Hey guys! A lot of you may have heard already but for those of you who haven't there's big changes in Monk & Neagle land! Michael and Rachael Neagle recently had a beautiful baby boy!! After a lot of prayer and talking they came to the decision at the beginning of this year that it was time for Michael to stay home permanently and be a family man. This was a very hard decision for them and they have 100% of my support! Michael and I will always be the best of friends and I miss him being on the road with me but I know this is the right thing for them!
I am still traveling and doing shows and I am having a blast! I'm also in the studio right now working on a solo project that I'm very excited about! Our spring tour starts in about a week and we are so excited about it...i can't even explain. this is something that we have been looking foward to for a very long time. for a while we started thinking that we were forever destined to be the "opener" and sometime the "opener, opener" and i know that a lot of you have seen us as the "opener, opener....opener, open...well you get the point! that was great for a while, we appreciated every opportunity so very much, but it can start to where on you after a while. so..here we go. we're all grown up now and it's time to move out of mommy and daddys house. we're a little nervouse but like i said, very excited! we can't wait to see all of you out there! keep helping us spread the word and we'll see you soon!

hello all my little myspace buddies!! alright, so i told you about the tour coming up, so now let me tell you how you can help us. we are going to put together some street teams in certain areas to help us spread the word about upcoming shows.

"why should i help? what's in it for me?" well, those are very good questions. ones that we are still trying to figure out. do you like free stuff? we have a lot of stuff that we can give you, like cds, t-shirts, i bake a mean apple pie! also, we're thinking that we might have a little get together before each show with all of our street teamers. "i'd rather have the apple pie." we're def open to suggestions on the street team benifits.

right now we are specifically looking for people in the austin area and the dallas area but you can sign up for this no matter where you live. we will need all of you eventually.

hello everyone! welcome to what i believe to be our very first blog entry ever. that's incredibly sad! but at least you have something to look forward to every five years or so.
i want to tell you about our upcoming tour. we've never really done our own tour so we're kind of excited about this! we're gonna do things a little bit different than the norm!
every show on this tour will be a "NAME YOUR OWN TICKET PRICE" show! you have to buy a ticket to come to the show but you get to pay whatever you want! also, when you buy a ticket we're gonna give you one of our acoustic cds for free! call me crazy but i think that's a good deal! some of the dates are posted but there are many more to come. if you don't see your city, town or village on there send us a request. we might just take you up on it!
