ok this is why I was in the hospital.. I have been having trouble with my shoulder, so on Tuesday the orthopedic specialist gave me a steroid shot and a prescription for naprocene (which has never bothered me before). Well by Thursday I had bad indigestion, by Friday at noonish my stomach started to really hurt and I was getting shooting pains in my upper stomach. By mid-day I hurt so bad I called my sister to take me to the hospital. After some x-rays, they said I needed surgery becasue I had probably burst my ulcer and had air and goo building up under my stomach (gross huh) So after 4 hours of surgery (orthoscopic surgery that is) I was all fixed. Of course, I had to stay in the hospital for a few days, and have been totally disconnected (tho I got to watch Tiger Woods win the us open yesterday with my dad). I was on Morphine until Monday. I didn't feel like doing anything other than sleeping and watching TV. My mom has taken of the rest of the week to take care of me so I am fine, other than being on a liquid diet till next week and walking slow and bent over. that is the short version remind me to tell you the fun I had with my cathoder.

Ok, so I am totally bad at doing regular long boring blogs. Sooo, I decided to start using Twitter instead. I like it so far. I just have to figure out how to do it from my cell and I will be all set (not that I am ever away from the house or from one of my computers for that long). I put a Twitter widget on my myspace page but if you want to get te full effect go here http://twitter.com/katmanken to see it

Well another advanced Karate test down. And yes I can not move my arms (had to put my keyboard in my lap). The Test was a little eaier this time, NOT BY MUCH, but easier.8 1/2 hours of almost stright work out to get one little piece of tape on my belt (stripe). LOL we had a guy testing with us going for his black belt, I had to fight him twice, the second time it was two of us against him, took him a while but he finally got one of us down (not me), my ears are still ringing from the screams of all the parents. It was cool. OK time to go fill the tub with ice, laters

Current mood: drained
Ok, Just finished my Karate test and I am exhausted. My legs, arms and chest are all sore. I thought it would never end. The test was about 8 hours long. But, I am a green belt now. I only have to go through that six or seven more times to go get my black belt *sigh*. I think I am going to go lay in a tub full of ice now if I can make it up the steps or for that matter out of this chair. LOL oww that hurt.

I never believe these things, they never are how other people see you: Quiz one:
Your Five Variable Love Profile | Propensity for Monogamy:
Your propensity for monogamy is high. You find it easy to be devoted and loyal to one person. And in return, you expect the same from who you love. Any sign of straying, and you'll end things.
Experience Level:
Your experience level is high. You've loved, lost, and loved again. You have had a wide range of love experiences. And when the real thing comes along, you know it!
Dominance:
Your dominance is low. This doesn't mean you're a doormat, just balanced. You know a relationship is not about getting your way. And you love to give your sweetie a lot of freedom.
Cynicism:
Your cynicism is low. You are an eternal optimist when it comes to love and romance. No matter how many times you've been hurt - you're never bitter. You believe in one true love, your perfect soulmate. And if you haven't found true love yet, you know you will soon.
Independence:
Your independence is medium. In relationships, you need both "me time" and "we time." You usually find it easy to be part of a couple. But occasionally you start to feel a little smothered. |
QUIZ two: | You Are Dr. Bunsen Honeydew | You take the title "mad scientist" to the extreme -with very scary things coming out of your lab. And you've invented some pretty cool things, from a banana sharpener to a robot politician. But while you're busy turning gold into cottage cheese, you need to watch out for poor little Beaker! "Oh, that's very naughty, Beaker! Now you eat these paper clips this minute." |

Current mood: sick
Man this is getting ridulous. Ok so now, after everything that has gone on over the last two months with my girl, work, karate, my legs, my car now I am really sick for the past two weeks. Not only have I been coughing since last Tuesday, but I developed conjunctivitis (pink eye) real bad in my left eye and it spread to my right over the weekend. I looked like a red eyed demon. It was painful too and I could hardly see Saturday. Had no one to spend easter with even if I wasn't very contagious, becasue my parents are in Missouri and my sister was visiting friends. At least I got to play WoW that day (joy). *coff* *coff* man that has got to stop *coff* *coff* Plus to top it all off all 3 dogs are having ear problems (tis the season).
