Talk about injustice. How do you wind up in prison serving two life terms for a robbery that netted 11 dollars? That question has haunted first time offenders Gladys and Jamie Scott for the past 15 years.

On December 24, 1993, Scott County Sheriff's Department in Mississippi arrested the sisters for an armed robbery they vehemently deny participation in. In 1994 they were convicted after being implicated in the crime by three young Black men who confessed to the robbery in exchange of a plea bargain that gave them 10 months. The sisters were not offered a plea and went to trial.

Time has passed slowly for these sisters as they watched from behind bars their five children grow into adults and mourned the lost of their father. They have felt the pain of exhausting all their legal remedies while being denied relief at every level.
According to Nancy Lockhart, M.J., a legal analyst who has worked tirelessly over the years to help set free the Scott sisters she says she will never forget the frigid Chicago morning when she opened a letter from Mrs. Evelyn Rasco, the mother of the Scott sisters. She told the story of her daughters and her plight to help free them. "How can they give my daughters two life sentences for a crime that netted 11 dollars where no one was injured?" This prompted Lockhart to become the Scott sister's lifeline for hope. She began a campaign to try freeing them.

The Scott Sisters challenged their convictions on direct appeal arguing that there was insufficient evidence to convict them and the guilty verdict was against the overwhelming weight of evidence, which should have exonerate them. The court of appeals found no error and affirmed the convictions on December 17, 1996. As a result, they filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court, which was denied on May 15, 1997. They consequently filed an Application for Leave to File Motion to Vacate Conviction pursuant to the Mississippi Post Conviction Collateral Relief Act. The Supreme Court also denied that application.

In 1998 one of the sentenced men signed an affidavit telling that the Scott sisters were not involved with the crime. The affidavit along with two others that pointed to the sister's innocence were secured by their attorney and submitted for post conviction relief. Then attorney Chokwe Lumumba submitted a request for commutation of sentence and/or pardon to the governor. It was subsequently denied.
Gladys and Jamie Scott have maintained their innocence. They have spent nearly 15 years in prison for a crime they did not commit that netted the sum of 11 dollars. It is time for them to join their families.

“You fit in where you get in” philosophy and Black & brown opportunism

Many people will claim publicly to be black, but in private their vocabulary will suddenly be modified (ex: “so-called black” “brown” “non white”)… By using the word “Black” I mean “African” and we all understand that so many of us have a problem with that word so they stick, more or less, with the first quoted word of this sentence. We also acknowledge that in their logic of defining themselves according to the location where they reside (ex: American) rather that their location of origin, they would call themselves “Martian” if they were born on planet Mars. Black opportunists will attempt to include as many people as possible as “their own”. For instance black opportunists will attempt to include Latinos, but ask the Latinos themselves if they are black and they will let you know. Black opportunists will attempt to include Indians (Asians), but ask them and they will tell you themselves whether or not they are black. All ethnic groups in this planet know who/what they are (or consider themselves to be) and they do not include others.

Knowing that some black people do not consider themselves black, it is stupid to try to include non-blacks as such.

That is without detailing the obvious and repetitious racism (verbal and physical) regularly expressed by the same groups that black nationalists are attempting to include. At least the lost negroes who do not consider themselves black only exercise the verbal racism.

Arguments:

“We all come from the same African ancestors”.

In this case I do not see any reason to exclude European Caucasians only.

“Look what Europeans have done”.

Asian Caucasians have done the same before and for even longer (1000 years of arabo-muslim slavery, countless of previous attacks and even invasions).

But black opportunists will “sweep under the rug” these facts in order to remain part of a group as large as possible.

I heard before someone part of an organisation that is allegedly for “Black people” say “I do not see color” “I look at people’s action).

In this case why dealing with an organisation for “Black people” in the first place ? (Because “you fit in where you get in”).

Conveniently, with this mentality no matter which type of Caucasian (even the European) it can be “all good in the hood” as long as you do not see any bad actions committed by them.

You should mediate on this quote from Mao Tse-Tung (that I first heard from the mouth of Fred Hampton) :

“Politics is war without bloodshed while war is politics with bloodshed”.

