We thought you're LONG overdue an update on what's going on in JCQ-BBQ-HQ so grab a mop and get ready to wet yourselves with excitement.

As some of you may or possibly may not know, Nick has left the band for greener pastures. After our last tour with The Gold Coast, he decided to concentrate fully on Serafina Studios so respect to him. We're carrying on as a four piece and before you start digging out your CV, we're not looking for another guitarist for now.

We've finally got round to getting our CD out! And just 11 months after recording it!... The release date is Monday the 11th of January 2010 and it's out on ONDRYLAND records. It will be available in HMV, from iTunes and directly from us (the best, and cheapest way) We've already put up the Pre-Order on www.thejcq.bigcartel.com You can buy a cd and poster for £6 or we'll throw in a limited edition t-shirt for just £4 more. ALSO we'll send you not one, not three, but TWO new un-heard demos we've lined up for next years album if you pre-order.

Aside from all that gubbins, we've been having lols snapping guitars in half and filling the (diesel) van up with petrol, and to be honest, we feel selfish having all these lols so here's a lol from us to you - When Arnold Schwarzenegger was asked if he'll be upgrading to Windows 7, he replied, 'No, I still love Vista baby'
