Can you help spread the word by telling other sufferers, your friends, and family about Sleepydust?

Through it's various web pages, ezines, videos, audios and course, Sleepydust continues to help sufferers and their friends and family, all around the world. If you have found the information on Sleepydust helpful, I would be very grateful if you'd consider telling others about it.

I built Sleepydust because I wanted to provide people easy-to-understand information about Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome, M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. And moreover, to provide hopeful realism to sufferers who have lost hope of ever improving their quality of life. Because it is my utmost belief that there certainly is hope.

Can you help to spread the word about Sleepydust?

Ways In Which You Can Help Support Sleepydust:

At the moment, there are small ways in which you can help support the work done on Sleepydust. Every little helps and Sleepydust would really be grateful for any support you can give the site.

We have a page that's dedicated to explaining the various ways in which you can help support the work we do. I've just updated it so now you can check out many more ways in which you can show your support.

Here are just a few ways in which you can help support us:

  • Tell people about the free Sleepydust video about ME/CFS
  • Vote for the video on YouTube
  • Join our community at MySpace
  • Share this site with your friends and family
  • Show the ME/CFS awareness video on YOUR site or blog
  • Link to us from your site or blog
  • Other ways that cost you nothing extra

[21 Dec 2006 | Thursday]

Remember when we asked you all to send us your questions for an interview we'd be conducting with Dr Mickel? Well, the audio interview is now available, for free, on the Sleepydust site!

In the interview the Sleepydust Editor, Claire, asks Dr Mickel a few of the questions that our e-magazine subscribers sent in a while ago.

The Sleepydust Interview With Dr Mickel Re. Mickel Therapy - An M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia Therapy

A big thank you to Siobhan, for doing the transcript of the interview.

We hope the interview will be of help to you, and that it will answer some of your questions. Feel free to also check out the Sleepydust M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome course, which also includes a lesson dedicated to the basic underlying concepts of Mickel Therapy.

[04 Dec 2006 | Monday]

As you may or may not know, we've now launched the Sleepydust M.E/CFS video on YouTube.

--- Side Note --- Not only that, but we've now made it free for anyone to show their visitors the M.E/CFS video, on their own site.  Neat huh? --- Side Note ---

But now we need YOUR help! We need your votes!

YouTube is a great place to raise the profile of M.E/CFS. It has become one of the most visited sites in the world. And we're hoping that our free, educational M.E/CFS video will really help to spread the word about the condition. And ideally, we'd like to get onto YouTube's 'Top Rated' page. But that's an awful lot of votes that we need!

So here's the deal:

Help us to get this video seen by more people! It can't be easier and it will only take seconds to do. Just...

... head on over to our video page on YouTube...

... and give us a 5 star rating (check out the small red stars underneath)!

The more 5-star votes we get, the higher we can raise the profile about M.E/CFS, the more people we can inform. So please take a few seconds to vote. And if you want to help even more, ask all your friends to vote for the video too! Heck - tell everyone you know!

So what are you waiting for? Get voting guys! Let's spread the word.

[02 Dec 2006 | Saturday]

There's no doubt about it - we can make more of a difference as a collective. That's why we've made our M.E/CFS video available for FREE, for YOU to host on YOUR OWN sites, forums, and blogs...

Yep, that's right. If you run a web site, forum, or if you keep a blog (otherwise known as an online diary), then we invite you to help us to spread the word about M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, by posting the free video on your site.

We've made it really easy for you too. All you need to do is add a short piece of code into your web page or blog template, and that's it. You don't even have to pay for extra bandwidth because the particular version of the video you'd be showing, is actually hosted in a big, online, video library service called 'YouTube'. So when we say free, we really mean… free.

To get hold of the code you need, and to help spread the word straight away, please visit the page below:

http://www.sleepydust.net/me-cfs-chronic-fatigue-syndrome-video-host.html

If you know any other web masters or bloggers, please help to spread the word by telling them about this page.

Together, we really can make a difference.

Today Sleepydust's first ever, official press release was launched. Here's a summary:

A new online self-help course has received a great, positive response from M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferers. Written by the editor of sleepydust.net, the course contains positive, practical, and realistic information, based on the editor's own research and personal experience with M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The course aims to show M.E/CFS sufferers that there is indeed hope, and that sufferers can certainly improve their quality of life significantly, even if they don't recover 100% of their health.