Political parties do not mix, let alone systems (ex: Capitalism & Communism). Yet you want to talk about “revolution” and/or “nation building” while claiming “your people” (black people) and others at the same time? You are supposed to stand for something, you cannot claim everything and anything altogether. You need to know where to draw a line otherwise do not talk about “black people”.

We must make the difference between those who happened to be born black, and those who are down for black people.

Now some say “my skin is not black, it’s brown”, then why don’t you call yourself African ?

What about those who have a more natural hue (a darker complexion), isn’t their skin color black ?

Why take your own case and make a generalization with it ?

NUMBERS PHILOSOPHY

That is what make one a groupie (otherwise called a sheep). Enough said.

Religious opportunism & “open minded” believers

Some claim “Black Power” but when a white man is “attacked” (criticized) they go to defend him.

Newsflash : this is not “Black Power”. If your religion stands in the way of your convictions then you should make a choice.

You cannot claim to go hard on the “cracker” except some for “religious purposes”.

You cannot claim the white man is the devil and have a white prophet.

You cannot claim the white man is the devil and have a white god.

But today you still have plenty of black people with this illogical reasoning.

Exodus 1:15

“And the king of Egypt spake to the Hebrew midwives, of which the name of the one was Shiphrah, and the name of the other Puah:

And he said, when ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him:

but if it be a daughter, then she shall live.”

Qur’an 2:49

“And when we delivered you from Firon's (pharaoh’s) people, who subjected you to severe torment, killing your sons and sparing your women, and in this there was a great trial from your Lord.”

Stop trying to claim Kemet when it suits you while you believe in falsehood at the same time.

You choose to dishonour our ancestor just follow other people’s religion, well it’s up to you, but no “black talk” from you then.

You still have some people today who dare to say that “Islam abolished slavery” (also that it was the first religion to do so).

Arabized negroes take on the struggles of their masters, they prioritized their masters interest, that’s why they talk about Zionism and the ..Middle East.. all day but they don’t say a word about Sudan

They regularly condemn the American presidents, but just ask them:

“Do you condemn the Sudanese president ?”

They complain about the American government, but just ask them:

“Do you condemn the Sudanese government ?”

They complain about the police (and “crackers” in general, politicians…) but just ask them:

“Do you condemn the Janjaweed killing and our brothers, raping our sisters and enslaving our people ?”

Question to the reader :

Have you even seen these arabized negroes, who scream and shout for the causes of their masters, publicly raised the above issues ?

See if they are willing to answer “yes” to these questions publicly. Otherwise they are nothing but cowards.

If anyone condemns you for something but not others when they are doing the same thing (or worse), they probably take you for an idiot.

Do you think it is ok for a 50 year old man to have sex with a 9 year old girl, yes or no ?

Some may say “that’s not in the Qur’an but in the hadiths” so now here comes the “pick and choose” option.

All of a sudden, only the Qur’an is valid, so what about the hadiths which give information on the life of Muhammad ?

What about the hadiths that give information about Bilal ?

I might be wrong but from the last time I checked, Bilal is not in the Qur’an.

But it’s ok, rather than answering “yes” or “no” you will quote anything and everything until you feel better.

Because you are “open minded".

LAME SCHOLARSHIP

  • Drawings as “evidence”
  • Current pictures as “ancient situation”

(arabized negroes showing pictures of African Muslims today pretending that it has been this way thousands of years ago).

  • Claiming mythical lands, mythical people and fictional stories as “History”
  • Talking about African enslavement as if it was started by the Europeans.

These lames will sweep 1000 years of slavery under the rug, they will not mention the arabo-muslim slavery which started before the transatlantic slave trade, lasted longer than the transatlantic slave trade and is still going on today after the transatlantic slave trade.

Wake up! That’s not knowledge, it’s worst than ignorance because they know, yet they avoid it. Tricknology at its best.

And so many of us are foolish enough to support that kind of people, listening to their non sense and say things like “wow that’s deep”.

How pitiful!

