Hey everyone, sorry been offline a while, been really busy with a load of stuff. Went up to Manchester to see the opening night of We Will Rock You national tour, what a great night! Especially enjoyed meeting Robbie Williams! The show was fantastic. The audience went as crazy as I remember them. QUEEN played as a surprise at the end of the show, and Roger Taylors son is the new drummer for the show, 18 and amazing! I had fun meeting the ladies from Loose women, said they'd love to have me on the show, so watch this space! I have a some meetings next week to try and get some gigs going very soon, cant wait to get out there and sing this album for you. Also looking to get the album up here for sale too. Thank you so much for all your messages of support. Hearing how much you love the music (and given the tiny bits you've actually heard) really keeps me going on this journey. I want so much to hear your feedback on the whole 13 track affair!

Sunday was beautiful, went walking in the woods with some friends and their children. Found the most amazing swing hung from the highest tree, felt like I was in a Flake advert! Didnt get to read the sunday papers though, something I always like to do. Thats a great thing about twitter, you can follow the people and news that you like and skip the stuff you dont like. I try not to read too much bad news though,just weighs you down. You know all that kind of scare mongering crime statistic stuff they print in London Papers to keep you scared. I dont want to attract more bad things by thinking about negative things too much. Life is to short for that, got to stay positive.

So last night I stuffed my face with the most incredible italian food, finished off with cheescake and homemade biscotti, and all the time wearing Kylie Minogues shoes. This morning the daffodils my mum brought have opened up and my daughter has learnt the phrase 'thats funny'. Apparently everything is funny this morning. Except how much I need to get down the gym!

So went back to hampstead today to redo the little film for my site, pouring with rain, big crow still stalking me, and I swear its the same crow from friday! Popped into Soho to get the tape put on to DVD. Soho felt empty, London feels broke, not a latte in sight! I think its time you all heard the full version of 'Harry Krishna Boy'! Cheers me right up! I promise you steps are being taken every day, they feel like pigeon ones, but I assure you, I've got my heels on and I'm ready to go!!! Maybe I'll pop on Kylies! Did I tell you I was given a pair from her last tour? No? Well another time hee hee .... x

So the sun has managed to break through the clouds here in London once or twice this week, spring is clearing its throat, getting ready to belt out an upbeat tune, bring it on!
Not sure how I felt about the brits on thursday, hoping for more fun with the oscars tonight. Was excited to see Kings of Leon perform (seeing them at Spains Bennicassim - July - loving that album)) and pleased to see Duffy do so well. Heres hoping 'You Got People' is on that list next year!
