MELTING POT is back with one-off event in the King's Manor (formely Moot) on the 19th of September and we are happy to announce debut public apperance of 4 peace outfit based in Newcastle - "Jonstun and Urban Geisha". They are mixing together electronic sounds with guitars, brass and drums, where programmed playing and freestyle playing come together to produce music that stimulates the mind, touches the heart and moves the hips! "Jonstun and Urban Geisha's" LOVE SOUL CREATION set carries a mixture of electronics, beats, hip-hop and jazz influences. Their sound comes from the heart and has been shaped by the band members diverse cultural backgrounds and heritage, which makes the music truly international!

In addition, we are lucky to offer you the diversity of musical representations by Newcastle own electronic artist Aereal, who recently has been working on "breakbeat ravecore stab fest, savage android four four workouts and ambient hip hop beats".


On the decks duty we have Becky - playing cutting edge electro and Broken Doll with the mix of weird electronica.