ARROGANCE OF IGNORANCE

People want to teach but they don’t want to learn.

You all want to kick knowledge right ? Answer these simple questions:

  • Can anyone provide any archaeological evidence that mentions Moses during his lifetime, yes or no ?
  • Can anyone provide any archaeological evidence that mentions Yeshua (Jesus Christ) during his lifetime, yes or no ?....

He allegedly did all this:
-> Resurrected a girl
-> Resurrected a man
-> walked on water

-> gave sight to a blind man
-> multiplied bread and fish
-> changed water into wine

-> "healed" or put back an ear that was cut off
-> the day he died there was an "eclipse" and a earthquake
-> he resurrected
-> He rose to the skies in front of a crowed
Surely someone would have wrote something about it at the time

“ROLLING WITH IT”

Too many spent so many years learning falsehood and when reality strikes (truth) they are not humble enough to admit that they were wrong. If you find out that something is wrong you’re supposed to make an appropriate correction if possible.

If you pass on the lies then you are a deceiver, you are lying to our people!

Today, some Judeo-christianized negroes claim that the so-called Hebrew-Israelites founded and/or ruled Kemet.

Today, some Arabized negroes claim that the so-called Moors (Muslims) founded and/or ruled Kemet.

You even have negroes showing artefacts of Caucasians and claiming that they are black people.

I am sure that many of you have noticed how much arabized negroes regularly attack Afrocentricity, that is simply because it doesn’t glorify their belief system. The slick excuse/claim that it is a “recent ideology” doesn’t make sense because so are the movements that these arabized negroes are following. How funny that suddenly time matters so much, there is a “need to go back” (unfortunately it is not a Sankofa mentality), to go “to the source”. So they will go as far as the 20’s, or the 7th century, or better yet the beginning of the common era (year zero), or maybe the period of the fictional biblical character Moses (around 1500 B.C.E), or probably the period of Abraham (around 2000 B.C.E). Who knows, perhaps they will go the farthest according to their belief system, therefore forget about the million years old bone remains, it all starts around 4000 B.C.E.

(As with every contradiction in the Bible I expect excuses such as the popular "one day is like a thousand days for god" but there we go)

Abraham went to Egypt under the 12th dynasty, which means around 2000 B.C. He left Haran at 75 to go in Egypt and stopped at a few places. A few years later, at 86 his Egyptian wife Agar gave birth to his eldest son Ishmael. If we keep 80 years old as an average, the probable age of Abraham when he arrived in Egypt, we can work out when the world was created (according to the Torah).

Birth of Abraham (2000 + 80) 2080 B.C
age of Terah at the birth of his son Abraham : 70
age of Nahor at the birth of his son Terah : 29
age of Serug at the birth of his son Nahor : 30
age of Reu at the birth of his son Serug : 32
age of Peleg at the birth of his son Reu : 30
age of Eber at the birth of his son Peleg : 34
age of Shelah at the birth of his son Eber : 30
age of Arpachshad at the birth of his son Shelah : 35
age of Shem at the birth of his son Arpacshad : 100
age of Noah at the birth of his son Shem : 500
age of Lamech at the birth of his son Noah : 182
age of Methuselah at the birth of his son Lamech : 187
age of Enoch at the birth of his son Methuselah : 65
age of Jared at the birth of his son Enoch : 162
age of Mahalalel at the birth of his son Jared : 65
age of Kenan at the birth of his son Mahalalel : 70
age of Enosh at the birth of his son Kenan : 90
age of Seth at the birth of his son Enosh : 105
age of Adam at the birth of his son Seth : 130

Which gives 4026 B.C.E ............(before common era)
If we add today's date (2009) it means it happened 6,035 years ago.
Given Take a 100 or even maybe a 1000 years for those who will disagree the
most, we still have a very approximate date according to the details given in the Bible.

Question: Do you really believe that the world was created 6000 years ago ?

LEGACY HIJACKING

“Malcolm X was a Muslim”

We all heard it over and over again but don’t forget to mention that until his death his was the head of an organization for black people only.

