Much love to everyone on the other side of the ocean who came out to get down with us. Six shows, and not a bad one in the bunch. Here's a quick rundown of the madness, as best I can remember it:
Paris - June 12 - @ La Fleche D'or - w / Toxic Avenger, Man&Man, FCKN Crew, Charly Green, The Death Set
Our buddy Nelson from Man&Man booked a hell of a show. The sound and staff and feel of the club was top-notch, all of the acts came correct and played amazing sets to a very fashionable and enthusiastic crowd....but it was"secret guest" Toxic Avenger who just fucking destroyed the place. Playing only for drink tickets (which did not go to waste), he lurched and headbanged and tossed full beers into the crowd, all while playing with little regard for his gear. I was seriously shocked that nothing got broken. It was a magical evening.... Black Magick, that is. Pics of the night can be found here

and there are clips of us performing up on our Myspace page.

Lisboa - June 20 - @ Mini-Mercado - w / DJ Manaia + Os Bandidos
So after a week of cold kicking it in France and Spain, we
cruised over to
Portugal to party with our boy Manaia, who is also the owner of the club Mini-Mercado. The DJ booth is, let's say..
intimate, but somehow we all crammed in there and pounded out some bangers 'til the break of dawn. After
that, Manaia took us to his friend's house outside of town, so we could crash in style. We found ourselves in the dopest of villas, and as we swam in the pool that afternoon, looking out over the lemon groves and rolling hills, it was hard to find the motivation to pack up and head to the next gig. Hey Cristiano Ronaldo - sorry, dude (ha ha!)
Porto - June 21 - @ Plano B - w / DJ Nuno Coelho
We didn't perform until 3am, and we staggered out of the club at 8...and in between was probably our best show of the tour. The place was huge, and packed with people who loved to dance....and we killed it. The kids were holding up their phones to show us text messages of requests and encouragement, and we tried our damnedest to please. Much love to Fabulosa and Filipe, and to the kids up front letting it all hang out. We
will be back soon, if y'all will have us
. Photos from the night can be found here:

Dublin - June 25 - @ Antics - Crawdaddy - w / Trashed DJs
After a quick stop in Barcelona to chill with Sidechains, and the Buffetlibre DJs, we hopped a plane over to Dublin for a couple days of insanity. Let's just say there was an epileptic seizure, a frantic soundcheck, a great show, lost credit cards and wages, untold quantities of drinks and more, dickwad bouncers, kids showing us love, relationship issues, using our CP shirts as blankets one night, then sleeping in the airport the next.... fucking madness. I don't know how these guys do it, with all the nights they have booked each week, but more power to
'em. Major love to Gav Trashed, our soul brother number one. Pics from the night can be found here:

Verona - June 27 - @ Kroen
So yeah - we missed our plane from Dublin to Italy. Nasty traffic plus unrelenting
Ryanair policy was to blame. (Fuck you, Ryanair
- seriously...FUCK YOU!)
Faced with the choice of missing the Verona show or flying out the next morning on our own dime, we swallowed hard and bunkered down for the night on the couches in the airport Starbucks. And maaan, were we glad we did. After all our travel troubles, the utopian wonderland we stumbled upon once we got there was
worth every Euro spent on the flight. A converted farmhouse/villa 20 minutes outside of town in the middle of nowhere was the setting for an incredible experience - this place just shined with positivity. We ate well, walked around the grounds, played with baby kittens and cool dogs, and then rocked the house
while a lightning storm raged outside. Unbelievable. There aren't any photos from that night, but they wouldn't have done it justice anyhow. To Diego and the dude who made that place what it is, we say -
grazie.
Bielefeld - June 28 - @ Naked Club - w / Sawitzki + Wright, Ike Dusk, Electrobreakers
Rejuvenated by our Italian experience, we arrived in Germany for our farewell show. Posters with our ugly mugs were all over town, so we knew were in for a good night. Michael and I had to perform kind of far from each other, on two separate stages, but it turned out really well. Our hosts were super cool, and all the DJs were solid as fuck.
We even signed a bunch of autographs (wtf?!) All in all, it was a triumphant end to a great couple of weeks. Big ups to Marcel, Sean,
Raf, Ike, and Jens. Photos from that night can be found here:

So there you go - six shows in six countries over two weeks. There were some struggles, but they were minor compared to the love we were shown everywhere we went. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made it possible - especially all the dancing fools. We hope to make it back this winter for more Culture
Propheterrorism, but next time - no Ryanair!
Ciao, y'all!
