a note from a friend:


Ok so I just want to state for the record that my objective is NOT to breed fear(unlike all mainstream media), but sometimes, fear can be the ultimate catalyst for action. Or- at least -dissemenation of information- as long as its the truth. So with that it mind, I'm passing along an article about !!AGAIN!! how vaccines were found to be tainted with sinister agents. It is very clear now that it is not the bird flu we should be worried about, but the innoculations, which apparently are the delivery agent for MORE bird flu.

This is not making the US media, so it is necessary for us all to pass along the info in a grassroots manner. As always, I dont want you to believe me, just do the research yourself and form your own opinion, but if you find out the same info I did, then you are obligated to let others know about this.

"Now, nobody here is being told that the present “outbreak” of ‘flu was deliberately engineered by a US pharmaceutical company. Baxter International Inc. were caught on the brink of starting an avian flu “pandemic,” by distributing flu vaccines contaminated with H5N1 avian flu virus to 18 countries last December.

It was only by providence that the batch was first tested on ferrets in the Czech Republic, before being shipped out for injection into humans. The ferrets all died and the shocking discovery was made.

H5N1 is a strain of avian flu virus classed as a bio-terrorism agent, as it has a kill ratio of 60%. If they had gone into full human inoculation procedures—and well they might—they would have perpetrated the biggest crime against humanity ever to take place. The scale would make Hiroshima, genocide and the Holocaust seem like schoolboy pranks.

By the way, it is impossible and almost inconceivable, that the vaccines could have been “accidentally” contaminated. You will hear that as an excuse, I’m sure, and the government will back them—because the government also has dirty fingers (I’m referring to the previous administration, which spent most of its term in office trying to create the myth of a flu pandemic and putting in place severe population control methods to coerce the masses into doing what they are told)."

The Realm of Consciousness

How easy it is for people to become trapped in their conceptual prisons. The human mind, in its desire to know, understand and control, mistakes its opinions and viewpoints for the truth. It says: this is how it is.


VIEWPOINTS - You have to be larger than thought to realise that however you interpret your life or someone else's life or behaviour, however you judge any situation, it is no more than a viewpoint, one of many possible perspectives. It is no more than a bundle of thoughts. But reality is one unified whole, in which all things are interwoven, where nothing exists in and by itself.




INNER SPACE - The realm of consciousness is much vaster than thought can grasp. When you no longer believe everything you think, you step out of thought and see clearly that the thinker is not who you are. The mind exists in a state of not enough and so is always greedy for more. When you are identified with mind, you get bored and restless very easily. When you feel bored, you can satisfy the mind's hunger by picking up a magazine, making a phone call, switching on the TV, surfing the web or going shopping. Or you can stay bored and restless and observe what it feels like to be bored and restless. As you bring awareness to the feeling, there is suddenly some space and stillness around it, as it were.


A little at first, but as the sense of inner space grows, the feeling of boredom will begin to diminish in intensity and significance. So even boredom can teach you who you are and who you are not. You discover that a bored person is not who you are. Boredom, anger, sadness, or fear are not yours, not personal. They are conditions of the human mind.


DYSFUNCTIONAL CONCEPTS - Prejudice of any kind implies that you are identified with the thinking mind. It means you don't see the other human being anymore, but only your own concept of that human being. To reduce the aliveness of another human being to a concept is already a form of violence. Thinking that is not rooted in awareness becomes self-serving and dysfunctional. Cleverness devoid of wisdom is extremely dangerous and destructive. That is the current state of most of humanity.




TRANSCENDING THOUGHT - The next step in human evolution is to transcend thought. It doesn't mean not to think anymore, but simply not to be completely identified with thought, possessed by thought.


Feel the energy of your inner body. Feel the life that you are, the life that animates the body. The body then becomes a doorway, so to speak, into a deeper sense of aliveness underneath the fluctuating emotions and underneath your thinking.


ALIVENESS - There is an aliveness in you that you can feel with your entire being, not just in the head. Every cell is alive in that presence in which you don't need to think. Yet, in that state, if thought is required for some practical purpose, it is there. The mind can still operate, and it operates beautifully when the greater intelligence that you are uses it and expresses itself through it.


AWARE PRESENCE - You may have overlooked that brief periods in which you are "conscious without thought" are already occurring naturally and spontaneously in your life. You may be engaged in some manual activity or walking across the room or waiting at the airline counter and be so completely present that the usual mental static of thought subsides and is replaced by an aware presence. Your perceptions become crystal clear, unclouded by thought.


STATE OF KNOWING - To the mind, all this is not significant because it has more important things to think about. It is also not memorable and that's why you may have overlooked that it is already happening. The truth is that it is the most significant thing that can happen to you. It is the beginning of a shift from thinking to aware presence. Become at ease with the state of not knowing.




BEYOND THE MIND - This takes you beyond mind because the mind is always trying to conclude and interpret. It is afraid of not knowing. So, when you can be at ease with not knowing, you have already gone beyond the mind. A deeper knowing that is non-conceptual then arises out of that state.


MASTERY - Artistic creation, sports, dance, teaching, counseling - mastery in any field of endeavour implies that the thinking mind is either no longer involved at all or at least is taking second place. A power and intelligence greater than you and yet one with you in essence takes over. There is no decision-making process anymore; spontaneous right action happens and you are not doing it. Mastery of life is the opposite of control. You become aligned with the greater consciousness. It acts, speaks, does the works.

A well put together documentary revealing a wide range of evidence that points towards NASA hiding a big secret to mankind "we are not alone and have never been alone" In the past conspiracy theorists have been branded a bad name because the theory most of the time consisted of no evidence and the story would take on all kinds of twist as the conspiracy would circulate through the public like chines whispers. In the past five years due to the rise of the world wide web a lot of conspiracy theories are now being taken serious. Information has become public because of the web, credible evidence is now to the normal person viable, we are able to validate claims made by looking through archives and company websites. Conspiracy theory is no longer "theory" but a evidential conspiracy with credible people revealing secrets within the system. I believe the web is a blueprint to there downfall. I believe its about time we all took a reality check. You don't need to turn to high up officials giving out small parts of information through the media anymore, all the information is on the Internet.

Spirals and Helices
A spiral is any plane curve that winds around a point in successive convolutions, the curve receding more and more from the point that is called the center. A helix is a kind of three-dimensional spiral. Formally, a helix is a curve that lies on the surface of a cylinder or cone with a constant distance between adjacent coils.
Examples
There are many examples of spirals and helices. Spirals are found in the shells of snails and of Nautilus, a type of marine mollusk. They are also found in spiral galaxies. Sunflower seeds are arranged in a spiral in the center of the flower. Helices are even more common, both in natural and artificial situations. A coiled spring is an example of a helix that could be wrapped around a cylinder while the vortex caused by water going down a plughole is an example of a helix that could be wrapped around a cone. Perhaps the best known helix of all is the double helix of DNA. It is called a double helix because it has two strands wound around each other, each of which is a helix.