The same goes for Khalid Abdul Muhammad (by the way there is a strange silence concerning him talking about KEMET).

“Nat Turner was a Christian” (as if he could be anything else at the time and place).

Oh yes Nat Turner was a “Christian”, but what did he do ? Do white Christians pay homage to him ?

While I’m at it, here is a quote from Nat Turner:

“[…] and I then found on the leaves in the woods hieroglyphic characters, and numbers, with the forms of men in different attitudes, portrayed in blood, and representing the figures I had seen before in the heavens”.

Organization:

Isn’t it strange that so many people claim that “no on did what our leader did” and so forth ?

Isn’t it strange how they sometimes make comparisons but they leave out the leader of the largest ever Pan-African organization ?

MARCUS GARVEY is a great example to follow, he was proud of his roots and he never denied them contrary to many contemporary

so-called leaders. You will notice that he didn’t need heavy emphasis on religion to get by.

When people know they are cowards, they would rather see you as one of them so they can feel better.

They don’t have any benefit with you following the path of strong courageous ancestors, and remember that their faith (belief system) gets in the way so no matter how much killing, rape, castration, mutilation, enslavement a doctrine have brought, for them that is the best way.

KEMET

Besides those who appear to try to limit Kemet to “Osiris, Isis, Horus” (USR, AST, HRU) and even pronounce Maat “Mayat” (you do not say “beeble” do you ?). Besides those who appear to try to limit Kemet to spirituality only, when it is physically marvellous and original,

plentiful of undeniably unmatched constructions while at the same time some claim supreme wisdom but yet cannot even build a hut.

The groupies say: “There’s not only Kemet” (as if we said so).

Do you tell Jews/Christians “there’s not only Israel/Jerusalem” ?

Do you tell Muslims “there’s not only Mecca” ?

Do you tell Catholics “there’s not only the Vatican” ?

The groupies say: “there were other empires”

Are you talking about the same time period ?

What can you tell me about the “other countries” (that you are so interested in all of a sudden, yes African countries) 5000 years ago ?

Have you ever tried to talk about things that you know ?

Have you ever considered going in chronological order ?

By that I mean logical chronological order, not applying a 14th century situation to ancient African history.

Not skipping an empire that lasted 3000 years to jump to 2 million years old bone remains.

Not claiming Islam before the 7th century.

Do you think that there is any pride in mentioning African kings who converted to other people’s religion then waged war on their own kind just because they didn’t have the same religion ?

Finally ask yourself:

What do you share the most on networking sites, information or jokes ?

How many history books by black authors have you read ?

What were your ancestors doing before the common era (the year zero) ?

As I am writing this, I wonder if black people have become the most opportunist individuals on the planet.

THE FAILURE OF HAILE SELASSIE AS EMPEROR

Editorial by Marcus Garvey in the Black Man
- London March/April 1937

When the facts of history are written Haile Selassie of Abyssinia will go down as a great coward who ran away from his country to save his skin and left the millions of his countrymen to struggle through a terrible war that he brought upon them because of his political ignorance and his racial disloyalty.
It is a pity that a man of the limited intellectual calibre and weak political character like Haile Selassie became Emperor of Abyssinia at so crucial a time in the political history of the world. Unfortunately, Abyssinia lost the controlling influence of a political personality of patriotic racial character like the late Menelik, whose loyalty to his race and devotion to his country excelled all his other qualities, to the extent that he was able to use that very strength to continuously safeguard the interests of the Ethiopian Empire. What he did so well to preserve, a cringing, white slave hero worshipper, visionless and disloyal to his country, threw away. This is the impression the serious minded political student forms of the conduct of the ex-Emperor of Abyssinia.

EVERY NEGRO ASHAMED

Every Negro who is proud of his race must be ashamed of the way in which Haile Selassie surrendered himself to the white wolves of Europe. These statements may be considered very severe, and in fact, they are. We could have been otherwise apologetic and sympathetic, but that would have been only if we were dealing with a Coptic Priest or a Religious Monk and not a[n] Emperor who held and presided over the political trust of twelve million people of his own country, and the political destiny of the entire Negro race. This little misguided Emperor could not realise that he held in his hands the political trust of the hundreds of millions of Negroes of the world, men and women, who were looking up toward the firm establishment of political sovereignty, and that Ethiopia, like Liberia and Haiti were to them prizes of glory to be perpetuated and strengthened in the maintenance of the dignity of that black race that other men have claimed to be incompetent, inferior and unworthy, which every black man must disprove.

