We've been selected to play a showcase gig for the Britbus. Successful bands are taken on tour all over the world! Bands that have done it in the past include The Kaiser Chiefs and The Magic Numbers. Obviously this is a great chance for us and we are all really excited about it. It would be great if you could make it to the gig below and show some support and also go to britbus.

Hello, so we're in a Hostel in London, I've not slept for about 30hours so forgive me if I go off on a ranting tangent! Just though I should tell everyone we've added another member to the band. When we were in Texas we kinda decided we were lacking something, (apart from the obvious...talent, good looks, manners and general hygiene). Another arsehole to corrupt, we had a talk about it in a bar called Bikini's. Kinda like Hooters but ropeyer dames. And we agreed the first choice was John from Ram Bam Thank You Mam. After a talk with him he agreed! (the fool!) We're all well chuffed and he seems pretty happy. Our first gigs tonight so we'll see how it goes!
We'll try and get some songs up really soon!

Hey, so its 4pm in Texas, in the hotel room with Steve and Calum. The weather awesome, been hot and sunny everyday and hilarious watching Steven diving for shade at every opertunity. The Beers been cold and plentiful. And everyone we've met have been really cool and friendly.
The first gig we done was at the Bayou for Captiva records, some technical difficulties, but it went really well and managed to pull a god crowd. The second gig that day was at The Troubadour, again for Captiva, which was incredible, the place was packed! We also managed to bring a crowd from the first gig which was really cool! We played with a Aussie band at both shows called Hell city Glamours, amazing band and really sound guys. Hope to see them again really soon.
The last gig we had was on the friday at The Agave, strange wee venue, basically done the gig facing a wall with people directly to our right and loads of people watching outside the venue, odd but cool. My voice started to go a bit in the last two songs, but wot can ya do.

Seen so many good bands and some not so good ones but prob the highlight was the Scottish gig, caught The Proclaimers, Glasvegas, who were superb and Primal Scream, fuckin legends!

So nothing much left for us to do apart from get our shit packed up and get some food. Not looking forward to the flight or the jetlag!

Before I go, me, Calum and Steven just wanna say thanks to Vic and Mike we honestly couldn't have got here without you, and the rest of our family and friends for their support, we love you all!

Evening y'all! Only 1 more week till we hit the Texas! Pure can't wait! Just need to keep out of trouble for one more week and hope the police don't find Calums stash of hairy porn! (visas can be a pesky affair! ha ha!) Also chucked up a couple of songs. We're all pretty chuffed how they turned out. We had the delightful Calais Brown twiddling the knobs on this one and he's done us proud! Let us ken what you think!

Just wanted to thank all of those who came down to see on Saturday. What a fucking night! You all made it one of the best gigs we have ever been a part of. We were totally blown away by the amount of people who turned up and showed their support. Can't believe the place sold out! Sorry to anyone who didn't manage to get in! Also thanks to all of the other bands (Ram Bam Thank you Mam / Marlow  / State of Affairs) who made the night what it was! Every band turned in a fucking amazin performance and it was a privilege to play with you all!

Finally cheers to Jaye who helped organise the night and also got behind the decks! Couldn't have done it without you!  And cheers to Revolver who helped with the promotion of the gig!
