We have had some miscommunications with a few Myspace friends & shop visitors, so here is the low down, kinda like a FAQ for DVDclothing
First most often asked question
Q: Where is your store located?
A: DVDclothing and its many other stores are all online only, unless you see us at a show such as a rave, concert or other Art event... other than that ONLINE ONLY!

DVDclothing.com Q: Will you sponser me, my band etc.? or give us free shirts for ( enter reason here) ?
A: At this time we are already working with a few select artists that we feel will give us the most visibility. As far as models we are still looking for people that are willing to model for exposure and possible merch compensation for their time. We are only giving free merch to our REPs that have actually sold merch for us and made a effort at sharing our links with many people.
Q: Can you give a crazy discount for larger orders?
A: The truth is no because DVDclothing uses a print on demand company called Zazzle to print our products. So since Zazzle does all the printing, shipping, returns and other biz, we only actually make a small amount above cost but it all works out because we can focus on the artistic design aspects and not worry about shipping, printing, etc. .. So to answer the question No, because if a shirt costs $30, then our cost is about $25. So we actually make about 10 to 20% of the cost that our customers pay. Unlike a print shop that if they printed it themselves could have only paid $2-4 for each shirt they make so it pays for them to give a few out and to sell them for only$15 if needed. They still make a profit. Our base rate to sell a shirt is $15 so we have to price it at $16 or above to make a dollar or more profit. So in other words, If we give someone a $20 t-shirt for free it costs us like $18 out of pocket. Thats why we dont comp alot of free gear at this time. Maybe things will change as we get more well known and make better profits.
Q: I love your designs, but they are really big on the shirt or hat, Can you make them smaller on the shirt?
A: Yes, We are a fully customisable store so that means that you can take any design you see and click on the CUSTOMISE link on the product page and just drag the corner of the design and make it smaller or larger. You can also add text, pictures and choose the design on any style of men or womens shirt, hoodie or item you like.
Q: Why are some t-shirts $13 and some $40+ ?
A: Our print company Zazzle lets you choose the shirt you want to have your design printed on. So you can always click SEE OTHER SHIRTS link and then choose a cheap value shirt ( like $13 ) or many other shirts including American apparel and even Organic cotton high quality designer shirts. Its your choice and you can see the design on any and all shirts, Hats, etc. before you make a purchase. You can also choose which virtual Model you choose to see your shirt on, So wheteher you are thin, stocky,athletic or heavy set, there is a model that you can choose to see a preview of what the desired shirt will look like on your shape or frame.
