprised by what we heard!
Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread begin on the evening of April 19th and lasts for eight days. Let me offer this to you simply as something different to think and pray about. Why not celebrate the feast this year by not eating leaven for the entire eight days? I guarantee you this much; you will be thinking more about what you eat then ever before. And as you do, you will be thinking more about Yeshua at every meal than you probably do now, and that's a good thing. You could use those moments to pray for your Jewish family and friends that the light of Messiah would shine in their hearts during the feast and that they would know the Lamb who gave His blood so that they might go free from the Angel of Death. There are so many things to be aware and grateful for during this Passover. I pray that the Lord of the Feast will bless you and your whole household as you remember and celebrate the Lamb of the Passover who takes away the sins of the world!

So you really enjoy traveling? Well, you should shadow us for a couple weeks and see if that is still your idea of a good time! Three weeks ago was Korea, then a short three-day trip to Virginia, a long ride to Finland for five days and now three days of meetings and recording in Mobile. Don’t get me wrong, these have all been very fruitful and rewarding times, they just seem to come in bunches!
Speaking of Finland let me catch you up on that one. After some very hassled travel with delays, miss-connects and no luggage for three days, we landed in Helsinki. The people were very excited and so were we. Chuck Pierce joined us for about 12 hours before returning to the US and a conference in Colorado Springs. Now that man travels!
Our host was announcing his departure from the state-run Lutheran Church that weekend, and was trusting the Lord for a whole new move of His Spirit. Well, for my money, that’s exactly what we got! Thousands came and so did the Holy Spirit. Chuck was terrific as always and his words just fed our fire. I asked a couple local musicians to join us in the worship to enhance the sound but also to train them a little in prophetic worship. To say that it worked would be a gross understatement!
We are invited to go back during the fall with Robin Mark and do a whole weekend of just worship. We are considering that now that the tour and recording in Israel has been postponed until next year. Yes, there are some wonderful reasons for that and I will share those in detail at a later date. Suffice it to say that the State of Israel wants to be involved as does GodTV. We need more time to pray and strategize now that this project is taking on a life of its own!
This is a year filled with wonderful opportunities and challenges. If you haven’t joined us yet as a World Partner this would be a great time to sign up! Partner with us as we change the world through worship and the Word. You are a blessing!

Here we are in the middle of March already; man this year is going faster than 2007! It must be all the travel that keeps the months short!
This past weekend in Virginia was an interesting journey. It is a very rare thing for me to be out of commission and a very strange feeling to say the least. Friday night went very well and I went to bed at 12:00 after a nice breakfast with the pastor and Greg. Saturday morning brought a weird revelation as I could hardly speak, much less sing!
We had a lunch appointment with the worship team at which I was supposed to minister and share. Well, the more I talked the more my voice freed up and we had a really good time with the 20 brave souls that came.
Saturday night was an entirely different ballgame however, as I couldn’t even squeak! Thank God for Greg. He stepped up and led the worship and did the preaching and the packing up as I watched and grinned and backed him up on guitar. My roommate in Korea was just getting over a very similar malady when we were in Seoul, but I am a man of faith and thought nothing of his vocal challenges.
Life on the road can definitely have its challenges. I am grateful that the pastor and staff were very gracious and understood my situation and handled it with grace and love! The Word tells us to know those who labor amongst us, and so I do. Greg has been a very capable and humble servant as long as I have known him all these 13 years. He preached and led the services with anointing and insight, and I can honestly say we didn’t miss a beat.
Tomorrow we leave for Finland as I recover and prayerfully heal completely from this current affliction. It is very strange indeed to feel so helpless, but it is a tremendous encouragement to know that the Lord has me covered! If you don’t have Greg’s CD yet why not order one right now from the store? The anointing is just a click away!
Blessings and shalom, Paul

