The Facebook page is relatively old now, but I recently signed up for Twitter, and I thought they both bore linking:

Also, if you've tried to download any of my old mixes and gotten a 404, it's because the domain no longer exists. There's nothing I can do about this I'm afraid, but if any good Samaritans want to help me out with hosting, I wouldn't say no. Thanks!

Since it's been announced here - http://dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=81282 - I may as well start hyping it in my blog, eh?!

I'm doing a short mix for the Breezeblock next month as part of a special focusing on emerging female talent under the umbrella term of bass music. Ikonika, Subeena, Kito, Ahu, Cooly G, Shaunise, Nadsroic and Hudson Mohawke, Blank Blue, and The Long Lost will also be featured. If you're curious what I've been up to in the studio recently, or you want to see how many tracks I can get through in ten minutes (I'm aiming for six), tune in April 21st when it airs.

I may not archive the mix for public download after it's no longer on the BBC's site, however I'm working on a new studio mix of a healthier length that I'll post once tracks start getting picked up; it'll be the first mix since the - now apparently legendary - 'Medicate With Bass Weight' mix which I've had complete creative control over. (If you missed it, it's here. The first 45 minutes are one of the best things I've ever done, IMO.)

"Radiate" - which I've just added to my player - is up next on Offshore, backed with a d&b tempo track by the illustrious Alleycat of ESP Agency fame. You can also hear it in the latest Offshore podcast: http://www.dogsonacid.com/showthread.php?threadid=621327

Lastly my remix of "Thou Shalt Always Kill" placed third in the contest which the Sunday Best label was running, and it's now being streamed from Dan le Sac vs. Scroobius Pip's Myspace - http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=100291214&blogId=478761583 - as well as being given away with the other winners. Even if I hadn't placed at all, I had fun doing the remix - I'm a fan of their work. Check it if you like my remix!

Just a heads up - Mary Anne Hobbs was in California a couple of weeks ago to check out the dubstep scenes in Los Angeles and San Francisco, as part of a special she's put together for her program on BBC Radio 1. I believe she's playing "Radiate" by me this week during the radio broadcast, and I'm at the very end of this video, which she also edited: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DrEDupN1k4

(Nb: I didn't realize she was filming - I was rummaging through my purse for something and looked up when she called my name to see the camera. No idea why I had the impulse to wave.)

Other thoughts:

1. I would like "audio sonic bikini wax" on my tombstone. That's genius.

2. Sara's story gets better every time I hear it.

3. Flying Lotus and the Gaslamp Killer are showmen and musicians of the highest caliber.

4. Damn my hair looks good.

Tune into Mary Anne Hobbs's program the evening of the 16th / morning of the 17th for a link to a 320 of "Atrium" by myself, featured at the end of my Radio 1 mix last month. And if free music isn't enough incentive, there's a preview of the hotly anticipated new LP by Burial on the show.
