ROAD TRIP...
OK...sorry all, i thought this sent out Monday morning, but just noticed it in my drafts.
ok..Given our won yesterday, i feel good and here are the details. I know it's not a package deal, but this way we have the most flexabilty. please remember that the more the better it is for everyone at each point
short version:
nov 11th 5am meet at PH / Leave DC 10am Check in Hotel 11am Tailgate and scalp tickets 1pm Game time 4pm Game over 5:30pm DCSN party at bar
Nov 12th 9am wake up/breakfast 10am leave hotel for Steeler store 10:30 Steeler Store 11:30 leave the burgh for DC 4:30 Arrive DC
Details:
Transportation: Carpool to the burgh - based on how many people are going we may rent a van, but we must have 8 people for this option and 3 drivers. Everyone will spit gas and rental fees, budget 60-80
Hotel: Either Holiday Inn in Monroeville or South Side, but this is based off of number again. i get a descent discount..budget 20-30
Tailgate: 20 bucks sponsored by Town Tavern and McFadden's Pgh.
Game tix... we are scalping again, everyone is responsible for their own, i will assist those that don't know how to scalp, budget 125-175
After party: This is something new, my connections at a few bars up there are gonna pay off. I am working to see if anyone can get a few players to stop by after the game for a few. this will have DCSN all over it, and a good chance to make connections back home...budget 20-40
there is a 20 dollar deposit (cash) that must be paid by Oct. 22nd. (our next game)