Well, we are back from Korea with a great report! This is a very wet day here in Jacksonville but at least it's a balmy 70 degrees, thank God! It snowed when we arrived in Korea and again when we departed which I was told was a sign of the blessing of heaven. I received that word although I have not thought of snow as a blessing for many years now!
Our team all arrived safe and sound and on time in Seoul last week from all over these United States of America. Messiah Dance Company is based in Blacksburg, Virginia; the band came from Nashville, Tennessee, Hershey, Pennsylvania, Pittsburg and Jacksonville, with a visit from our old friend Steve Schmidt helping out from Frederick, Maryland. Twenty-two members in all as I count it and each one was very excited to be there. The Lord has really given us some very special people to travel and minister along side us and we are very grateful for each one.
After two full days of travel we arrived on Wednesday and began with a concert on Thursday night with a full house of worshipers. The auditorium was first class as was the audio and video. All the songs had Korean subtitles so everyone could understand the full meaning of all the praise and worship. I was asked to preach each night and so I did. The first night was more of a prophetic time than of preaching. I was told afterwards that Cindy Jacobs and Rick Joyner had been there in the past few months and had spoken many of the same things to them. I was very pleased to hear that confirmation, of course.
The second day began at 9:00 AM with worship and then continued for three more hours of seminar with a break for lunch. A short break for dinner was followed by another evening of worship and preaching with a collapse into bed immediately afterwards! Our host, Pastor Kim invited us all for dinner at 12:30 AM but I simply could not make my eyes obey and had to take a rain check.
Saturday was a Sabbath rest for the most part that started with an hour and a half interview for their version of Charisma Magazine called "New Wine". Next was a traditional lunch with the pastor and a very nice visit to an old Korean city that took two hours of driving each way. Sunday morning was a service with Pastor Kim and her young church. The people were like dry embers waiting for a match to strike! After only two songs, most of the rest of our time was ministry with anointing of oil for healing, restoration and whatever the Holy Spirit spoke.
I cannot remember being so satisfied as we drove to the airport to return home to our families, as I was that Sunday afternoon. I had a deep sense of 'mission accomplished' in my soul that remains until now every time I remember our journey to Korea. We were asked publicly to commit to return next year, and so we did. We will look forward to our trip back to Seoul and the work that God has given us to do.
Our next World Partner edition will have many pictures along with an expanded story of our time there in Korea. Our Partners make trips like this one possible as well as the one to Finland at the end of this month. Would you like to join our team of World Partners and help us change the way the world worships? Click the link here on the website and join us today. I have a special gift to send if you join us this month during our 'World Partner' sign-up now campaign. Until next week, shalom, shalom.

Our road experience this week was quite unusual as the 'road' was the long and winding type that leads to home! We just finished our third DAYS OF ELIJAH conference right here in Jacksonville, Florida and I must say, it was a grand slam home run. If you attended this great event you know exactly what I mean by that last statement. If you didn't or couldn't, then you won't; how's that for a string of conjunctions?
Our guest list included Chuck Pierce, Mike Brown, Jeff Seif, Gaspar Anastasi, Paul Cuny, Paul Zink, my band, Hallel dancers, Sharon Wilbur and myself, along with a small army of volunteers and helping hands. The teachings were out of this world, timely and profound. Each one came loaded for bear and brought their 'A' game to boot!
Very soon you will be able to purchase the entire set of teachings on CD as well as the Sunday AM service with Jeff Seif on DVD. This is one purchase that I guarantee will rock your little world. Chuck's teaching is always concise, prophetic and provoking, but this time it went beyond. You will hear two pastor's perspectives from Gaspar and Paul as well as some doctrinal corrections from Mike Brown on "Replacement and Dual Covenant Theology".
I have to say that the worship took us to new places in the Spirit. I can say that because it really had very little to do with us, and everything to do with the Holy One of Israel. Each night was very different and very powerful. What a way to start our year; honestly, every weekend has been unique and anointed beyond what is normal for us. I am through with 'normal', how about you? I want everything the Lord has determined to give us in order to fulfill our destiny and high call!
Next week we are off to California and then to Korea with our band and dancers. Our schedule includes Taiwan, Germany, Haiti, Israel, Finland and more, so stay tuned for all the exciting updates here and in the Partner Newsletter. What, you're not a partner yet? Well click on the link here on our website and join us for this exciting season at Wilbur Ministries. If you sign up in the next two weeks, I will send you our first and newest DVD entitled PAUL WILBUR 'LIVE', A NIGHT OF EXTRAVAGANT WORSHIP. This is a $20 value and one of the most engaging 90 minutes you can spend with your family, Bible study group, worship team or congregation. And for you…absolutely free of charge! How in the world can you beat that? Sign up today, get the free DVD and send us out to change the way the world worships; you'll be glad you did!
Until next week, shalom, shalom.

