I built Sleepydust because I wanted to provide people easy-to-understand information about Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome, M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia. Today Sleepydust's first ever, official press release was launched. Here's a summary:

A new online self-help course has received a great, positive response from M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome sufferers. Written by the editor of sleepydust.net, the course contains positive, practical, and realistic information, based on the editor's own research and personal experience with M.E / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The course aims to show M.E/CFS sufferers that there is indeed hope, and that sufferers can certainly improve their quality of life significantly, even if they don't recover 100% of their health.