LOOKED WITH HOPE

When the war started in Abyssinia all Negro nationalists looked with hope to Haile Selassie. They spoke for him, they prayed for him, they sung for him, they did everything to hold up his hands, as Aaron did for Moses; but whilst the Negro peoples of the world were praying for the success of Abyssinia this little Emperor was undermining the fabric of his own kingdom by playing the fool with white men, having them advising him[,] having them telling him what to do, how to surrender, how to call off the successful thrusts of his Rases against the Italian invaders. Yes, they were telling him how to prepare his flight, and like an imbecilic child he followed every advice and then ultimately ran away from his country to England, leaving his people to be massacred by the Italians, and leaving the serious white world to laugh at every Negro and repeat the charge and snare - "he is incompetent," "we told you so." Indeed Haile Selassie has proved the incompetence of the Negro for political authority, but thank God there are Negroes who realise that Haile Selassie did not represent the truest qualities of the Negro race. How could he, when he wanted to play white? how could he, when he surrounded himself with white influence? how could he, when in a modem world, and in a progressive civilization, he preferred a slave State of black men than a free democratic country where the black citizens could rise to the same opportunities as white citizens in their democracies?

TELL THE TRUTH

The truth must be told so that the white world will realise that it was not the pride of the Negro that surrendered in Abyssinia. It was the disloyalty of a single man who was too silly to take pride in his race, who played such a game as to disgrace the political integrity of a noble people. The Negroes of Abyssinia and of the world are satisfied however that Abyssinia was not conquered by Italy and the European forces of Mussolini. Abyssinia was only conquered by the black levies of Italy. The Askaris have really been the victors in Abyssinia. [Rodolfo] Graziani only marched into Addis Ababa after he had made sure of the advanced guard of the Askaris. Every battle that the Italians won in Abyssinia resulted from the advanced charge of the Askaris. It was black men fighting black men, and this was made possible in Abyssinia because the regime of Haile Selassie had given a bad taste to the mouth, not only of the blacks of Abyssinia but of those of the surrounding territories. They felt that they had a cause against the Amharic white loving Emperor who liked to chain and flog black men, and whose brutality to them gave Mussolini the cause to fool the world that he was bestowing a blessing upon the people of Abyssinia by freeing them.

NO SLAVES

It was a piece of impertinence to suggest that black men should be held as slaves. We must admit that we glorified Haile Selassie when the war started, fought his battles to win international support, but we ever felt deep down in our hearts that he was a slave master. We had hoped that if Abyssinia had won that we would have forced the Government of Abyssinia to free the black whom they held as slaves. We would have preferred this than seeing the country taken by Mussolini or any European power; but now that the country is temporarily lost and the Emperor has cowardly exiled himself, the truth must be told.

WHAT RIGHT HAS HE?