Back on the road again this year with a big prophetic 'bang'!
If you have been following these updates you will know that this one was a little behind schedule. No excuses, just simply got lost in the dust for some unknown reason. Sorry!
This last weekend we ministered in a Messianic Synagogue in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida headed by our dear friends Neil and Jamie Lash of the TV program "Jewish Jewels". They have been doing their program taped in their living room for as long as I can remember, but I tell you the truth, they are the jewels of the program.
I have ministered in this congregation many times over the past 30 years, (yes, 30 years) but I cannot remember having such strong prophetic meetings. The congregation was packed to overflowing last Friday night with all the chairs out and people standing everywhere. Neil told me before the service that they had not done any advertising of the service because they didn't want to get over run. Quite frankly I was a little upset at his words because we always hope to have a full house. Well, fifteen minutes before service was to start all the chairs were out and filled and people were waiting in the foyer to be ushered in. Neil leaned over to me and said, "Oh well, I guess word got out anyways!"
The services there were very strong with a profound prophetic edge. The Spirit of the Lord was there in a very full way and everyone there knew it. I told the people I had not heard a sound like that since the days of Beth Messiah Congregation back in the 80's when Israel's Hope led the worship. I shared some very deep and personal things with the people there and the Lord seemed to have His way. I was supposed to preach that night as well, but the time just flew away as we worshiped and adored the Lord.
Next day was Shabbat morning and the Torah service was leading off our worship time. It was well done with grace and joy and didn't get too bogged down as some traditional services can if you are not careful. I did get to preach that morning and had a good time with it as well. After the service a 92-year-old Jewish man named Leo approached me. He said, "You know, I was raised in an Orthodox home and nobody told me all this stuff about God and Jesus and such. But now I've been a believer for six years and I listen to your music quite a bit. I think you should quit singing…and stick to the monologue; you're a better speaker than a singer!"
Well, I did take his words as a compliment, as I'm certain that's how he meant it. In fact, that morning about 8 or 10 people raised their hands to pray with me to know Yeshua and join Leo as a believer in Messiah!
What a joy to reach around the world with the powerful message of freedom in Yeshua. You can be a part of this as well. Simply log on to the World Partner page on this site and sign up to support the ministry every month. It's easy to do and the benefits are terrific. You'll be glad you did. By the way, we just added Finland to our already busy international schedule today!
Blessings and shalom, Paul

Here we are already half way through the first month of 2008 and I need a new passport! We just arrived home from a most remarkable trip to Tegucigalpa, Honduras. There are only about 8 million people living in all of Honduras and about 1.5 million of them live in Tegucigalpa!
We were invited to minister at a national conference for leaders in the churches of Honduras, and about 1,000 of them attended from several nations. There was such a high level of expectancy with so many five-fold ministers with us. As soon as I hit the stage on the first night I felt like I was changed into a different man; honestly! I led the people in prayer, declarations, praise and worship, and before I knew it, two hours had passed. The atmosphere was literally electric with the presence of God, and the fear of the Lord was in the house. What a way to start the year!
The next morning I was asked to teach these leaders on the subject of prophetic worship, so for 90 more minutes I taught them my understanding of John 4, and Genesis 22, which are really a life message for me. The Lord added grace to my words and we were all blessed in the things the Lord spoke that morning. That evening Greg and I led the worship again. Although it wasn't as intense as the night before, there was still a wonderful spirit of worship in the house as the Lord inhabited our praises.
It was difficult to leave these brothers and sisters…literally! They chased us as we tried to leave the hotel for the airport and some wept on our shoulders. One man clung to my sleeve while he told me how important my music had been in his salvation story. Some of the leaders asked us to stay several more days with them and lead the services there on Sunday. The hunger of the "third world" nations puts us to shame. These dear people do not have much of the riches of this world, but I can assure you that they are wealthy in the spiritual things. Yeshua said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst after righteousness, for they shall be filled." I have seen it many times, and I was changed by the hunger of Honduras.
This year we have plans to visit Taiwan, Korea, Germany, Norway, Haiti and Israel. I know that more nations will see us as well, but these are the ones I can remember at the moment. Tanzania has invited me to come and meet the president this month and make plans to do a major outreach there as we did in Zambia last year. Doors are open to us all over the world, and I only wish I had several lifetimes to fulfill them all. You can help us reach more of these nations if you would like. Simply log onto our partner link right here at Wilbur Ministries and sign up to be a World Partner. You will receive our partner newsletter, eBlasts, special offers and invitations, and you'll have the joy of knowing that you are working with us to 'change the way the world worships'.
2008 is a year of destiny. I pray yours is filled to overflowing beyond anything you ever hoped or imagined! Until next week, shalom, shalom!
