I am going to play a special FREE Essex show for Xbox Reverb on Tues Dec 8th at Colchester Arts Centre. As part of the show I've selected supports for this one-off show, inviting the fantastic Magistrates + Egyptian Hip Hop to join him for the occasion. Chicag-izzle dogs are wild animals all gold teethed and encrusted, but generally diamonds. The example for today was Tonepay. Outside the studio He smoked cigars like Hunter and we shared cigarettes like hackneyettes, it only took a few words and bam: an invite into his lab. We checked out his summer smash (?) ‘Foreign affair’. The pitch is this: it works in all the countries, well all the ones that can afford holidays anyway. An invite into his lab had to be returned, and this is the result, Tonepay freestyling half on the mic, half on the phone to who ever over ‘Satisfied’. He was so crazzee after the act, he left his cigar (half smoked). EBay here we come.