The future freedom of Abyssinia must be built upon the highest principles of democracy. That is why it is preferable for the Abyssinian Negroes and the Negroes of the world to work for the restoration and freedom of the country without the assistance of Haile Selassie, because at best he is but a slave master. The Negroes of the Western World whose forefathers suffered for three hundred years under the terrors of slavery ought to be able to appreciate what freedom means. Surely they cannot feel justified in supporting any system that would hold their brothers in slavery in another country whilst they are enjoying the benefits of freedom elsewhere. The Africans who are free can also appreciate the position of slaves in Abyssinia. What right has the Emperor to keep slaves when all the democratic sections of the world were free, when men had the right to live, to develop, to expand, to enjoy all the benefits of human liberty[?]
The Emperor who has been exiled in Europe must have seen the civilization of Europe. In England where he lives he sees that men are not flogged and chained and kicked because of their colour or because of their condition, but where true human liberty guarantees to every man the happiest pursuit he can bring to himself. It has been reported that he is leaving England for Syria, where a large number of Abyssinian refugees are living. There is an interpretation that the decision to leave England and to live among "his people?" in Syria is to perpetuate his divine majesty in the presence of that king worship that he doesn't get in England, where men look at others as equals and not as masters by divine right. In truth, the Emperor is out of place in democratic England. He wants to be once more in the environment of the feudal Monarch who looks down upon his slaves and serfs with contempt. Except he changes the attitude of thinking himself better than the Negro who constitutes the larger number of Ethiopia and profit by the experience he has gained, he should not be a fit person to be in authority in the very country in which he was born. After all, Haile Selassie is just an ordinary man like any other human being. What right has he to hold men as slaves? It is only the misfortune of the slaves that causes him to be a slave master. Negroes who have the dignity of their race at heart resent the impertinence of anyone holding the blacks as slaves. Haile Selassie ought to realise this and abolish his foolish dream of being an Emperor of slaves and serfs and try to be an Emperor of noble men, and for him to be that he must himself be the noblest of them all. He hasn't proved his nobility in the war between Italy and Abyssinia. Ras Desta proved to be the Lord, the Nobleman of Ethiopia whilst Halle Selassie proved a cringing coward!

(RE-UP : http://www.ethiopianreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=14370&p=78658 )

I am not a Negro at all; I am a Caucasian' the Emperor Menelik told the West Indian pan-Africanist Benito Sylvian who had come to Addis Ababa to solicit the Emperor's leadership in a society for the 'Amelioration of the Negro race.' Haile Sellassie confirmed that view in a declaration to Chief H. O. Davis, a well known Nigerian nationalist, stating that the Ethiopians did not regard themselves as Africans, but as 'a mixed Hamito-Semitic people
SOURCE

Menelik is also again on record telling the then Italian representative to Ethiopia, Count Antonelli,
"that he loved Italy so much that he felt 'half Italian and no greater wish that to go there and see it"
Chris Prouty, Empress Taytu and Menelik II page 57

Here's the whole quote of Menelik's identity issues and his claims as the Italians as his friends:

""i love italy and I love it so much that almost I feel myself Italian, and I have no other desire than to go if it were possible, I myself (want) to see this Italy, to which many years of friendship bind me.

Look at Menelik asking the Italians to occupy Eritrean highlands.
"Via Antonelli's courier, Menelik informed the King of Italy that he would like the Italian soldiers to occupy Asmara, in order to discourage the imperial pretensions of Mengesha Yohannes (the son of Emperor Yohannes)." "There after," added Menelik, "God will give me the throne that for many years I have had the right to have."

Chris Prouty, Empress Taytu and Menelik II p. 6

Menelik II also had wrote to King Umberto of Italy and said, among other things, that this region was theres to share with:
"I beg Your Majesty to defend me against every one as I don't know what European kings will say about this let others know that this region is ours."
Chris Prouty, "Empress Taytu and Menelik II," p. 54

When Haile Selasie, the emperor of Ethiopia, was interviewed by the Nigerian
Daily times about Ethiopian racial identity in the 1930s, he said, "That
Ethiopians were not, and did not regard themselves as negros [sic], as they
were a Hamito-Semitic people"

Menelik II and Selassie both agreeing they are not Africans but rather in Menelik II own words as a "Caucasian".

Some say the fastest Ethiopian track star that ever lived is none other than Haile Selassie. When Mussonlini invaded Ethiopia, Haile Selassie, their general (that never seen war), ran away and fled for his life faster than any long distance star.

"In his desperate act to hold power, Haile Selassie now made a secret peace overture to Mussolini, sending a former Ethiopian Minister in Rome to contact the Italian consul in Djibouti. He offered to sell a large part of Ethiopia to Italy for one and half milliard Lira and to appoint six Italian advisors to direct the policy of his government. Mussolini sent sourteous reply to the intermediary, expressing his pleasure that the Negus had at last decided to negotiate directly with him; but he said the offer was unacceptable."
