wisconsin is offically fucking retarted, becuase earlier this week in edgerton (town in wisconsin) two kids got arrested for wearing ICP shirts to school and now because someone sent in a threat to shoot someone after that happened they pointed the finger straight at the kids who got arrested for wearin the ICP shirts
